Empty Movement Site Update!!
There used to be this thing, called websites. Instead of social media accounts or wikis, people built websites. It was harder. Very tedious. But a cool breeding ground for creativity. I still run mine! Very retro. :D
Here’s what you can find waiting for you!!!
Nagumo’s translation of the 50+ page 1997 November Newtype special, Utena? (Oh My!) UTENA!, a love letter to the series by the creators, in the run up to the finale. An awesome piece of history and some gorgeous artwork.
New gallery treats, including Miki’s purchase privilege bromide from the second musical, ACTUAL ART MADE FOR ME BY ACTUAL NAGAHAMA OGMEGERYF, official cosplay images, THE ENTIRE STORYBOARDS FOR EPISODE 6, and a lot of cross posting and work to make translated materials easier to find!!
Two new analysis essays, Smash Genesis explored the difficulty of a mostly male creative team trying to make an essentially feminist story in Patriarchy and Entrapment in 'Revolutionary Girl Utena', and Jude Deluca explores the inspirations Ikuhara drew from in 'Revolutionary Girl Utena' and its Debt to Shinji Wada.
The two SEGA Real Models of Utena and Anthy came with bonus omake audio drama CDs that have been translated by Nagumo. I wanted to do something fun with them, to get a bit more exposure to some peak content that deserves it, so I put the audio to game assets! Check out Utena’s discussion of Princely training, and Anthy’s letter answering drama. Both read like the next episode commentaries except funnier.
Also in Audiology, Feral Phoenix translated Ikuhara and Saito’s liner notes for OST 5, ‘ Now, Engage Yourself to Me... ‘, and Ayu Ohseki added another translation to the OST 7 version of Saionji’s movie duel, Revive! Infinite History!
If you like doujinshi, absolute baller circles Anatomic Angel and Dwarf Sunflowers have new additions! Check out Dolly and La Periode Bleue for gorgeous art. Want some hosted history? The ancient Satellite of Revolution by Chris Rain is now hosted on Empty Movement. This wildly popular in its day MST3K site is now a daunting glimpse into what we thought was funny in the early 00′s. Content warnings all around. We are also now hosting La fille sans un prince, by Kristine, once hosted on the Utena Network. This beautiful artifact of the days of character shrines is worth checking out! Finally, Historia Arcana, our untranslated resource site, has been updated with a new leaflet of Mizuki Yamamoto’s official cosplay of Utena, as well as has been cross referenced with links to when and where translations of the material exists.
As always, thanks to all the people who contribute to our goal of drowning the Utena fandom in content despite its age! Translators? Commentators? Resource hounds? Patreon supporters? We see you, we love you. <3
#utena#revolutionary girl utena#empty movement#utena meta#utena art#utena translation#utena translations#rgu#sku#shoujo kakumei utena#ended with a shitpost meme because why not#my therapist wants me to stop working on the website for a week after the official update lmao oops

Chapter Three

Chapter Rating: T
Ao3
Beginning
Ch2, Ch4
Things were tense in her class. Marinette was stiff and tense as she sat next to Félix, the information of him being a Sentimonster hung heavily on her mind. Félix wasn’t just a sentimonster, he was an old one. He’d been around for years, at least the last ten. It was only a brief encounter, but she’d met Félix once when she was fourteen. Young, baby fat on his cheeks, eyes still sharp. She’d seen him with Nathalie.
She hated to say it, but she’d nearly mistaken him for Adrien when she caught sight of him and Nathalie walking down the hall, away from her. However, Félix stood taller, with confidence. His body was not as broad as Adrien was, however still defined, his hair was lighter in color, a pale blond, not the honey shade the model had.
Artic eyes glanced to Marinette, having shut his book. “You may want to excuse yourself.”
“What?” Marinette narrowed her eyes slightly. A deep sense of foreboding was filling her, it churned her stomach and made her want to be sick.
What was that disgusting feeling?
“That, Marinette, is what Sentimonster’s feel when an Akuma is out.” His voice filtered into her mind as he began to quietly pack his bag. It wasn’t unusual for people to leave early in this class, the instructions and assignments were handed out in the first hour. “Come on. We have places to be.”
