Kane from The Prideful Major Finally Kneels by @painful-pooch

Alonso Kane is a Brigadier General in the Air Force that is one of the folks in charge of supervising the task force. They are a clever and conniving man who worked his way up the chain of command in the military. He loves to exert his force on those beneath him and he has an extreme hatred for weak people in the military. He will use his enemy's fears, desires, and thoughts to win over them and turn the tables in his favor. He's not afraid to get physical and he makes sure his threats have as much venom in them to put the fear of the universe into Whumpee. He's persistent and once they figure out a weakness in Whumpee's defense, he will keep attacking them until they can't fight back anymore.

"If you were half the soldier I thought you were, you wouldn't have been damaged in the blast. Giving your armor to some civilian? You're a much larger idiot. Next time, do yourself a favor, and just bury yourself while you're at it. You don't have long to live with that savior complex you have going on. Fix yourself before I make it happen myself."

Lucas Wade from Saved By A Killer by @a-crumb-of-whump

Lucas is a human whumper. Uses extreme physical violence/torture and likes to see if he can make even the most resiliant people beg for death. Has severe anger issues, doesn't trust anyone and will often use whoever is closest as a punching bag, both literally and figuratively, when he's upset. Absolutely hates being laughed at and bullied, even lightheartedly.

He's physically strong, but has an awful time regulating his emotions and using his head, which is often the cause of his downfalls. Isn't afraid of death or gore if it's another person, but is terrified of it happening to himself. Is willing to beg if pushed far enough.

A crime boss with a passion for blood and gore. She is incredibly strong and mostly uses her muscles to win fights in the old days and beat people to a pulp now, though she always has at least two or three knives on her. Hates crying more than anything. She just wants to get some amusement out of her prisoners at the end of a long, stressful day, and is usually pretty calm and happy, even when brutally torturing. But once she’s angry, she is angry, and there’s no turning back. Slow to anger, but nearly impossible to calm.

“You are so disgusting and pathetic.” She smiled. It was clear she enjoyed this fact about Rat greatly. “Anyhow, you’ve earned the punishment lesser time. Come on.”
