Listen to your elders
So last week I posted abut the importance of downloading your fic. And then three days later AO3 went down for 24 hours. No one was more weirded out by this than I was. But while yâall were acting like the library at Alexandria was on fire I was reading my download fic and editing chapter eight of Buck, Rogers, and the 21st Century. And also thinking about what I could do to be helpful when the crisis was actually over.
So first off, Iâm going to repeat that if youâre going to bookmark a fic, you really need to also download the fic and back it up in a safe place. I just do it automatically now and itâs a good habit to get into.
But letâs talk about some other scenarios. Last October I lost power for over a week after hurricane Ian. Apart from not having internet or A/C I did find plenty to do, I collect books so I had plenty to read, but maybe, unlike me, your favorite comfort reads arenât sitting on a bookshelf. So letâs do something about that, shall we?
In olden times many long years ago around 1995 we printed off a lot of fic. It was mostly SOP to print a fic you planned to reread and stick it in a three ring binder. And thatâs totally valid today too, but you can also make a very nice paperback with a minimum amount of skill and materials.
Letâs start with the download; Go to Ao3 and select your fic, weâll be working with one of mine. This method works best with one shots, long fic tends to need a more complicated approach. Get yourself an HTML download
Open up the HTML download and select all then copy paste into any word processor. Set the page to landscape and two columns, then change the font to something you find easy to read, this is your book, no judgement. This is all you have to do for layout but I like to play a little bit. I move all the meta, summary, notes to the end and pick out a fun font for the title:Â
No time like the present to do a quick proofread. Congratulations, youâve just created your first typeset. On to the fun part.
Now youâre going to need some materials:Â 8.5x11in paper ruler one sheet of 12x12 medium card stock (60-80lb) scissors pencil pen or fine tip marker sheet of wax paper white glue two binder clips 2 heavy books or 1 brick butter knife
Youâll also need a printer, if youâre in the US there is almost a 100% chance your local library has a printer you can use if you donât have your own. None of these materials are expensive and you can literally use cheap copy paper and Elmers glue.
Print your text block, one page per side. Fold the first page in half so that the blank side is inside and the printed side out:

use the butter knife to crease the edge. Repeat on all the sheets. When youâve finished, stack them up with the raw edge on the left and the folded edge on the right. I used standard copy paper, because youâre only printing on one side thereâs no bleed to worry about. Take the text block and line everything up. Use the binder clips to hold the raw edge in place.
Wrap the text block in the wax paper so that the raw edge and binder clips are facing out. Iâm going to use my home built book press but you donât need one, a brick or a couple of books or anything else heavy will work fine.

Once the text block is anchored down, take off he binder clips and get out the glue.

You can use a brush but you donât need one, smear some glue on that raw edge.
Go make a margarita, watch The Mandalorian, call your mother. Donât come back for at least an hour
In an hour smear some more glue on there and shift your brick forward so that the whole book is covered. This keeps the paper from warping. While glue part 2 is drying weâll do the cover. Get out your 12x12 cardstock

Mark the cardstock off at 8.5 inches and cut it. Measure in 5.5 inches from the left and put in a score line with the butter knife (the back edge not the sharp edge)
Carefully fold the score line, this is your front cover. You have some options for the cover title, you can use a cutting machine like a cricut if you have one, you can print out a title on the computer and use carbon paper to transfer the text to the cardstock. I was in a mood so I just freehanded that beoch. Pencil first then in pen.
Take your text block out from under your brick. Line it up against the score mark and mark the second score on the other side of the spine

Fold the score and glue the textblock into the cover at the spine. Once the glue dries up mark the back cover with the pencil and then trim the back cover to fit with your scissors.
Voila:

Iâm going to put this baby on the shelf next to the Silmarillion.
The whole process, not counting drying time, took less than an hour.
If you want to make a book of a longer fic, I recommend Renegade Publishing, they have a ton of resources for fan-binders.Â

can i get a name for your drink? yeah, peter parker

genre: delinquent!ateez x bubble tea worker!reader, meet-cute, high school au, fluff, crack
length:Â 6.6k
c/w: cliche depictions of high school delinquents, mentions of smoking, drugs and clubs, boys trying to act tough, everybody has bad humour, swearing is their mother tongue
synopsis: a bubble tea shop is one of the last places you would expect for a high school delinquent to walk into during the dead of night. yet here you are, forming an unlikely friendship with not one but eight of them. they may be kind of stupid, but they also kind of grow on you.
a/n: a fic with no angst? a fic without a 40k wc?? new writer who dis. just a short and sweet fic @sorryimananti-romantic helped prod me to write
you know that you are probably shaving a couple months off your lifespan each time you work a night shift at the bubble tea shop and subsequently fuck up your entire sleep routine for the next couple of days, but it gives you a bit of extra money, there are hardly any customers, and it is quiet enough that you can squeeze in some studying at the same time.
the shop probably averages about two couples and a few odd individuals here and there per night. why a small business would even decide to stay open during ghost hours in the first place, likely making negative profit, you have no idea. but you digressâyou are just here to bum around for money.
so when your average customer number suddenly spikes not just by one, two or three people, but by an entire group of eight, it is safe to say you are more than confused. they are obviously your age because you can recognise the school crest embroidered onto the front pocket of their uniform shirts; it is one of the nearby high schools in the area. except, that is where the similarity ends.
only half of them are wearing their uniform, and even then they layer it unbuttoned over bold statement t-shirts like it is a mere accessory. the others wear black tracksuits and there is not a single pair of proper school shoes to be seen. your eyes cannot help but scan their pierced ears and obviously-styled hairstylesâyou are pretty sure the shortest boy has dyed his hair a lighter shade of brown too.
it is hard to take your attention off of him as he takes one last drag of the cigarette in his hand, lazily blowing the smoke out of the corner of his mouth before he flicks the butt onto the floor outside and steps in through the door along with the others. you idly wonder how he got his hands on a fake id to purchase cigarettes in the first place, but at least he is polite about not smoking inside your store.
the group saunters up and you startle slightly as the boy at the front slaps his hand against the counter with the matching confidence to his glorified 6 foot height to demand, âgive me a double shot of espresso.â he pulls away his hand to reveal a mismatched assortment of sad coins and crumpled notes.
âwe, uhââ you glance not so subtly at the wall-sized menu behind you and the LED lighting decor sprawled across the other three walls with the phrases, âyouâre a cu-teaâ, âyouâre pearl-fectâ, and âyouâre my bo-baeâ, and wonder what gave these boys the impression they could order coffee. âwe donât sell coffee,â you state.
he does not seem fazed by your words at all. âcanât you just, like, charge me for your most expensive drink and make me a coffee?â he asks his absurd question with practiced ease, which makes you think that this is not his first rodeo.
unfortunately for him though, you deadpan, âi physically canât. we donât have a coffee machine.â
the boyâs expression finally cracks a little and you can literally see the cogs slowing down to a stop inside his brain. âaw, fuck,â he swears, âthis worked last time.â
one his friends shrugs callously and snickers, âwhat did i say, mingi. told you they wouldnât have one.â
âshut up, jongho,â he gripes in response.
you gesture vaguely at the laminated menu on the counter beside the cash register. âwould you like something else to drink?â you offer.
the tall boyâmingiâtakes all but one look at the barrage of words before his eyes flicker back up towards you. ârecommend something.â
âdepends on what youâre feeling,â you hum your scripted question, pointing to the different sections of the menu. âdo you want something fruity or milky?â
he looks constipated as he weighs the two options. âfruity?â he eventually settles, still sounding unsure. âwhatâs good?â
at the question, all of their eyes turn to look at you intently and you feel yourself wilting internally at the thought of explaining the drinks to a group of boys that look like outright delinquents, because if there is one downside to working here apart from the crippling health impacts, it is the loss of your dignity each time you have to say the stupid names of the drinks.
âwell,â you clear your throat and steel yourself, âweâve got the bubbly butterfly blues, a purple grape and blueberry fruit ade, or the mysterious mermaid magic, a mango and passionfruit green tea with rainbow pearls.â you forge on with your explanations despite the furrowed brows and open mouths of judgement on their faces, deciding to give them a recommendation for a milky drink too just in case. âthe rainbow unicorn fairy sparkles is also pretty popular. itâs a strawberry milk tea with whipped cream, sprinkles and marshmââ
âiâll take that one,â mingi interrupts, unable to stand the onslaught of words that make the world around him explode into pink glitter. he drops an additional crinkled note onto the counter for good measure and then strides away to take a seat at the table in the furthest corner of the store to wait for his cutesy drink.
half a snort escapes the back of your throat at the sight. mingi may as well hold a megaphone to his mouth and shout âi am a manly man!â to make himself feel better. what an idiot.
you shift your attention to the rest of the group. âanything i can get for you guys?â you ask.