Marinette looked to him a huff leaving her lips as she began walking after Félix, ignoring the looks she was getting from Alya and Adrien who were also in her class.
However, she scowled when Lila Rossi caught her gaze. It made her follow after Félix faster, noting that he’d not only grabbed his bag but her own that was currently draped over his shoulder.
“Oh… He grabbed it…” She felt her cheeks warm as she glanced at her desk towards the back.
Félix glanced back at her, “We’ll need to practice that.” He commented as he began leading her down the back stairwell.
---
“Listen well and listen close, Marinette.”
A hooded figure was running along the rooftops.
“You have an advantage no other hero has, Marinette. Us.”
She was moving swiftly, and the closer she got to the edge of the park, the more she saw rain falling from the sky, the air coming off the rain was icy cold compared to the warm sun beating down on her back.
They’d been experiencing a terrible heatwave despite it being Autumn. Many people were longing for the cold weather that was associated with the color-changing season.
“It’s too hot!” A feminine voice shrieked. “It is supposed to be cold! Books by the fire! Hot Chocolate! Warm pastries!” Each comment was accented by her swinging a parasol.
There had been a light storm this afternoon, the rain and moisture had made the air thick and even Marinette had been left frustrated by it.
“Focus!”
It was easier to get distracted in this form, more so than as Ladybug… maybe it was because of Duusu or her newfound freedom, she didn’t feel a need to be as strict as she was as Ladybug.
When the rain began falling harder, she saw Chat Noir come through. A small smile graced her features.
“Who are you?” Chat called as he saw the hooded girl. She looked like a blue version of a female Robin Hood. A soft blue vest and darker blue pants with boots, two belts strapped at her hips. Around her neck and shoulders was a cloak with a hood, the hood had a stencil of a peacock feather, much like the outer thigh of her pants. Her dark hair and the hood created a shadow over her face a bit--it was something to help her in the dark of night, but on a bright day like this it was rather useless.
“Bleue Belle.” She tugged at the cloak a bit to reveal her face a bit more, a simplistic mask against blue-toned skin, was revealed when she pulled her hood down. Dark hair was pulled into a messy braid with the peacock miraculous pinned into it, holding the base of the braid together.
“Awesome.” Chat looked her over before looking at her. “Ladybug should be here soon. We’ll figure out how to get rid of the Akuma.”
Belle paused as she glanced to Chat, “She’s unable to come today. She requested for me to take her place today.”
Chat looked like someone sprayed him with cold water before scowling. “What can you do that M’lady would choose you to come?”
“You can destroy the Akuma. Ladybug is the only one able to purify them, but your Sentimonsters can destroy them. It is why the butterfly and peacock work so well together.”
“I can destroy the Akuma.” She spoke as she smiled, pulling out her fan. “Fly my little Amok.” She crooned as she waved her fan. It did not turn black like the ones she saw from Mayura, but it was a soft blue color.
Chat narrowed his eyes before rushing off, knowing that she’d have to stay back.
“Hey, Lady!” Belle commented. “Why are you taking the sun away?” She mocked the Akuma, fanning herself a bit with the fan.
The Akuma let out an angered growl. “It. Is. AUTUMN!!”
“Fun? Can I play?” The new voice was very light and it made Marinette want to croon.
“It's time to play, my Sentimonster.” She grinned. Though she did blink as she saw the sentimonster roll in, a canine looking golem. The Amok was a discarded dog lead, the canine Sentimonster was running before it was spinning, like a small bowling ball.
“Fun! Play!”
Belle tilted her head, looking at the pup. He was a dark gray bodied creature with six legs and glowing blue eyes. He wasn’t massive but he was the general size of a pit bull. A long pink tongue lolled out, his excitement was shown by the way the canine’s behind wiggled with a lack of a tail.
“Be a good puppy, Jeu, have fun with the crazy lady.”
“I am Seasonique and a cold front is coming!” The Akuma cried out as she slammed her parasol into the ground.
“Yeah, yeah, you’re a knock off Climatika, we get it.” Belle laughed, moving back as she grimaced, the mud around her boots was thick and made her cringe a bit. This was so gross.
