Read books, listen to podcasts, watch videos, ask people around you for tips, etc. so that’s what you can start with, everyday listening to a podcast or reading a chapter will definitely bring you closer to that goal.

Then it’s just basically practice and consistency. Keep going, don’t give up! Make a to do list for each day, but don’t forget to add rewards as well.

🍓 2. Take it slow, prioritise your mental health.

Are you feeling okay? Is your health good? Have you been exercising, eating well, getting a good amount of sleep? Sometimes it’s just not taking care of yourself properly which can make you struggle and feel stuck!

i appreciate the world a lot more . mostly in relation to the people around me and how all our lives intersect with one another . connection between people is so beautiful ! im so happy to be here, with you, with all my friends and partners ! i wasn't allowed that when i was Lyra – i had a prophecy, and i had Will, and i of course had Yarahel, but ... things are much better now than they were . i'm so thankful for that .

complicated . in my canon, which was vastly different from pullman's story, i was a transgender man who was barely getting to know his identity before i died – and the same was for will, who was a trans girl .

my dæmon was the same gender i was growing up, which is usually an indicator of queerness in my world . i was bullied a lot, and frequently shunned by teachers . it sucked ! i resented my dæmon a lot, and it's only recently we've reconciled about that . eventually i transitioned at the age of 16 – but will and i were seperated by then . i never saw her again . i don't know if she ever ended up living her truth or not with Kirjava .

so ... nowadays ? in this life ?

i think it still complicates things . i'm by all means, a masculine person in this life . but things like my age incognurence and therian identity make it less simple than i'd like it to be . especially since having a female dæmon is a secondary gender issue in my world, too .

I’m not always by myself but I do get anxiety when I leave the house, especially alone. Having my plushie with me helps me feel better cause I can hug him if I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed! I also like to imagine I’m not actually alone and Damien is there with me (๑⃙⃘´༥`๑⃙⃘) it’s helped me get better at going out alone when I need to but it’s always important to remember to not push yourself! If you feel it’s too much too handle, you should go home rather than risking your health.

what are your thoughts on foah?

I am under the impression that Noah is in a relationship.

However, I am a fan of foah. I do think Finn is queer and I see that he has a different relationship with Noah than with any other cast member. I would say that it's perfectly possible for Finn and Noah to have feelings for each other and at some point after ST5 they might start dating.

Why don't I think they'd start dating during the filming? Well, like I said, Noah has a bf (unless they've broken up since) and even if there was something going on with Foah right now or any time before the release of S5, they couldn't be public about that at all because that would spoil Byler endgame to the homophobic audience which really needs to see it.

I actually think they might give m!leven one last round at the promo for S5, before Vol 1 is released (i believe they will do volumes again). BUT after that, they are probably starting to promote byler so at that point Finn and Noah may even be adviced to act certain way.

So, short and sweet: I think Foah has a lot of chemistry and a high chance of happening! 😉