âfuck it, why not,â the one who had been smoking shrugs immediately. âget me the same thing heâs getting.â
most of the others pass and step away to join mingi at the table as you sort out the payment for delinquent number twoâs cutesy drink. when you close the cash registerâyou are tempted to ask them why they have so many loose coinsâthe last two of the boys sidle up to the other side of the counter, peering down carefully at the menu.
you frown.
these two are actually wearing their uniform properly, only the first buttons of their shirt undone, no brightly-coloured tee peeking out from underneath, ties still around their neck and shirts tucked into their pants. they are even wearing their name tags; kang yeosang and park seonghwa. also, apart from the fact that the two appear prim and proper enough to be part of the student council, they are also very pretty.
said two look up at you, catch the frown across your face, fumble a little, then give you a small smile as a peace offering. âhi,â seonghwa greets softly, âcan we get two regular pearl milk teas, please? thank you.â
you physically recoil.
âblink twice if youâre being threatened,â you blurt out, the words tumbling unwisely out of your mouth before you can stop them and definitely loud enough that all eight of the boys can hear you.
blink twice seonghwa and yeosang do, but not as a confirmation that the stark difference in their appearance and demeanour to the others is a sign they are being bullied into hanging out. they blink to askâvery respectfullyâwhat the fuck you are on about.
they blink at you. you blink at them. the other boys blink at the three of you.
âsure thing!â you vocally sweep your own words under the rug. âtwo regular pearl milk teas coming right up!â
you swipe yeosangâs payment out of his handsânotes and coins carefully counted out to the exact amountâand punch the number into the cashier before swiftly turning your back to them to make their drinks. if you ignore something hard enough then it never happened. and it works, because they retreat to join the rest of their friends at the furthest table without further comment.
it does not take long to make all four of their drinks, but you do take a few extra minutes to carefully swirl the whipped cream on top of the strawberry milk tea orders and artistically shower them with sprinkles and marshmallows. you want to make them as cute as you fucking possibly can just for mingi.
âtwo rainbow unicorn fairy sparkles and two regular pearl milk teas,â you call out.
they all stand up, likely ready to leave once they grab their drinks. mingi leads the group with his long strides and he picks up his drink with one hand. he holds it up to eye level to study it like an unknown specimen and the moment he picks it up, one of his friendsâyou think you overheard the others call him wooyoungâcannot help but blurt out with distaste, âthat shit looks sweet as fuck.â
mingi holds his drink closer to his body with a light glare because hey, it does look sweet as fuck but it also actually looks really good. and kind of cute, he will admit. he takes a tentative sip through the straw then a small lick of the whipped cream on top, the scattered toppings simultaneously crunching and melting in his mouth to spread sweet diabetes across his tongue.
it tastes like drugs in sugar form.
and it must show on his face because the tallest of his friends leans over to do the same, taking a sip from the same straw and a lick of the whipped cream from the other side, only far more generous and daring than the drinkâs owner.
âbro,â comes the tall boyâs immediate reaction, âiâd get one of these every day.â
wooyoung suddenly looks less dubious and asks, curiosity now piqued, âgive me a sip of that rainbow shit.â
âno,â mingi instantly responds, still keeping his drink close to his body and literally turning away to keep it protected and out of wooyoungâs reach. âyou insulted my drink. get your own.â
the latter whines and you physically jerk backwards for the second time that night at their complete disregard for following stereotypical delinquent traits. you are starting to think that they are not delinquents so much as delinquent-wannabes and they seem increasingly harmless the more they simply exist.
âhongjoong,â wooyoung suddenly sings out, appearing to change targets to his other friend who had ordered the same drink. he is determined to try a sip tonight without having to spend his own money, but alasâ
hongjoong flips him off and cradles his drink out of sight too. âyou insulted my drink by extension.â
âdetermination can only get him so far.
this time, you cannot help the proper snort of amusement that leaves your mouth. you dare to hold your gaze with a lightly teasing lilt of your lips when wooyoung whips his head around with narrowed eyes. the boy cogs turn in his head as he deduces how far he can push the boundaries with you and he must come to some sort of conclusion that you are a newfound stranger-friend because he jokes with a straight face, âiâll rob you.â
âsure,â you answer easily, tapping in a fake order onto the registerâs screen to eject the cash drawer with a comedic ding! emphasising your words.
a few of them guffaw and wooyoungâs expression lights up to actually reach over the counter to help himself to a ten dollar bill. that is, until his hand is slapped away by somebody else with quite possibly the most perfect eyebrows you have ever seen. and no. you are most definitely not jealous.
âiâll pay for your drink,â the friend chides, digging into his back pocket to fish out his wallet.
seonghwa shakes his head and advises, âdonât enable him, san,â at the same time that wooyoung brattily decides, ânah, donât want one.â
âgod, thatâs it,â jongho mutters, starting to usher the group away from the counter towards the direction of the doors. âweâre leaving. mingiâs waiting outside already.â
they let themselves be herded and a few of them even turn to wave goodbye to you at the doors, cheerfully leaving behind the words âweâll be back!â in their wake as they exit the shop. your hand remains suspended in the air mid-wave even after they have disappeared and you blink blankly at the bizarreness of your entire encounter with the group of boys.
you do not know if they truly mean it when they say they will be back, but you do know one thing; you kind of hope that they do.
âcan i get that thing i got last week.â
the tone of mingiâs voice ends his sentence more like it is a demand than it is a question, but the nuance of his words is still a request and already an improvement in comparison to your first encounter with him. if you are completely honest, you are also somewhat happy to see him and the others come back, so you will take the wins where you can. baby steps.
âwhich one?â you clarify. âi donât remember.â
you do remember because their group of eight is pretty hard to forget, and they are some of the only customers you ever get. plus, you have made it somewhat of a personal challenge to hear mingi say something as stupid as ârainbow unicorn fairy sparklesâ, which means that you are going to pretend for as long as you need to.
he scratches the side of his neck. âyâknow, that drink you said is good.â
âwe have a couple of those. was it the, uh, mysterious mermaid magic?â your head tilts with exaggerated thoughtfulness and from behind mingi, hongjoong and wooyoung cackle while the others look on with smirks, having caught on to exactly what you are doing.
âno, the rainbow unicâŚâ he mumbles, voice growing increasingly softer with each syllable until his mouth is simply opening and closing.
you look at him with faux apologeticness and furrow your brows, âsorry? i didnât quite catch that.â
âsay it louder, dude,â his tall friend nudges him playfully. you are going to need to find out his name somehow because his is the only one you have yet to figure out, and you have a feeling you and him would get along real good.
âthe rainbow unicorn fairy sparkles,â mingi finally gets out. if he were a cartoon character, you would see the rising colour of bright red creep up from under his uniform to the tip of his ears and then to the very roots of his hair.
god forbid a manly man purchase a cutesy pick-me-up drink on a friday night.
you smile brightly and use your cheeriest customer service voice to announce, âone rainbow unicorn fairy sparkles for princess mingi coming right up.â
the boy in front of you is flattered to learn that you know and remember his name but is also twice as horrified by the nickname you have crowned him with. his brain short circuits and his eyes widen at you in panicked masculinity and he shoves his payment across the counter before retreating to the same table in the corner of the store where seonghwa is already seated. if you look closely enough, there is a little wisp of smoke coming out from the top of mingiâs head too as he malfunctions. heh.
the boy whose name you still do not know comes up to the counter next. he jerks his head backwards in the direction of mingi and orders, âcould i get the same? that rainbow fairy sparkling unicorn or whatever.â the name is wrong but he gets an a+ for trying so you do not correct him, simply nodding and putting his order into the cash register instead.
then you ask for your own personal gain, âcan i get a name for your drink?â
he does not appear to question your intentions nor realise he is the only one you have asked because he is too occupied grinning widely at you, unable to curb his cheeky excitement at the thought of what he is about to say. âyeah, peter parker,â comes his proud answer, quite literally naming his drink.
and that is how you find out that he has the best (read: worst) humour out of all of the boys.
it is frankly right up your alley but you refuse to let him one-up you. instead, you use it to your advantage. you nod, âp.p. for short,â dragging the abbreviated initials out for longer so that it sounds intentionally crude.