However, the mud didn’t bother Jeu, the pup let out a bark before his body curled back into a bowling ball shape, spinning rapidly as he crashed back into Seasonique, mud flying as his body rolled through it.
Chat jumped back as Belle let out a whine, “Jeu… Now I’m all muddy!” She called to the canine sentimonster. Both heroes were splattered with mud, the creature was busy nipping at Seasonique, causing the woman to shriek, trying to smack him with her parasol.
It seemed the more he played, the bigger Jeu got. His body steadily getting larger as his happiness bubbled over into Bleue Belle, making her giggle. She felt the unfiltered joy coming from Jeu.
Hearing her giggles encouraged Jeu further as his jaw clamped down on the parasol, moving to bite down on it. His head beginning to shake, tearing the object from her hands. The action caught the attention of Chat, his eyes watching the canine creature, as it began teasing Seasonique.
Jeu’s body was jumping back and forth, excited and playful, eyes wide as he shook his head, jaw clamped tight on the parasol every time her hands gripped at the parasol.
“Ugh!” The woman growled, and rather than letting her grasp the Parasol again, the sentimonster began running away, making her chase after him. When he got too far, he’d turn around, playfully bowing, the parasol in his jaw as he watched her. Then once she got close, he began running again.
It was cute to watch.
“Enough!” The woman lunged at the sentimonster, snatching the parasol.
“Why didn’t you have it destroy it?” Chat Noir hissed at Bleue Belle.
“Jeu.” Her voice was light, narrowing her eyes a bit at Chat. She didn’t like him scolding her when he wasn’t even moving to try and do anything.
It was like a switch was flipped. The playful Sentimonster was growling, teeth bared.
“Protect?”
Belle shook her head. “Take back your toy, Jeu.” Her voice was soft, but the command was there.
Jeu didn’t hesitate, his body running, because of his playtime, he was larger, heavier. Seeming more like the size of a mastiff rather than a pit bull. His body slammed into the Akumatized woman. She’d likely feel it tomorrow, but her eyes followed, watching as the canine ripped the parasol from the woman’s hands as she toppled over.
Jeu didn’t destroy it, rather he was trotting towards Belle with the parasol, holding it like a prize. Before he could bring it to Belle, Chat had pulled it from the creature’s massive jaws, earning a loud growl.
“Jeu, don’t.” Her voice was soft, but there was an edge of panic. “Chat Noir. Do not just take from my Sentimonster. They’re bound to snap at your fingers.” She warned.
“Then keep them in better control.” The response made her bristle, wanting to call him out on everything he’s done.
“Cataclysm.” The black energy crumbled the parasol to dust. The rain and ice suddenly vanishing from the air, the woman was forced to kneel in the mud, confused.
“Food!” Before Belle could stop Jeu, the canine creature jumped up, jaw snapping shut around the Akuma. The butterfly was gone, and Jeu, despite his massive size looked every bit the puppy he was when she summoned him.
“How do I…” Her voice trailed off as she went to Jeu, stroking his large head.
“You just… call back his Amok. Be careful to not call to mine as well.”
This hurt, Jeu was very simple, but a loving creature as he flopped onto his back.
“Bye-bye.” He knew and it made Belle swallow harder. Why did it hurt her so much?
“Thank you for your help, Jeu.” Her fingers touched his head, and soon he was gone, the amok sitting perfectly above the mud, white and pure. She grabbed it and turned on her heel.
Chat Noir was already gone with the civilian that had been the Akuma.

Manga the Week of 6/24/20
SEAN: Look out, folks. The danger of COVID-19 may still be here, but the dam has broken. There are SO MANY BOOKS next week.
ASH: Woo!
SEAN: We’ll start with Dark Horse, who have a 5th volume of Mob Psycho 100.
ASH: I’ll be picking this up.
SEAN: J-Novel Club’s debut is Deathbound Duke’s Daughter, which is another in the “I’ve been reincarnated as a villainess in an otome game” genre. Really nice artwork for this novel series. It’s from Futabasha’s M Novels.
