My main antagonist (who still needs a name) is a big fish in the once market-dominating Korean music label Xcellence. A smart, well dressed and well spoken man in his 50s, an expert in the arts of managing and business politics, he got to his current position after almost singlehandedly saving Xcellence from bankruptcy and he's hellbent on keeping the company alive, growing and thriving. What I find especially fun about him is that, while he acknowledges he can get ruthless when it comes to the company, he isn't conscious of the wrong and the harm he does on his way to pursue his goal, or that his goal isn't really keeping the company afloat, but rather securing his own position. He's buried all of that so deep he's managed to completely hide the truth not only from himself, but also from his subordinates and the artists of that label, and he places the responsability entirely on their shoulders while mantaining a fairly high opinion of himself.