âpeepee,â wooyoung repeats with unrestrained laughter, high-pitched shrieking that sets off the others as well.
and that is also how you find out that wooyoung has the easiest funny bone to tickle out of all the boys.
p.p.âs eyes glint with delight at the fact that you can both take and dish out your own freak. he leans against the countertop on his elbow, which is a sight to behold with how far he has to stoop down because of his height, and exposes you with no qualms, âitâs yunho, by the way, since you wanted to know my name so badly.â he adds a flirty wink for good measure as his friends ooh like the true teenage boys that they are.
you mirror his mannerisms and bat your eyelashes at him to say, âokay, whatever you say, peepee.â
hongjoong intervenes and shoves yunho aside before the latter can fall in love with you and your wack-ass humour or something. he shoos him away, âgo sit at the table,â as if he is sending the taller into the naughty corner.
yunho concedes with his hands raised in mock surrender, walking backwards as he reassures his friend, âdonât worry. you wonât hear a peep-ee out of me.â
your facade cracks and you let out a laugh, which only grows louder when jongho takes the liberty to grab a wrapped straw from the container on your countertop to peg it at yunhoâs face. it bounces perfectly off the middle of his forehead and lands on the floor, where seonghwaâbless himâbends down to pick it up. you think he might just be your favourite.
âdidnât know you were into that kind of humour,â hongjoong notes with a tone of amusement.
âoh, thereâs a lot about me that you donât know,â you respond, a hint of flirtatiousness in your words.
fuck being professional. these boys would probably be the last people on earth to ever report you for something like a coquettish comment, and god forbid you want to flirt with a couple of really hot guys. the image of hongjoong taking a lazy drag from his cigarette burns at the forefront of your mind as he stares intently into your eyes, and his seeming nonchalance to his own charm only makes him that much more attractive.
he raises an eyebrow, âis that a challenge?â
âonly if youâre up for it,â you respond coyly.
san coughs and interrupts, ânot to be a cockblock, but can you flirt after we order our drinks.â
the boy in front of you rolls his eyes, pairing it with a loving middle finger at his friend. however, he moves over anyway, half mumbling that he is not going to get a drink. his spot at the counter is immediately snagged by san who mimics yunhoâs earlier pose leaning against the surface. âso,â he gives you an overly-smouldering gaze, âtell me something about yourself that i donât know.â
a bubble of mirth rises from out of your chest and san drops the act utterly pleased with himself. you humour him, though only partially, by revealing, âthe desserts here are actually really good. i love the cookies.â
âwhich oneâs your favourite?â
you point to one of the cookies in the second row of the display counter. âthe biscoff and peanut butter fudge.â
one of his beautiful brows raises upwards as if to ask why the cookie name is so normal. you give him a miniscule shrug. beats me. he shakes his head with a slight chuckle then requests, âiâll have one of each cookie and one of each donut that youâve got.â your eyes bug out of your head because that is a fuckton of cookies and donuts, but san reassures you they all have caves for stomachs.
you get started on their drinks then slide the glass doors open to pull their desserts out, only to realise that yeosang has lingered close by to watch you. he is not wearing his uniform today, instead in a tracksuit like the others but in white. he looks good in that colour and you tell him such, âyour tracksuit looks good.â
âthanks,â he replies easily, âwooyoung shoplifted it for me.â
your jaw drops at his sudden confession, too taken aback to appropriately school your expression in time even if you should not really be too surprised by their shenanigans. at your obvious stupor, yeosangâs stoic face breaks immediately and he reveals, âjust kidding, hehe.â despite his joke, he blushes to the very tip of his ears like rudolph but elf style and rushes away.
you are left dumbfounded in a good way. one day, you are going to teach yeosang a thing or two about confidence because his uncanny ability to keep a straight face whilst saying the most out-of-left-field thing when it is least expected then leaving the other person wondering whether he is being genuine or only joking is top-tier humourâhe just needs to learn how to own it.
you are also left wondering whether there is a single sane soul in this friendship group. you still hold some hope for seonghwa and maybe san, but who knows.
when their drinks and spread of desserts are ready, you expect them all to leave like they did last week. except this time they drag two circular tables closer together in the far corner of the store that they seem hellbent on claiming as their spot, where they then lay out all of the desserts across the joint surface. you watch from behind the counter. there is both a sense of systematic order and chaotic mess to the way they take a bite out of a cookie or donut, nod enthusiastically at how good it tastes whilst shoving it into the face of somebody else, who will in turn take a bite and join in on the enthusiastic nodding and moan an affirmative that it is good.
âwait, this donut is fucking fire,â you hear, and, âthis cookie is The Shit, bro.â
they are sort of really fucking cute; boys you would expect to see loitering in alleyways with cigs in their mouths and sneaking into clubs with fakes to pop pills, instead sitting hunched over on cute plastic stools around rickety circular tables sharing sweet desserts like they are at a tea party.
wooyoung catches your gaze over the top of jonghoâs head and he gets up instantly to drag you out from behind your counter. all of your warbled protests go unheard as he pulls you by one of your loose apron tiesâhis strangely endearing way of being respectful not to actually touch youâtowards their tables whilst refuting, âthereâs nobody else in here but us.â
that is how you find yourself squashed between seonghwa and jongho, your shoulders and thighs touching from close proximity.
âtry this blueberry lemon cookie,â seonghwa offers from beside you the moment you sit down, extending the treat for you to take a bite from.
mingi so helpfully reminds, âshe literally works here.â
seonghwa shushes him, âyeah, but she probably hasnât tried everything on the menu.â
he is not wrong. you may have the appetite, but you do not have the physical stomach to try an entire serving of each dessert available in the shop, even if you were to try one per shift. now that the opportunity has handed itself to you on a silver platter, you are not going to refuse. plus, you do not think that you could ever bring yourself to say no when seonghwa is holding the cookie out with both hands so eagerly.
he is definitely your favourite.
you take a tentative bite out of the cookie and eight pairs of shiny eyes do not leave yours until you give them an affirmative and enthusiastic nod at its taste. all flurry of activity starts up again as they continue to trade desserts with those sitting beside them and across the circle. it feels like you are suddenly back in primary school, sharing your snacks out of your lunch box and trading sandwiches with your friends. they include you easily in both taste-testing and conversation, filling your usually quiet shift with antics and laughter.
it has always been a perk that you do not get many customers, but now more so than ever, you hope that nobody comes in for the remainder of your shiftâor at the very least, not until the boys leave. in just two meetings, they have all grown on you in their own ways and you kind of want this to become a regular thing. you could definitely get used to this.
despite their appearances and rough-around-the-edges personalities, they are really just a bunch of boys living their life to the fullest in the diabetic form of bubble tea, loaded cookies and glazed donut runs in the middle of a random night.
and honestly? if you had a group of friends like them, you would too.
yunhoâs eyes narrow fiercely at the couple who are walking along the footpath outside the perimeter of your shop, daring them to step in through the doors. his glare is not needed thoughâthe very sight of what is going down inside is more than enough for their eyes to widen and for the man to hastily pull his girlfriend away.
âoh look, there goes another two potential customers,â hongjoong notes with sarcastic dismay. âi wonder why people are always in such a hurry to leave.â
yunho blinks his murderous intent away and faces you with round, innocent eyes as you roll your own and cross your arms. your insides wilt at the loss of potential revenue but only by a tad, because whatever business they boys scare off, they make up for several times over. you state as a matter-of-factly, âmaybe it has something to do with jongho.â
said boy currently stands about three feet away from you, his arms raised and fists clenched threateningly as the rest of the boys surround the both of you in a circle of sorts as if they are about to witness a bloody fistfight. you suppose it does not look too far from the truthâyou are about to get punched in the face.
jongho shrugs dismissively, âitâs not my fault other people arenât interested in learning how to get knocked out by a sucker punch safely.â
âi donât think any of those words should go together in a single sentence,â you tell him honestly, unimpressed.
âthey normally donât,â jonghoâs mouth ticks up, âwhich is exactly why youâre learning.â
you cannot win against him or any of them. last week it had been learning how to pop a dislocated shoulder back into place, the week before it had been how to dislocate a shoulder, and then the week before that it had been how to reverse-jump a person if they were chasing you into an alleyway.
it has become an ingrained part of your weekly routine for the boys to rock up during your friday night shift, order half the menu, hang around for hours where you usually join them, then leave until the next week rolls around again. but these random tutorials have only just recently become a new routine within your pre-existing routine.
it all started when wooyoung snuck behind your counter one night while your back was turned to make their drinks and decided it would be hilarious to scream in your face as you turned around. you had jerked backwards so hard that you knocked over the entire stack of blender jars, which toppled over into the dirty sink one after the other like noisy dominoes. seonghwa had made wooyoung personally clean and stack them all again as punishment, but the damage had been done and hongjoong had declared that you would not survive in the real world if a little fright like that could make your butthole pucker right back up into your own intestinal system.
and so had begun your weekly crash courses on survival instincts because according to them, you had none. you had refused to submit to their antics at first, but then yeosang had pointed out, âitâs true. wooyoung was standing behind you like a creep for a full five minutes and you didnât even notice.â san had also threatened that they would not order anything until you complied each week.