Also from J-Novel Club: An Archdemon’s Dilemma 10, Ascendance of a Bookworm 7 (which finishes the 2nd arc, the one currently being animated), the 2nd Sorcerous Stabber Orphen manga, and a 4th Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf!
Kodansha has a lot. Debuts? We have three. One even is in print: the first volume of The Ghost in the Shell: Human Algorithm, a spinoff of the legendary manga/anime franchise.
ASH: It’s always interesting to see how various creators envision Ghost in the Shell.
SEAN: A new digital-only title is Abe-kun’s Got Me Now! (Abe-kun ni Nerawaretemasu), a shoujo title from the online replacement for Aria, Palcy. A comedy manga about a girl who finds the school’s karate champ confessing to her… and he’s not going to take no for an answer.
Also digital (at least for now) is Sue & Tai-chan, another cat manga from the creator of Chi’s Sweet Home. This one runs in Be Love magazine, so seems more for housewives than kids. But… I mean, it’s still a cute cat manga.
MICHELLE: I’m looking forward to it!
SEAN: Scheduled (at the moment) for Digital next week and print later, we see Cardcaptor Sakura Collector’s Edition 5 (along with 3 and 4, whose print are out already), Fire Force 19, Love and Lies 9, O Maidens in Your Savage Season 7, and Yuri Is My Job! 6.
ASH: As usual, I’ll be waiting for the print release, but O Maidens in Your Savage Season is really good.
SEAN: Digital-only titles out next week? Altair: A Record of Battles 19 (I swear this is now weekly), Asahi-sempai’s Favorite 7 (the final volume), Hotaru’s Way 14, I Fell in Love After School 5, Kounodori: Dr. Stork 15, and Watari-kun’s ****** Is about to Collapse 7 (which also feels like it’s out every week).
MICHELLE: Of these, I’m only currently reading I Fell in Love After School, but I do enjoy it.
SEAN: KUMA has a digital-first, print later debut: Canis: Dear Mr. Rain. This BL title originally ran in Opera a few years back, but is now in Takeshobo’s Reijin. It’s about picking up a stray on the side of the road, only this is a human, not a dog.
MELINDA: Maybe?
SEAN: One Peace has a 13th Rising of the Shield Hero (manga version).
Seven Seas, in print, has New Game! 9.
Seven Seas, digitally, has a bit more. We have two debuts. Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time (Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan) runs in Futabasha’s Manga Action, which means it can’t be full-on porn, but it sounds like it. Peter Grill has a lovely fiancee and has just won a tournament pronouncing him the World’s Strongest. Unfortunately, this means all the women in the world – elves, ogres – want to bone him. Poor guy, can he escape his horrible fate?
MELINDA: …wow.
SEAN: The other digital debut is Syrup, another yuri anthology of short stories – this one from Futabasha – and featuring the creators of I Married My Best Friend to Shut My Parents Up and Kisses, Sighs and Cherry Blossom Pink.
ASH: Oh! That sounds like it has promise!
MELINDA: This might be good!
SEAN: There’s also the 3rd Arifureta manga, Gal Gohan 3, GIGANT 2, a 2nd Magic User: Reborn in Another World as a Max Level Wizard light novel, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Elma’s Office Lady Diary 3, Non Non Biyori 13, the 3rd Reincarnated As a Sword manga, and the 10th and final Toradora! light novel. (Yes, I know there are short story volumes. No, they aren’t. No, it’s unlikely they will be.)
Square Enix has – digital first – the 3nd Hi Score Girl manga and the 2nd Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town manga.
Tokyopop has two new series. Don’t Call Me Daddy (Daddy Darlin’) is a BL manga, sequel to Don’t Call Me Dirty.
The other is No Vampire, No Happy Ending (Ringo to Bara to Kyuuketsuki (Kari)), a goofy Mag Garden comedy about a vampire enthusiast who finally meets one and discovers they’re not up to snuff.
MELINDA: This actually sounds fun, maybe in a What We Do in the Shadows kind of way, but …Tokyopop. Not sure I’m ready.
Vertical has (digitally) Bakemonogatari’s 4th manga, APOSIMZ 5, and Kino’s Journey 6.
