Avenhill concept where Boothill doesn’t think twice when Aventurine snorts and responds to something he says one day with a snarky, “Sure, whatever. Love you,” because Aventurine addresses everyone in that passive-aggressive kind of endearing manner. See: the most handsome man in Penacony, his friends of the Astral Express, etc. So Boothill just takes it in stride and continues to bicker and badger the Stoneheart without batting an eye.

Meanwhile, Aventurine will take what he can get. He comes close every so often to saying the words sincerely… But each time, a deep terror grips him, and keeps his tone curled into a joking lilt, and his smile wide and laughing like he doesn’t really mean it. The thing is: Aventurine doesn’t actually believe Boothill will reject him if he knew that Aventurine means what he says — and maybe that’s the worst part. Maybe even more than how he aches to say it with sincerity and have Boothill understand that he isn’t kidding, Aventurine is afraid of having Boothill say it back, because then Aventurine will know he doesn’t deserve it at all.

🎲🪶 AvenHill Week 2025 — Official Prompt List!

The prompts are finally here! 🎉

AvenHill Week is a 🔄-friendly ship week dedicated to celebrating and spreading love for the relationship between Boothill and Aventurine from the game Honkai: Star Rail. The event is running from May 5th through May 11th, with seven themes and optional SFW and NSFW prompts you're welcome to combine.

No matter how many days you decide to participate in, thank you for your interest in AvenHill Week! 💙❤️

Guidelines below the cut ⬇️

Each day features a theme (written in the top right corner of the card) that you're welcome to interpret however you wish, as well as two optional prompts for something a little more concrete (found in the bottom left corner)! Here is a plain list of all the prompts:

Any fan creations are accepted—be it drawing, writing, edits, cosplay, or anything else you can think of as long as it's made by yourself. The use of generative AI is strictly forbidden.

Since this event also features NSFW content, everyone engaging needs to be above the age of 18.

To join, simply tag the main post with #avenhillweek. If your work is missed and not shared for more than two days, you're welcome to send an ask/dm!

⚠️ Important: Please warn of any potential triggers without censoring so everyone can curate their own experience.

You can use one prompt, both, or neither and simply do something inspired by the theme! You’re also welcome to combine the SFW and NSFW prompts for a day. If you want to combine several days together, post your work on the day that feels most appropriate to the theme.

When submitting a NSFW piece, please ONLY use #avenhillweekNSFW (or #bootrineweekNSFW). The general #avenhillweek tag is to remain SFW. Additionally, NSFW works need to be censored either by in-built means such as a sensitivity filter or by using services like poipiku and otherwise. This is especially important for tumblr. Please do not post your NSFW works here—make a SFW preview and then link to elsewhere.

If you are submitting both a SFW and NSFW piece for the same day, please make them separate posts and tag accordingly. If you decide to combine a SFW and NSFW prompt for the same piece, or want to post them together, please only use the NSFW tag that feels most appropriate.

Please avoid cross-tagging (i.e. tagging both avenhill and bootrine) unless both dynamics are represented. Aside from that, you're welcome to use any other tags you usually would!

The focus of every piece needs to be the relationship between Boothill and Aventurine. Polyamorous relationships involving the two are not accepted. Side and background pairings are accepted as long as Boothill and Aventurine remain the focus.

If you would like to remain anonymous, you're welcome to send an ask/dm with your work and it will be shared in your stead! This goes for writing, too, since an ao3 account and collection have been made.