âthatâs not fair,â you had complained petulantly. âi just wonât serve you guys at all then.â
san had given you a cheshire grin. âyou wouldnât. weâre like, eighty percent of the total revenue you make during your shift.â
that shuts you up real quick and san knows, so you have no choice but to give in to whatever tomfoolery they choose to teach you for that week. if it is learning to âget knocked out by a sucker punch safelyâ, then so be it.
âokay, iâm all set to be punched in the future,â you declare dryly as jongho reigns in his fist after a pretend swing at your temple, âare you guys going to order now?â
hongjoong nods like he is the little leader of this delinquent gang, but jokes on him because they follow behind you to gather in front of the counter in a single file of sorts with practiced ease, an endearingly crooked line of ducklings. you know right off the bat that it means they already know what they want to order because other times they will come together as pairs or even triplets so that they can umm and ahh over the menu together.
you do not think you can ever take them seriously as proper delinquentsâif they even count as such.
as if to prove your point even further, mingi throws up double gang signs and makes a poor attempt to rap, âi want an emineminem,â and when seonghwa not-so-subtly pinches his elbow, he adds on, âplease.â
you bite the inside of your cheek to stop yourself from laughing as your hands automatically move to input his order into the register, long past familiar with what his order truly means; mysterious mermaid magic, because the alliteration of the name âm and m and mâ sounds the same as the rapperâs name twice. go figure. you do not know if âemineminemâ is worse, or, as san calls it whilst flexing his biceps, âthe mermanâ.
the boys have a shockingly terrible incapacity to remember the names on the menu correctly, but it is also partially due to the fact that they could give less than zero fucks about them. they will either say what they think the name is, or what they think the name should be.
they make the rules. you simply follow.
the first time it happened was during their third time at the store. âyo, give me a triple b,â jongho had confidently ordered.
âa fuckinâ what?â you were positive you were having a stroke.
âa triple b,â he had tried again, frowning at how you did not automatically understand him. âthe big butterfly bus or somethinâ.â
you could not take him seriously. âbig butterfly bus? what are they gonna do after hopping on? go to fucking school?â you had jested. âalso, you canât just make up your own name and expect me toâyou know what, sure.â
it sort of becomes a game. you will roll over in your grave before admitting it, but it is sort of fun to hear an absolutely rubbish string of wordsâor lettersâcome out of their mouths for you to then follow their ridiculous train of thought backwards to work out what the actual drink is. the silly boys with their silly names kind of grow on you.
and you may or may not indulge them a little too much. they are the first to try any new items on the menu, even when they are still technically not meant to be available to the general public. but when they pounce on whatever you present to them on the table like puppies and fresh kibble, it is very hard not to keep doing so. which is exactly why you bring out the batch of cupcakes you had made earlier specifically for them to taste.
they look like normal vanilla-frosted cupcakes, except when you bite into them, there is a dark chocolate cookie inside the base. it is the perfect mix of soft and chewy, and when the gooeyness is maximised by slightly warming the dessert up, it isâ
âfucking fire, bro,â yunho says around a mouthful, blatantly ignoring the dirty look that seonghwa shoots him for talking with food in his mouth.
yeosang inspects the cookie at the core. âhave you named it yet?â
you do not get a say in what the menu items are named and they always do in fact already have a name by the time the boys get to try them. regardless, you answer, ânot yet,â because they love the power trip they get when they have creative liberty over your storeâs products.
âi have an idea,â wooyoung pipes up immediately. âthe frosted ultimate cookie cupcake.â then in a falsetto voice, he role-plays by himself, âhi, could i get a fucc please?â
mingi snorts himself silly and continues, âactually, could you give me two fucks?â
you oblige, âfuck you, and double fuck you,â flashing your middle finger at wooyoung first then mingi second to punctuate the fucks you are gifting them.
the boys snicker at your crudeness, absolutely delighted. not the type to let any opportunity to swear go by, the rest of them join in as san yanks you down to sit at the table with them before you can roll your eyes and walk away.
and out of all moments, it is this exact moment, when you are surrounded by the eight of them throwing out colourful words left and right with the giddy enthusiasm of toddlers, each holding a half-eaten vanilla-frosted cookie cupcake in their hands, that you realise you may actually give a few too many fucks about themâŚand not just in a friendly way.
well. fuck.
when you get a call on friday morning from your branch manager the following week, your immediate thought is that somebody finally chanced upon watching the storeâs security footage and you have been caught making friends with delinquent customers and literally feeding them with business secrets. except when you pick up and tentatively greet him, he starts to say something that is arguably just as bad.
âi need you to swap shifts with gayoung. she canât work this tuesday night so i need you to cover that day âcause thereâs nobody else available,â he informs. âgayoung will cover your shift tonight instead.â
you are still trying to process his words as you repeat, âtonight?â
âyes, so you wonât need to go into work tonight.â
your heart skips a beat. for the first time in your life, you find yourself asking, âcanât i take both shifts?â
âno, you canât. sorry,â your manager apologises but he does not sound sorry at all.
you have never voluntarily taken up extra night shifts, much less asked to take up additional shifts. yet, there is a heavy sense of disappointment that simultaneously settles itself deep inside your stomach and lodges itself in your throat, because it is friday today and friday night is for your boys. you do not even have a way of letting them know that you will not be in tonight.
you wonder if they will notice your absence and whether they will care. after all, you may just be somebody who happens to work at the bubble tea shop they frequent. but it turns out that they do and turns out you are not.
âwhere were you?â
those are the first words that are thrown at you the moment the boys walk through the door during your friday shift the week after you swapped nights with gayoung. they stomp up to your counter sporting furrowed brows and pressed lips, and if it were not for seonghwaâs soft smile and warm, âwe missed seeing you,â you would have thought that they were angry at you.
you can only imagine how terrifying their demeanours would be if they were actually to be angry.
âmy manager made me swap shifts with another coworker,â you explain and their expressions soften immediately.
jongho breaks out into a triumphant smirk as he turns to hongjoong with an upturned palm. âi told you. pay up.â
the latter sheepishly pulls out some crumpled notes as you gawk, âyou bet on why i wasnât at work?â
âdonât mind them,â wooyoung waves his hand dismissively. âhongjoong has trust issuesâsaid that you were avoiding us.â
âi would never!â you refute at the same time that hongjoong exclaims, âi did not!â
âeither way, fuck your manager. the fucking audacity to take you off our shift?â wooyoung complains.
you try to keep a straight face at the fact that wooyoung has just very casually claimed your shiftâand by extension, youâas theirs. you babble the first thing that comes to mind, âthe drinks are all made using the same recipe. it doesnât matter who makes them.â
yunhoâs eyes narrow with offense that you would even suggest a thing. âitâs nowhere near the same.â he is not the only one who wants to tell you that as long as it is not you it will never be the same.
their collective thoughts come out instead through mingi, ânobody understands when we order a triple b or an emineminem or a âhorse drinkâ.â
âyeah, no shit sherlock,â you fire back, because apparently sarcasm is your automatic defense mechanism when you are flustered, âmight help if you call them by their proper names.â
âor maybe the problem is that nobody knows us well enough like you do,â san insists with a wink and in response, yeosang reveals, âwe donât let just anybody get close to us.â
you joke before you can truly think your words through, âsounds like a you problem then.â
âyouâre right,â hongjoong banters easily with smugness.
your nervous fidgeting as you tap useless buttons on the screen of your register gives you away despite your attempts to stay collected. they chuckle and it is difficult not to crumble under their unwavering gazes because it is obvious they can see right through your facade. but can anybody really blame you when you had not been expecting them to reciprocate your feelings of interest, much less admit to it so easily and straightforwardly?
in a last ditch attempt to regain some control over the conversation, you ask, âso, what do you guys want to order?â
from day one, the boys have surprised you in the most unpredictable waysâeight not-quite-delinquent delinquents with simultaneously calloused fists, pottied mouths and insatiable sweet tooth. today is no exception, and you have a feeling that you should start becoming accustomed to their antics because they are here to stay, especially after today.