MELINDA: I’ve been kind of out of it and have lost touch with the Kino’s Journey manga adaptation. I should try to fix that.
SEAN: That’s it! We’re done! Wait… (giant pile of Yen Press falls on Sean) Riiiiiight. Yen’s back in town.
ASH: Whoa! Hang on for the ride!
SEAN: All of the light novel debuts got moved to July. But there’s still a lot of Yen On. We get The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt (Hey, How About Treason?) 3, I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level 7, Last Round Arthurs 2, My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong As I Expected 6.5 (yes, the numbering is deliberate), Overlord 12, The Saga of Tanya the Evil 7, A Sister’s All You Need 7, That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime 8, Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina 2, Woof Woof Story 4, and World’s Strongest Rearguard: Labyrinth Country’s Novice Seeker 3. Guh. So many books, so many long titles.
ASH: For sure!
SEAN: Manga? Well, there we have a few debuts. Bestia is a fantasy series about magical beasts, looks cute, and runs in Kadokawa’s Shonen Ace.
Breasts Are My Favorite Things in the World (Sekai de Ichiban Oppai Ga Suki!) is sort of Knight of the Ice if the knight was a girl and instead of wanting to hear magical girl songs she had to fondle huge breasts in order to do well in competitions. It looks… a bit over the top. This runs in Media Factory’s Comic Cune.
MELINDA: What is happening??
SEAN: Lust Geass is from the creator of Evangelion spinoff The Shinji Ikari Raising Project, runs in Kadokawa’s Young Ace, and seems to be Death Note only with sex instead of death.
MELINDA: Yen Press is really losing me lately.
SEAN: And there’s Restaurant in Another World, the manga version of the light novel. Old-school Crunchyroll manga readers may recall this title.
ASH: Oh, I may need to check this one out.
SEAN: Lastly, Sekiro Side Story: Hanbei the Undying seems to be a side story to something I don’t know (it’s certainly not Sekirei), and I guess is based off a game.
Ongoing titles? Well, Umineko: When They Cry comes to an end with the 3rd and final omnibus of Twilight of the Golden Witch. We’ve figured out by now that most everyone in the cast is really, genuinely dead. But did ANYONE other than Ange survive? Read to find out.
And… Bungo Stray Dogs 15, Chio’s School Road 9, Dead Mount Death Play 4, Divine Raiment Magical Girl Howling Moon 2, Do You Love Your Mom (and Her Two-Hit, Multi-Target Attacks?) 3 (manga version), Eclair Bleau (another yuri anthology volume) Goblin Slayer 8 (manga version), KonoSuba Explosion 5 (manga version, technically a final volume but there’s a sequel), Little Miss P: The Second Day, Phantom Tales of the Night 4, The Saga of Tanya the Evil 10 (manga version), and A Witch’s Printing Office 3.
MICHELLE: So many paragraphs of things I’m not reading, with the probable exception of Eclair Bleue.
ANNA: I’m going to have a hard time doing pick of the week this week, despite this deluge of manga.
ASH: I’m glad to see publishers getting their books out there, but that is certainly a lot all at once!
MELINDA: A lot of… what?
SEAN: Stay masked even though all the manga is back! What are you getting?

Your Favorite FNAF Character Probably Would've Voted for Tr*mp
Or, at least, that's what the BRC fandom professionals are saying...
Written & Published by: @negativebleue of Bleue-Rain Check
Graphics & Media by: @negativebleue and @deadrainhaven of BRC via 'TierMaker'
Welcome back to our broadcast this beautiful morning! We got a "Lazy Sunday" special for you today if you're in the mood for the disappointing truth of some of our most beloved animatronics!

'Animatronics that Voted for Dictactor TACO'
So, before you start hating...
Ain't we right, tho??
You may have noticed that almost 45% of the 90+ characters shown in this graphic are listed as being "Registered Republican"'s or would claim "He'S bEtTeR fOr ThE piZzERiA!!"'s economy or something. I'd like to break-down some of these choices:
William Afton is a guaranteed. Couldn't imagine this literal shell of a man voting out of anything other than pure spite & the promise of tax write-offs for his next soul snatcher scam business. I'd be willing to give him his redemption arc if—once confronted with Tr*mp's BS-eryAfton would "come back" for the (fake) 47th instead!
