Also I must know, is Fiddleford in the Monster Hunter Pines AU at all? I ask because I love him. He seems like the kinda guy who would have loved to stay in the lab and make cool adventure gadgets. That man was destined to be The Guy In The Chair.

I am obsessed with the idea of the Stan Twins and Fiddleford being a weird little trio it delights me.

Okay okay okay okay so my main issue with having Fiddleford there is the whole Emma May situation. We all know how highly Stanley thinks of family, and I don’t think he’d be too keen on this science guy abandoning his wife to help them out, so he makes Stanford make Fiddleford make Emma May come along and she actually turns out to have skill in hunting and such, so she gets to join the twins and gets to use the crossbow :)

This is also because the original concept for this AU was made on the idea that Stanford and Stanley make up much sooner (because them fighting makes me sad ☹️☹️☹️) and I don’t like the idea of Fiddleford still abandoning his wife (and in canon, his son, who doesn’t exist in this AU because uhh its earlier in the timeline) and I thought she deserved to come along 😁

Stanford and Emma May bond over Fiddleford, Stanley and Emma May bond over being good with weapons and not getting what their respective nerds are saying, and Fiddleford and Stanley can bond over Stanford I suppose HAHA

Trans Curly headcanons are fascinating to me cause like… Jimmy would resent him more for it.

Masculinity is a weird underlying thing in their dynamic where Jimmy feels inferior to Curly about not only their job positions but roles in life. The idea that Curly is the better man who also made himself such would be such a blow to Jimmy’s already fragile and unstable ego. Like it’s not just that he’s just transphobic, he hates Curly’s ability to craft himself into what he wants to be successfully, it not about Curly being afab but Curly still being the better man.

But then he wouldn’t get the self image issues one can face, feeling like an imposter in a space you wanted to be in or even scared to be there. He’d just think Curly always gets what he desires and thinks nothing of it like he always has.

he’s so frustrated, midterms and work and south side shit all tumbling around in his brain and making him crazy. you can feel the tension in the air as he lights a cigarette and cracks the window open. you move to stand by his side, wrapping one soft curl around your finger. but he jerks his head away with a scowl.

“please. fuckin’- don’t. heads pounding.” he says firmly, then asks. “when’s- uh. when’s your class again?”

you shake your head, taking the cig from between his lips. “cancelled. professor’s kid has the flu. i was thinkin’ about staying for a while, yeah?”

he huffs angrily. “jesus! don’t you ever go home? always in my fuckin’ room-“

you cut him off with gentle words. “hey, hey! lip.” he looks up at you, the anger on his face relaxing into remorse. “you’re stressed out, yeah?”

he nods, running a hand through his messy curls. he’s fidgety. you hand him back his cig.

“hm, and overworked?”

he huffs out a half laugh and replies, “yeah. yeah.”

you offer him a sweet smile. “there we go. see? you can tell me what you’re feeling without gettin’ all mean.”

lip sighs, finally reaching out to place one rough palm against your cheek. he thumbs over your smooth skin, taking you in for a moment. “yeah, you’re right. m’sorry baby.”

you cover his hand with your own and lean into his touch. you keep your voice sweet and understanding, soothing his frustrations and worries with your words. “if you want some alone time, you just gotta tell me.” you pause, watching his face, then add. “d’you want me to go? i don’t mind. promise.”

he thinks for a moment before stubbing his cig out and shaking his head. his nervous hands find a blunt and a lighter, pressing a sweet kiss to your cheek as he goes. “jus’ stay here, an’ smoke this with me?”

you perch yourself on his desk, pulling him in by his belt loops so he stands between your legs. “sounds like a plan to me,” you murmur, squeezing his hand where it rests on your thigh. “how ‘bout a nap after? we got a few more hours ‘til dinner, and i love you but… you look like hell,” you say with a soft laugh.

his lips quirk into a smile around the blunt as he nods. as he exhales, you can see him starting to relax further. “fuckin’ exhausted,” he grumbles, passing you the blunt and dropping his head to rest on your shoulder. “dunno what i’d do without you.”

“be a raging cunt to everyone.” you reply quickly, smirking at your own remark, and he laughs. it’s the first time you’ve heard him truly laugh all day.

“guess i deserved that one, huh.”

Like they would be streaming different games and sometimes would even get Vox to appear in their streams and have him play games with them - I can see Vox raging at a game if he loses and his S/O would just find it cute

Vox automatically likes any partner that enjoy and use his advanced technology and since you’re a influential streamer on Tremor that uses the latest tech to keep up your career, Vox likes your tastes even more and he also likes to watch your streams. He finds them interesting

Vox, at first, was mainly your friend and your set-up provider, he’d give you the tech for your streaming career and that more casual business relationship turned into an actual one. He had grown to enjoy your streams and yes, let me say, he is actually a fan of yours

Vox eventually wanted to push up that friendship to a relationship after a few months of knowing you and getting to learn about you, so he begun subtly flirting with you, his crush growing every single day and possibly out of luck or out of his own rizz working, you agreed to go out with him. Ever since that moment, you nor him regret it

Vox may or may not travel through your gaming PC screen, just to say hi and give you a cute kiss right in front of your stream. It’s quite a surprise and he knows it’s spread around online since nobody would ever suspect a infamous streamer like yourself to be seeing Vox himself

Vox often only enters your streaming room when he wants to tell you something important or he wants to give you food or more Vox-like, he wants attention and hugs. Every single time he does this, he ends up playing your game after you encourage him

“Hmm… I don’t know, Honeypot, games aren’t my thing…”

“Come on, Voxiepie! Just try it with me! Don’t worry, i’ll help you!”

After a few seconds, Vox is already absorbed in the game to the point he can’t help but rage so hard that the house temporarily loses power and he has to rush to fix it to save your stream. He does this a lot but you find it cute, nowhere near as annoyed with it as anybody else would be

Sometimes, Vox will enter your stream then just sit you in his lap so he can watch you play and enjoy your presence, all without pulling you away from your screen or your games. To him, you look so attractive when you’re focusing on kicking ass in your little fantasy videogames

Yes, Vox promotes your merch on his TV show sometimes and promotes people who like streaming and videogames to watch your Tremor clips. He is a fanboy and he’s proud of how much he likes your work, he isn’t even ashamed of it. He admits it to the Vees without a single ounce of shame

Vox will wear your merch at times. Just randomly in the house you two share or whilst he is privately working on his company things. He loves the hoodies and the tanks, they are comfortable AF and sometimes, he just goes to sleep in them

Vox is possessive so you know he is not only your Tremor mod, he’s also the one who tracks down to destroy any stalker you may end up getting from your streamer career, he also collects all your limited edition merch since he wants everybody to know you belong to him

Vox is very supportive of this career. Some of it, he isn’t a fan of but a lot of it, he loves and he is getting better at these games. Despite how often he rages at them

“Honeypot. How much have you eaten today? I hope you ate that takeout I ordered for you. Yeah? Good. What game did you take five hours to perfect this time?”