âwhat we want to order?â they look at you with confident flirtatiousness. âyour phone number and a date.â

me, a clothing history specialist: oh wow, my time machine worked!
a 35-year-old mother of three c. 1870: where the dickens did you come from and what are you doing in my house
me: you're in your 30s and you've had children?
her: yes...?
me: SAVE YOUR DRESSES
her: I already put my wedding dress in a cedar chest with some lavender-
me: were you 21 and lacing down past the point of reasonable comfort for your wedding?
her: how did you know? I looked amazing, but in retrospect I'm not sure it was worth not being able to dance
me: no. save your dress that you're wearing right now. save it. save it like your life depends on it
her: but I've been running errands and playing with my kids all day and there's a stain from where I was helping the maid-of-all-work figure out a fancy bechamel recipe for dinner with my husband's boss and spilled some. not to mention all the ways my body has changed since having children, but that happens to all mothers, I suppose
me:
her: ...are you crying?
me: SAVE. DRESS.

Sham Sacrifice
(Hi it's time for my favorite headcanon)
...
Vlad Masters sat firm and proper on the Fenton Family couch, legs crossed, teacup pinched in his fingertips, fighting subtly against the sinkhole that came with the mistake of taking Jackâs usual spot on the couch. He appeared with all the same charm and delightfulness of an ant swarm rearranging your picnic.
Danny stood at the doorway, just-still-in-the-kitchen, just not inviting himself to join the adults in the living room where Jack boomed and rambled and Vlad sat so stiff and polite and nice that his tea in his hands was going cold.
âOh, Danny youâll love this storyâDanny, you should join usâDanny this was, what, summer of â84? When was that heatwave, Vladdy? The one where youââ
âThereâs no need to bore Daniel with the mad ravings of two old kooks, Jack. Kids would rather be off at the mall orâsome store, surely. No need to stick around Daniel on my behalf. I assure you I wonât be offended if you leave.â
âNo worries, V-man. Iâm good right here. I love hearing Dadâs stories." Danny met Vlad's challenge, speaking with more poisonous courtesy than Vlad had proffered first. "In fact I think he should tell a few more, if heâs got more in mind.â
âIn fact I do have more in mindââ Jack answered.
Neither Danny nor Vlad were listening to Jack. They held eye-contact, Danny with a stern unblinkingness of a sheepdog on duty. A lot was said without words. A lot was understood when Vlad decided to visit through the front door. Vlad only used the front door when he wanted something.
And it was never good when Vlad wanted something.
ââthe core reactor project, yeah? That summer? That was in the lab with no A/C. Top floor. We were sweating like pigs, all of us. And I dared you to eat the really moldy pizza from our fridge the night before and you ralphed right intoââ
ââSurely you remember this more fondly than I do. Daniel, really, you can go.â
Not a chance.
âActually,â Danny answered, brightening some as his opportunity struck. âI am interested in this. For science class I need to write a report on the invention of an important piece of technology. I was gonna ask Mom and Dad about the Ghost Portal. And now that youâre here, I can get the whole history.â
Jack made a giddy little noise. He leaned forward, words primed, but Vlad was quicker to the draw.
âSorry to say, your faith in me is unfounded. I wasnât the portal guy back in collegeâthat was always your mother and fatherâs passion project. I was their skeptic.â
âBet thatâs got you feeling pretty foolish right now, doesnât it V-man?â Jack chided, a quick jab to Vladâs ribs that nearly unseated the teacup from his suspended saucer. âConsidering the fully-functioning portal right beneath our toes.â
âI hardly feel foolish, Jack. Your calculation for the portal in college was never going to work.â
âWhat do you mean? Of course it did.â Jack thumped the ground with his foot. âItâs running the old girl right now.â
At this, Vladâs eyes narrowed. For the first time heâd been shaken off whatever skeezy machinations had brought him in. His pride was being challenged, and by Jack no less.
âAbsolutely not. With that calculation? Absolutely not.â
âWell forget the tea biscuits Vlad, because youâre going to be eating your words in a second. Mads, hold my spot,â Jack said, as if anyone was planning to take his spot. He bounced from the couch, scooted from the living room, and vanished into the dark maw of the lab stairs, leaving only the waning beat of his footsteps behind.
His absence filled only a swallowing few seconds. The footsteps returned, bounding upward, creaking with his heavy cadence, and Jack bounced back into the room in much the manner he left. A pad of yellow lined paper was clutched in his hand. When he dropped it on the coffee table, it revealed row after row of tight scribble, churning math, carrying down the page and occupying two entire pages more that Jack flipped through.
âSame baby I came up with in college. It just needed heavier dampening and higher voltage than what we made back then. The portal downstairs has that in spades. Well, in like two-thirds of a spade.â Jack tapped something on the last line. âThe projection was still only hitting 70% of the threshold we calculated to reach dimension penetration. But itâs an art, not just a science. We fired it up anyway, and it took!â
Vlad grabbed the paper pad, agitated. His eyes ran over it. Then again. Until he settled on one line, a firmness overcoming his face. He tossed the pad back onto the coffee table, and Vlad leaned back into the couch, arms crossed.
âThe lambda, Jack.â
âThe lambda?â
âCheck it again.â
Jack did, lips pursed, pad of paper nearly swallowed in his big meaty hand.
âWhat about--?â
âIt squares. The units donât balance otherwise. It originates from an integration step of Îť*âÎť/ât. It squares.â
Jackâs brow remained furrowed, firm, until delight cracked into his eyes, and he let out a laugh.
âGods, my handwriting is gonna be the death of us. Mads,â he tapped something unseen on the second page. âThatâs the genius of Vladdy. Cracked this puppy wide open with just a glance. I never noticed that in all my checking. That explains the missing 30%, at least. That explains how the portal took. Lucky for you Danny that Vlad was hereââ
âJack,â Maddie said.
ââyour report can have the correct formula. Itâll beââ
ââJackââ
ââA+ worthyââ
ââJack,â Maddie said, curt. âLambda is the ambient ecto-energy. Itâs a few ten-thousandths of a unit.â
âItâhuh.â
Maddie had surfaced a pen from her pocket. She sheared a few blank pages out from the back of the pad and started the formula fresh. She made quick work of copying it over, quicker work of solving it through â lambda-squared intact.
She hit the final line and hatched a pen mark beneath the number. Jack stared, confused.
âThat canât⌠no.â
He repeated the same. New pages torn loose. Formula copied over, processed, line by line by lineâlambda squaredâby line by line by line.
Jack settled on his answer. Same as Maddieâs.
Confusion made his face tense.
âSo itâs not 70% of the way to the threshold⌠Itâs 0.013% of the way to the threshold.â
He held the pen hard, his whole body holding firm and taut as the gears turned in his head. Jackâs eyes flickered across the formula, again and again and again. He looked to Maddie, like a dog issued a command he did not understand.
âBut it worked,â he said, small. âBut it worked.â
Jack stood, robotic almost, eyes lost in something far away. He disappeared into the lab almost as quickly as he had a few minutes before, but now he exited with a smoothness and a quietness so very uncharacteristic of him. It bothered Danny, somewhere deep in his gut.
Maddie followed, a possession matching Jackâs.
Dannyâs fingers curled and uncurled. Heâd succeeded. Heâs successfully interrupted Vladâs⌠whatever this was. But the disquiet infected him. He didnât like it.
âSo what does that mean?â Danny asked, perhaps to Vlad. âWhatâs wrong with the calculation?â
Vlad sipped on tea ice cold.
âWho knows?â Vlad lied.
âŚ
The math didnât work.
Maddie and Jack burned through paper, burned through pencils, burned through hours.
The math didnât work.
Clothes stuck to skin. Sweat lingered fetid and stale in the cold basement air. Exhaustion beat like a slurry through their veins.
The math didnât work.
The portal supervised all, placidly green, the light for their table, the light for their work when the lightbulb overhead burnt clean out and neither Jack nor Maddie could be pulled away to replace it. It stood, it watched, a testament of contradiction to everything they could not solve on paper, and yet everything they built directly into the fabric of reality.
And it should never have worked.
They threw every radical what-if theyâd ever conceived over 20 years of ghost research.
The ecto-ether layer.
The latent activation stitches in space fabric.
The anti-ectomatter collision proposal.
The positive-feedback crystallization theory.
And still nothing worked.
All together, every crackpot theory in their favor taken for granted, racked them up to an activation energy 200x more potent than the calculation, and still just 2% of what would be needed to rip open, and hold open, a stable fissure between their reality and the ghost zone.
Maybe by pure luck, unfathomable luck, Fentonworks basement was directly situated atop a natural portal.
Maybe that would explain ripping it open. It did nothing to explain the stability. Natural portals were unstable by definition. There and gone in a few seconds. Not hours, days, weeks, months, a year, that the Fenton Portal had been open. Never so much as faltering.