Freddy's programming transcends whatever soul you inject his suit with, unfortunately. Like, he's the FACE & NAME of this whole operation—he outta everybody can't go off the script! Well...I could see him completely flipping if there was some sort of "breach" in the "security" of the pizzeria, but let's stay realistic here, folks!! Freddy would've "hor hor hor-hor"'d his butt up to that voting booth with a singular mission.
In that same vein, Ballora's programming ties her to be loyal to whatever fault for Afton. Even if that fault is a big as voting for a convicted felon, Ballora would mark that choice down with a full felonious conviction of her own...
The Bidybabs were demented from their mechanical conceptions; they played the unassuming dutiful sidekick role to Circus Baby because they could tell she wasn't exactly that big a fan of TACO's. But once she fell down that forsaken pipeline and came back as Scrap Baby?? Oh, them Bidybabs had her scarfing down that alt-right BS like no tomorrow!
Chica, Monty, Showtime Foxy, and Music Man are in the same boat as far as the logic behind their votes: "keep the lights on, pack the place with people & employees, and let me do my g*ddamn thing!" Somebody's gotta make sure we have more bodie—I mean, party-goers to make this whole thing work. Especially, the performances! You think a generational talent like Showtime Foxy has time to wait around for "the perfect candidate" when the spotlight is calling? Tr*mp used to be something of a show-girl himself back in his reality TV days, so he understands more than anyone else on the ballot that the show must be EVERY hour ON the hour!!
Balloon Boy and Daycare Attendant Moon are the prime type of m*fos to throw the heaviest rock they could find and then gaslight you about how they dislocated their shoulder moments later. Imagine a scenario where you were in-between these two at the voting booths: on your left, you'd hear Moon frantically mumbling distraught nonsense in pre-regret for what he KNOWS he's about to do. And on your right, you'd hear that cursed phantom giggle on repeat because that little b*stard Balloon Boy also knows what he's about to do and he's literally overjoyed to do it.
More Bonnie's voted against Tr*mp than for him, but we'd expect nothing less from the GOAT afterall. However, FNAF 1 Bonnie was the only one of the OG main four to not bow down to the almighty Dictator TACO, so you know they had to retcon the h*ll out of him as punishment when it was time for the Mega PizzaPlex to come out.
Foxy was actually the opposite, having voted in favor of the downfall of democracy ALL THREE times for the same dumba*s, half-baked, misinformed reasons! Rockstar Foxy only got it right that one time because the parrot was absolutely subliminally messaging his a*s during rest mode each night before the election.
Did you agree with our assessment? If you really think about this critically for a second, I'm sure your own conclusions would be pretty similar!
Which FNAF character would you 100% entrust to vote the same way as you? And you can't say any of the Glamrock's (minus Monty) because they're a given!
Also, you're a liar if you'd pick any of the Withered's, but hey! Who am I to dictate in which ways your fantasy & fun come to life?

We'll wrap it up here and let you get back to your weekly relaxation. Or preparation day! Depending on how you do things where you're from. Here at BRC, we like to keep it easy...like Sunday morning and we hope you'll find some time to do the same.
Have a Bleue-Rainy Day, y'all!

Five Nights at Freddy's ALWAYS Comes Back!!
And for us fans of this iconic online mascot horror franchise, we're back too!
Written & Published by: @negativebleue of Bleue-Rain Check
There's always too much to talk about when the topic is FNAF—the theories and lore could have us spiraling for days—so how about we focus on what's new in the 11 year-old fandom!

No doubt we have to talk about the new game release this June; a new classic called,
"Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic".

Being honest, it sounds cryptic as hell. Almost like the team behind the FNAF franchise are just dedicated to taking every AU/spin-off/idea they can think of, then making a new piece of media for it.
