One part experiment, one part art style study of @critterbitter’s GORGEOUS art, and all an excuse to dabble in drawing some Pokémon (and bonus rat children because Crit I love what you’ve done with them so much it’s ENDING ME every time you post)

Done in Procreate entirely with the syrup brush to capture the feel of MS Paint because that’s the mood I was in lol, and only a single blend layer right at the end to harmonize the colors. Those shadows and highlights were picked entirely by hand and I feel stronger for it <3

I've actually drawn her a few times but thanks for the excuse to draw a full body image of her.

She has Zebstrika aspects! and she does paint her hooves blue and red. In another thing built different in a world with aspects are headphones built to work with different shaped ears.

She is also still a model however I altered her clothing to be a bit more functional when battling because as a gym leader she often battles alongside her pokemon against others. She winds up injured, running around and pulling off attacks of her own. In other words these are specifically her battle clothes.

Also have a bonus kiddo Elesa when she still had blitzel aspects

I have… complicated feelings about Blitzel. 

I HATE his stupid airplane noise but! If I ignore that and just draw him like a weird lumpy horse, he's cute AF!

Currently in a valley in Rural Unova helping with a recent flash flood. one of the displace mons is this fella

He's not Shiny nor does he seem to be Albino. He was check for both kinds of Ponyta blood but showed no indication for Fire, Psychic or Fairy type blood. So unless Long LONG recessive ponyta gene manifested we have no clue whats up,

Those more familiar with Blitzels say he is Young but just on the tip of being Independent, so he could be released back to wild. If he isn't a Health risk. I have a Friend who does Hooved pkmn ride and care classes back home so that's where he'd get sent if he can return to the wild.

I have a question for you

There's a thunderstorm in my area, and my Blitzel keeps capturing the thunderstrikes, and the noise doesn't let me sleep. Is there a healthy way to stop it?

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure you'd want to stop it, as that's actually really really healthy for the lil guy! The good charge they get from it, plus the ability to run around outside while doing so is great for their physical and mental health.

If anything, I'd recommend investing in some headphones or acoustic paneling for your room if it's bothering you.

If you have no other options, then I suppose you could bring your Blitzel inside and hook them up to a generator to simulate the effect, but I really wouldn't recommend it.

unfortunately, due to budget cuts, the pokémon assigning quiz has been canceled. instead, you must spin THE WHEEL, assigning you a random, unevolved, non-legendary and non-mythical pokémon. you must now go on some sort of world-saving adventure as this pokémon. good luck!

I have seen the error of my actions and I now let my Blitzel catch all the lightning he wants while I wear noise canceling headphones.

The bad news is that he is now super charged with electricity and has left a hole in my tent. Right now he is zooming through a field at mach 1.

Hey, people tend to make mistakes when they start training a Pokemon they're unfamiliar with. I'm just happy to know that your buddy is all nice and happy!

But, uh, my condolences for your tent. If memory serves, they sell heavy duty ones that come in different varieties of resistance, such as electricity proofing.

If you have a talk with the lil guy to let him know where he should run in respect to your camp, they tend to respect those boundaries pretty well as long as they're being treated well.