It was late. 3am ticked away to 4am, and 4:30am. The discarded paper stacked higher than Jack and Maddie both. Calluses oozed from their hands at another attempt, and another, and another.
Maddie flipped through a folderâs worth of yellowed papers, aggressively thumbed over and over after two decades left untouched. And she settled on the one sheâd passed over a few dozen times already, always seeking something else, something better.
This time she unsheathed it, and she placed it on the lab table.
ââŚIf a mouse died. In the machine. If a mouse ran through the machine and accidentally bridged two live wires, and died of violent electrocution. 500 milliamps. Instantly melted into the circuitry.â
Maddieâs mouth was cotton-dry while she wrote. Ambient ecto-energy was low. Always very, very low.
Unless something very, very bad happened to something with the capacity to become a ghost.
The numbers wove. Maddie started the formula fresh, and it was pure muscle memory. A mouse. A big mouse, even. A 99th percentile beast of a mouse. And a wire that had been wired incorrectly. Something grounded that never actually grounded. An absolutely horrific amount of electricity.
0.37%, by pure numbers. If she included every permissive crackpot idea they had thrown on top, it topped out at 6% of the needed activation threshold.
Not a mouse.
âA cat,â Jack said, words gummy, tongue dry, face tired. âIf weâve got mice down here, maybe⌠a stray cat wandered in. Chased the mouse.â
Maddie nodded. It didnât matter if it made sense.
She penned it in. A large cat. A devastating electrical short. Cats carried more ecto-potential than mice did. Ecto-potential did not necessarily go up with size. It went up with complexity. The things with the most ecto-potential were the things that most became ghosts.
1.45%, by pure numbers. 18% at absolute, absolute crackpot best.
âA dog,â Jack proposed with a shaky laugh. He swallowed. âA mouse⌠chased by a cat⌠chased by a dog⌠all electrocuted at onceâ
Maddie didnât say the thing they both knew, which was that both of them would have noticed the evidence left behind by the electrically exploded pieces of a dog.
Maddie did it anyway. A mouse and a cat and a medium-sized dog, maybe just small enough to notice no evidence of, all together. All at once. All violently ripped apart, sacrificed to a machine still asleep in its wall.
Mice did not often make ghosts. Cats did not either. Dogs, occasionally. But infrequently. Very infrequently.
37%. At best.
âJack.â
âMaddie, I know justâmaybe something really smartââ
ââJackââ
ââlike an octopusââ
âJack.â
âI hear, maybe, pigs are smart. If it wasââ
Maddie was writing, already. Not for a pig. Not an octopus. Jack watched, and he knew what the numbers meant. The ecto-potential she penned gave her away. An ecto-potential that high.
65kg, an estimate
10,000 milliamps, a catastrophic accident, a death certificate.
A humanâs amount of ecto-potential.
Maddie wrote.
And she wrote.
And she did not apply a single crackpot theory, not a single discredited proposal, not an ounce of exaggeration.
138%.
Threshold, and then some.
Comfortable, easily, then some.
For the first time, after all the hundreds of times she and Jack had penned this equation over the course of 2 decades, the number met her and Jackâs threshold.
A breakthrough.
A revelation.
A pure eureka moment.
Jack and Maddie were silent.
Alone in a humming basement. Alone with only the soft swirls of the portal for company, happy, stable, purring its contentment, singing to the cold air.
âIt has to be something else,â Maddie said. And she said it weakly. And she said it childishly.
âYouâre right. It canât be this,â Jack echoed. âIf someone died down here, weâd know. Dead bodies donât walk away. Weâd have seen it. O-or even if, if the body got stuck in the portal, weâd have heard of someone going missing.â
Maddie sat, quiet. A thought held her mind hostage.
âUnless they didnât go missing,â Maddie said, and she said it barely audibly. âUnless the portal spit them right back out.â
âThenâthatâs what I saidâa dead body, on the floor, weâd have seen.â
âNot a dead body.â
âIt had to be lethal, Madsââ
âI know Jack. But if they died, here, in the portal Jack, then their ghost did not get ripped away from the body and sent to the Ghost Zone. âŚThey ripped the Ghost Zone here.â Palms slick with sweat smoothed over her notes. She pointed to one specific line and found her pen tip trembled no matter how badly she stabilized it. âThe ecto-potential of a creature is how strong of a pull their ghost creates on the Ghost Zone. A strong enough pull means the ghost can reach the Ghost Zone and stabilize, like a fish reeling itself up, yeah? We agree on this Jack, yes?â
âYes,â Jack answered.
âItâs what makes the math even work, Jack. Someone dying in the portal didnât reel themselves to the boat. They reeled the boat in. Jack, they brought the Ghost Zone hereâŚâ Maddie wasnât breathing right. She pulled sweat-soaked bangs away from her face. âTheir ghost never left their body Jack. They died, Jack. And they walked back out.â
ââŚNo. No,â Jack said. âNo, they didnât.â
âThen what?â Maddie asked.
Jack stared. He looked away. He didnât like the expression on Maddieâs face.
âItâwhat about the ecto-ether theory?â Jack said, of the theory theyâd tested and retested and tested all over, all night. He grabbed his pencil back up and pointed it aimlessly at Maddieâs piece of paper, pointed end out in self-defense. âIf the ecto-ether is maybe⌠if itâs only 250-times stronger than we calculated. Then it couldâŚâ
Jackâs voice died. His pencil hung idle. Maddieâs paper remained unblemished.
âIf it⌠was a pig,â Jack offered. âIf it was a pig that died in the portal.â
âHow, Jack? How would a pig get in? We lock all the doors at night, Jack. No one else can get in, Jack. Itâs just us, Jack.â
Jack and Maddie were not there when the portal turned on.
Maddieâs statement carried two possibilities. Only two. Both felt like claws digging all the flesh right out of Jackâs heart.
âI want⌠I want to try the ecto-ether theory again,â Jack choked. âI think itâs the ecto-ether. I think itâll work.â
Jack slid a piece of paper over, already covered in scribbles. In its single untouched corner, he started the equation for the several-thousandth time that night.
Above their head, birds were singing.
Sunrise hailed unseen from the windowless laboratory.
âŚ
At 6am, Vlad answered his cell phone. The reception crackled, struggling through the layers of sheetrock above his head.
âVlad?â Maddieâs voice crackled. âSorry, did I wake you up?â
âNot at all my dear.â Vlad leaned his weight against the wall, playing with the singsong melody in his voice. âBut you sound exhausted. Is anything the matter?â
âYes. Well⌠Yes. Jack and I haveâall nightâtrying to fix the equation.â
âNaturally.â
âWe found something that maybe works.â
âOh?â Vlad asked. He straightened, pacing now, cracklingly attentive. âAnd what might thatââ
âIf someone died. Activating the portal. We have an on-switch inside the portalâs interior. The trigger we use to press it is external to the portal, of course. But if someone went inside the portal, and they pressed it directly, and if they died, and pulled the Ghost Zone hereââ
Vladâs red eyes reflected pools of iridescent green. He twirled his free hand in the fringes of his cape, tongue working over the fanged edges of his teeth. He stared, consumed, forward.
ââand just, you, I was thinking, youâre the only other expert Iâd trust to⌠maybe weigh in.â
âWhat does Jack think?â
âHe denies it. Heâs still. Heâs trying other theories.â
âWell who knows, surely? The answer may lie somewhere you havenât looked.â
ââŚIâve looked everywhere, Vlad. That's the thing. There is no more âsomewhere elseâ. Iâve looked.â
âYou sound like your mind is made up.â
âI just⌠if maybe you have some idea.â
âAm I meant to talk you out of this idea?â
âVlad.â
âDo you think I have some secret information you donât? Sorry to say, Iâm just your skeptic.â Some noise came through muffled from the other side. Vlad flashed a smile. âButâŚas your skeptic I will offer you thisâIt all sounds a bit absurd, doesnât it? To kill someone and have them come back intact and⌠for you to never notice? Who would they be? How would they be? Surely not human anymore, surely. How would you never notice?â
Vlad paced forward, booted feet clicking along his laboratory floor.
âIt would be ridiculous,â he continued, with a building crescendo, âso unfathomably self-centered surely, to not notice something like that befall someone so close to you, who died at the hands of your own invention? âŚIf Iâm correctly inferring who, in your household, you suspect of having activated the portal?â Vladâs tongue lingered along his teeth.
Maddieâs line held, quiet. And the seconds of static drew long.