Not at all complaining! I mean, they basically MADE this genre of horror game, so I can't even be mad at them cashing in on the concept the most. It seems that just when you think they've officially beaten the FNAF horse to death, they stuff it in an animatronic suit and send it back on stage to entertain us all once again!
How thoughtful of them!
Speaking of 'thoughtfulness', let's see how much of it went into this new series installment.
Firstly, the premise of this game alone is a heavy sign that it's gonna be top tier. Tying into the sidelined lore of Edwin Murray's custom animatronic turned plaything for his son, David?? Only for this cursed being to now terrorize us players via whatever form it freakin' wants to??! One thing's for sure, folks: it's a great day to be a backseat gamer for what's sure to be a JUMPY ride...!
SotM is a prequel, so if you're a conspiracy junkie (who desperately needs more answers) like myself...we're eatin' GOOD with this one! Keeping with the theme of the series thus far, players will be tasked with venturing through long-forgotten places for clues & cues that might unravel mysteries of the franchise's extensive lore.
Banger-made—I'm calling it. The crew here at BRC are pretty big fans of the Indie-Adventure game genre, so we're expecting great things from Secret of the Mimic. The newest title has only been out for a week, yet we're seeing 90% or higher ratings on most major platforms! FNAF Nation may have reached a new peak, following the stellar success of 'Into the Pit'. In spirit of giving our most honest and raw assessment, we'll report back the findings after our investigation has concluded.
In the meantime, who's your gamer of choice to tackle Secret of the Mimic? Personally, I'll be tuning into the KING of FNAF, Markiplier!
This is NOT a drill, people! We officially have:
HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS x FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S!!
Paying homage to the legacy of William Afton once again, FNAF is COMING BACK to HHN in both its Hollywood and Orlando sister locations!
We're light on the details until we draw closer to Spooky Season, but the assumed antics are definitely making an appearance.
IRL TW for: animatronics, jump scares, flashing lights, depictions of death & murder, young children in turmoil, and that lingering feeling that you're two steps away from being stuffed into a suit yourself!
So, what do you say? Brave enough to face this Hellscape of a pizzeria up close & personal? Then, you'll want to be in line during the select nights starting from September 4th (Hollywood) or August 29th (Orlando) and ending on November 2nd overall. If we're lucky enough to get a BRC field reporter out there come Spooky Season, you all will be the FIRST to know about it!

That's gonna be our program today, everyone! We thank you so much for sticking around with us (even at the risk of running out of power before 6AM hits).
Check back in same time next week for our next top story!
Have a Bleue-Rainy Day!

Dead_Rain here! (Or Hazzard, it was my name before the rebranding and I still like the name). I’m excited to start up a blog with one of my friends (especially after the fumble of the blog that shall not be named), and put out more of my ideas into the world!
Pronouns: He/Him
Sexuality: AroAce (ARO-ACE GANG, RISE UP! 🗣️)
Favorite Animal: Flamingos

What is thee Up, y’all! My name is Negative Bleue, and I can't wait to type my fingers down to the bone and talk several heads off with all the fandom shenanigans I’ve been bottling in! 😭
But first! We do the introduction ting. I like to think of myself as this silly little guy, but if said I didn't take myself seriously—I’d be lying. 😅 Spent way too much effort customizing my character to not go hard for it. So, check me out! I'm a BIPoC creative from the Dirty-Dirty, though I (ironically) hate the beach…
My pronouns are Ze/Zim/Zyr, I’m a September baby (the 8th!), and I’m also a member of the ARO-ACE GANG!! 🗣️ I'm basically an SJW (given my strong morals), so the only coon I want ‘round me is a Maine Coon! Seriously, I want that breed of cat in my lifetime. 😽 You can find me playing Fortnite or Just Dance, ranting theories aloud to myself at home, or giving up on a drawing I probably just started.
Having said that, my biggest goal with the BRC Blog is to put aside my perfectionist fears and habit of procrastination in order to finally share these thoughts that have haunted me for years! 😶🌫️ Will you tune in?
So now that you’ve learned a bit more about these two batty blokes broadcasting gurus, shall we commence with our scheduled programming at last??
Don't touch that dial, folks—we're goin' LIVE!