âAh, apologies. Iâve overstepped,â Vlad continued. âI meant this as a vote of confidence in you. You and Jack both. Two people as attentive, caring, compassionate as yourselves. You would notice. I promise.â
âYouâre⌠Okay, thank you, Vlad. I appreciate it.â
âIs there anything else, my dear?â
âNo. No. Thank you, Vlad. Iâll think about this.â
Maddieâs line clicked dead. A chuckle built to Vladâs lips and he let his head tip back with mirth. It lasted only a moment. He stowed his phone. And as if the interruption had never happened, Vlad reaffixed his attention on his own portal swirling in front of him. It bathed him, swimming green, purring contentment.
And Vlad vanished into his portal.

A Business Proposal

Male Reader X Fromis_9 Nakyung
Length: 12.6k+ Words
Tags: Angry sex. Teasing. Creampie
A/n- So the winner of the poll was was post it now. So here you go. Been a while since a new fic but this is in honor of my two years of writing smut on tumblr. Hope you enjoy.
Business proposals. It probably isn't a lie when you say they probably happen every day. Sometimes they can be rather fair for both sides but in your case, you couldnât be more annoyed.Â
âWhat do you mean I have to marry her? And in a month and a half also?â
Your parents rolled their eyes as they then placed a contract in front of you.Â
âLook. Their company has always been a great partner of ours and this could help elevate both of us to the top. This union will combine both our profits and make our wealth reach new heights. The day you marry her, you will officially become the chairman of C Industries. If you donât marry her then we will look for another board member to take the place. Please donât make us do that.âÂ
Your mother and father were hard workers. It took them 27 years but they managed to develop a company that was second to none. Now what was this company focused on? Honestly? Everything. C industries were just a jack of all trades. Tech development, construction of apartments, agriculture. Those were just a few things. It always amazed you how they managed to build their empire and you knew it was yours eventually until now.Â
You were destroyed hearing those words. Years of hard work would be ruined over one decision your parents made without warning.
âShit. Are you going to make me do this?âÂ
âYes, Yejun. Now itâs it a yes or a no?âÂ
Sadly there was only one answer.Â
5 frantic weeks went by as both companies got together and worked out the merger. Most of your days went by with you attending meetings from 7 in the morning until 8 at night. You met with lawyers from both sides as well as your parents and future in-laws but one certain lady was always missing.Â
Despite this marriage being forced on you. You were going to be a good husband and love and support your wife. So of course you were wondering about her after all this time. Currently, your meeting was ending with the Leeâs so you knew it would be the best time to ask.Â
âExcuse me, Mr. Lee. If I may ask, where has Nagyung been this entire time? Me and her will be running this company together yet she hasnât even shown up for a single meeting.â
âAh. She has been very busy deciding things for your wedding with the planner. We havenât seen much of her either. We just get updates over some phone calls. You must be excited to meet your future wife. Why donât you go give her a visit? She has her place in the city and Iâm sure it would give the Two of you some time to connect. I will send you the address as well as the passcodes to enter.âÂ
âAre you sure itâs ok for me to enter?âÂ
âOf course, Yejun. You will be married in a few weeks. If she gives you any problems just tell us.âÂ
âVery well Mr Lee. I will head over tonight when I get a chance.â
âVery well. I wish you a good night and hope to see you soon again.âÂ
With a handshake, everyone in the room parted their own ways. Your parents didnât even stay as they gave you a wave goodbye. Looking to the right, your eyes looked up at the clock and saw that it was 5 pm. Today was one of the lucky days you all ended it early. With the idea of visiting Nagyung fresh in your mind, you quickly gathered your things and went towards the elevator.Â
After a few seconds, the familiar ring echoed out in the hallway. The doors to the machine opened and you entered. The ride down to the garage took a bit as you were on the 45th floor. After about a minute and thirty seconds, the same ding came back and doors opened.Â
Respect is what could be felt in the air. As people passed you, they all took the time to stop and give you a bow. Of course, they would show that kind of respect to the future CEO. Despite that, you felt a bit weird and appreciated when they treated you like anyone else. You never wanted the money or power to get to your head. You hope it never does.Â
As you finally arrived at the black vehicle, your hands brought out the key fob and unlocked the car. The little chirp from your Toyota brought a smile to your face. You had just bought it a few days ago and loved having a state-of-the-art car for the first time in your life. Once in the driver seat, your foot stepped on the break and you pressed the start button. As the car roared to life, you waited a few seconds until the display screen in the middle of the console was active. Once up, you could see there was a Message from Mr.Lee. In the text was the address so you just clicked on it and your car put it in the GPS. With the instructions not playing in the speakers, you put the car in drive and took off.Â
A few minutes passed as you drove away from the company building. Taking a glance at the time, you saw it was 5 pm and a typical dinner time. With the GPS saying you were 5 minutes away, you began to glance around and look for some food. With your eyes scanning all the buildings, they eventually saw a large neon sign that caught your attention.Â
Seeing an open spot near the store, you turned your wheel and parked right in front of the building. Turning the engine off, you quickly jumped out and walked to the front door of the restaurant. The name âVery Very Good Chickenâ certainly caught your attention.Â
As you pulled the glass door open, the strong fragrance of chicken hit your nose. By just a few smells you got, it was going to be good. Going up to the counter, a young man could be seen just standing behind the counter. His attention was facing down, so you could tell he was just on his phone.Â
As you finally reached the register, it took the young. Man, a minute to notice you were there. The sudden jolt from the man scared you since you scared him. Both of you began to laugh at this and calmed down after a few seconds.Â
âSorry. Welcome to Very Very Good Chicken. What can I get for you?â
âHi. Could I get half and half of the Ganjang and Yangnyeom flavors?âÂ
âOf course. So half and half of the Ganjang and Yangnyeom flavors. Would you like any drinks to take with you as well or just the chicken?âÂ
âHmmm. How about a bottle of draft beer?âÂ
âA bottle of draft beer. So in total, itâs the chicken and the beer. Your total will be 35,000 Won. How would you like to pay?âÂ
Handing over your card the young man quickly swiped it and then handed it back.Â
âPlease give us like 15 minutes to get that ready for you sir. Thank you for buying with us.âÂ
Nodding towards him, your legs brought you over to an empty seat and you waited for the food. The 15 minutes went by in a flash as you saw the young man walking over with the bags of food. Standing up, your right hand extended and you took hold of the plastic.Â
âThank you for buying. Hope to see you again!â
âThank you!â
Walking out of the building, you immediately arrived at your vehicle and placed the food on the passenger seat. Getting back in the car, you took a look over your left and pulled out of the spot. Your GPS continued to direct you toward the large apartment building. After the Five-minute drive, you pulled into a large parking lot that was across the building. Your Toyota certainly stuck out from the various nice-looking cars that were stationed there.Â
Despite that, you parked your car in the first spot you could find. With the engine turned off, your hand took hold of the plastic bag and hopped out of the vehicle. Your footsteps brought you to the front door where a doorman was ready to let you in. Thanking the man, you made your way inside the building and took a look around. The giant glass chandelier in the center of the lobby certainly brought all eyes to it.Â
Moving past it, you eventually made it toward some elevators in the backside of the lobby. Pressing the circular button, your leg began to bounce as you waited for the elevator. A few more seconds passed until a ding echoed out in the lobby. With the door in front of you opening, you quickly hopped on the elevator and pressed the button to the 22nd floor. With the doors closing, all you could do was wait until you were on the correct floor.
A little jingle played in the metal cage as you stood there with the food. Honestly, you werenât quite sure how to say Hi to Nagyung. Well hi was the least of your concerns. What would you talk about with your fiancĂŠ?
Your time to brainstorm ran out as the same Sound as before hit your ears. With the doors opening to your desired floor, you began to walk off the elevator and take a look around. On both sides, apartments lined down the hallways. In front of you was a sign. In the black font, you saw that on the right-hand side were all apartments from 2210- 2220. On the left-hand side were apartments 2200-2209. With a glance at your mobile device, you took a glance at the text and saw that Nagyung lived in apartment 2220.
As you moved down the right-hand side, your eyes scanned all of the apartment buildings until you reached the end of the hallway. With the number in front of you, your right hand went up and formed into a fist. Hesitation is what you felt until a sudden boost of confidence brought you to knock on her door.Â
Silence was all that could be Heard. A few seconds passed as you were getting ready to knock again. Before your right hand could hit the door, the sound of the lock being undone began to come from the door. As the white door pulled back, your eyes were met with a strange man who happened to be shirtless.Â
âFucking finally. Forty-five minutes for damn fried rice.â
You didnât even have time to react as the bag of food was snatched from your hand. A wad of cash was then thrown at your face as the man slammed the door. Were you at the wrong Apartment? Taking your phone back out, you decided to send a message to Mr. Lee. Your message only repeated the address back to the man. It didnât even take ten seconds for the name to respond saying it was correct.Â
Now you were beyond confused. Who the hell was that man? Bringing your ear to the door, muffled sounds passed through but you could hear laughter coming from a couple of people. It could be seen as rude but now you needed to know what was going on. With the keypad on the left side of the door, your fingers put in the code that was given to you.Â
12418 imputed. You then pushed the door and were met with a house hallway. Stepping in, you gently closed the door behind you and lurked forward. A couple of nice-looking jackets were on the right-hand side. On the left side was a small wooden table with some car keys. The Bentley logo was very easy to see from the back of the key fob. Obviously, she had a very nice car. As you finally arrived at the end of the hallway, your eardrums picked up about three different voices who were joking around.Â
âWhat the fuck? This is chicken, not fried rice. Iâm gonna yell at this place!âÂ
Walking out of the hallway, you were met with The three individuals who happened to all be undressed. Nakyung as well as the man from the door yelled but you also noticed another young woman who just ran to cover her exposed body.Â
âYEJUN! WHAT THE FUCK?â
âYour parents said I could come and visit you. They gave me the code to your door.â
âWait. You know this creep? Isnât he the delivery boy?â
âAre you really that stupid Sangjun? Thatâs Choi Yejun. The future CEO of the company once the merger happens.â
âThat doesnât explain why heâs here?âÂ
âWell, I came to visit my FiancĂŠ. I didnât expect to find her naked with another man and woman.â
The manâs expression changed from anger to shock when he heard those words.Â
âFIANCĂ? YOU TOLD ME THE MERGER WAS JUST THE MERGING OF THE COMPANIES! YOU ARE MARRYING THE NEW CEO?â
The young man quickly threw on his pants and then bowed before you.Â
âSir I am so sorry. She never told me she was going to be married. I canât lose this job!â
âLeave, and never disrespect a delivery driver like that again.âÂ
âThank you, sir!â
As he ran away, you took a glance at Nagyung and the other woman who were now clothed.Â
âSaerom unnie. Can you please give me and Yejun some privacy?â
The young woman gave your fiancĂŠ a nod and then walked deeper into the apartment.Â
As your eyes met with Nagyungâs, you could tell she was beyond annoyed.
âMy parents really gave you the code to enter my home?â
âYour father said it was ok since we are going to get married soon. Iâm sorry Iâm still just confused. Who were those two?â
âI donât think you deserve to know that info considering you broke into my home.âÂ
âLook I know I did barge in but your father said I could. Who were they?â
Nagyung rolled her eyes and began to walk away from you. Following behind her, the two of you eventually reached a nice kitchen. The expensive appliances as well as granite countertops let you see the girl lived in such luxury. From a topside cabinet, the young woman pulled out a glass and a bottle of scotch. Pouring the brown substance into the glass, Nagyung took a seat in the nice leather chair and looked at you.Â
âSaerom Unnie is one of my assistants. I have a couple of other girls who work for me. Sangjun is just someone in the marketing department of my father's company.â
âThat still doesnât explain why he was naked. Or why your assistant was naked as well.âÂ
âYou canât be thatâs stupid. What do men and women do when they are naked together?â
Sure you werenât dense but somehow your brain was trying to convince you that they were participating in some other activity.Â
âBut why? Weâre eng-â
âEngaged? That wasnât my idea. The only reason this is happening is because my father said I had no other option. The company merger was going to happen. This way my family still kept their wealth and power and a say in the company. Did you want this to happen? I canât say I would blame you for wanting to marry such a beautiful girl like me.âÂ
âNo. I didnât want this. My parents threaten to take away my birthright. I would not be the CEO of C Industries unless I married you as a favor to your parents. Now I didnât want this b-â
âIâm going to stop you there. We both didnât want this so why are you getting mad? Iâm going to be very blunt right now. I love sex. I honestly can never have enough of it so I sleep with any man or woman who even gives me a fuck me look. We are going to get married but Iâm still gonna be looking for sex. Look Yejun, you look like a sweet guy but you probably can satisfy me at all in bed. I will act like a good wife in public but I am going to live my life how I want. So if you are now well informed then get the fuck out of my house.â
The way Nagyung spoke to you made you angry yet you also felt sad. Your body reacted on its own as you began to walk towards the exit. Everything was a blur as you were finally back in your car. The anger and sadness remained. Angry that your future wife thought you less of a man. Perhaps you were wondering why you were sad. Well, you always thought you would marry a woman that loved you back. Now that dream. No, fantasy is now gone.Â
As you pulled out of the driveway, you began to drive home in an almost robotic state. Fifteen minutes passed as you arrived at your apartment building. Pulling Into the garage, you made your way over to your designated spot and parked in it. Stepping out from your black vehicle, your legs brought you to the entrance where you scanned your keycard. With it unlocked, you made your way over to the small dinky elevator that was already there. Hopping in, the doors slowly closed with a bit of squeal behind them.Â
With the elevator going up, you didnât have to wait more than twenty seconds to reach the 3rd floor. Walking out of the elevator, you walked to the right side and made it to the first door there. Taking out your key, the piece of metal then entered the key slot and turned to the left. Pushing your door open, you then made your way in and closed the door behind you.Â
Taking your shoes off, you left them near the door and walked to your couch. Unlike Nagyung, your home honestly was not the best. You didnât see much of a need for an expensive home. It was all about what you made with the space you had. Wasnât much but you loved this place. As you slowly removed some of your clothes on the couch, your phone began to ring in your pocket. Taking it out, you saw it was Mr.Lee.
âHello, Mr.Lee. How are you?â
âIâm doing well, Yejun. Did you go see my daughter?â
âŚâŚ..
Silence. What could you even say to him?Â
Oh yeah, I went to see her and she told me sheâs gonna be getting railed 24/7 by men and women who arenât married to her. How sheâs told me sheâs going to constantly cheat on me? Should you say something?
âYejun? Are you still there?â
âA-Ah yes. We had a little bit of a chat. She was busy with the preparations so it was just a short talk. Iâm sure we will talk more.â
âOh Iâm sorry she was busy but Iâm glad you got to talk a little bit with her. Why donât I schedule a dinner for you and her so you get to know each other better.â
âOh you donât have to-â
âOh donât worry. Iâll set it up for tomorrow night. 7 pm and I will send you the location.â
You didnât even have time to respond as the phone call ended. How would dinner even go? Guess that was a problem for tomorrow. For now, you should just rest.Â
7 pm came faster than you anticipated. Your future father-in-law reserved a dinner at Lotte Tower. Honestly, it was all uneventful as you arrived at your table. The view out into Seoul was just amazing. You had personally never eaten at this place but you were plenty excited now. A young waitress at the time walked over and placed a glass of red wine in front of you. With a nod, you grabbed the glass and took a sip. Looking at your watch you saw it was 7 pm exactly, so your date of sorts would be arriving soon.Â
One minute passed, then two, and then three. Soon it was ten minutes. By this time you could already imagine what happened. You were stood up. At least you thought you were until a young woman walked up to you.Â
âM-May I take a seat? Iâm here on behalf of your fiancĂŠ.â
With a nod, the young woman took a seat across from you and grabbed the cup of water. Bringing it up to her red lips, the girl began to drink the glass of water until the glass was empty. Placing it down, her eyes met with yours and she quickly looked down.
âHello, sir. My name is P-Park Jiwon and I will be your new personal assistant.â
âWhen did I hire you?â
âA-Actually, your FiancĂŠ assigned me to the position. I was working at The Lee company already as her assistant but reassigned me. She already spoke to your parents and hers and they approved.
You werenât even married yet and this woman was already making decisions for you.Â
âAnd let me guess. Sheâs currently not here because she went to meet up with one of her appointments.â
âY-Yes sir.â
âOf course she is. Well then I guess-â
At that time, the young waitress brought over two plates of food and placed them in front of the two of you.Â
âWell, this food shouldn't go to waste. Eat with me. Letâs get to know each other if we are going to be working together.â
Jiwon looked a little hesitant but as you raised your wine glass to her with a smile, she nodded her head and raised her own.Â
Two hours passed and your table was full of laughter. This nervous girl was wacky and funny. You could tell that working with her was going to be a fun time. Since your dinner was over, the two of you walked out to your car and you helped her get in. You would end up dropping off at her home and then going back to your own.
A week passed and you found yourself moving things into your new office. As you placed your knick-knacks on the shelves on the right wall, a knock was heard at your door. From behind the door; Jiwon came and smiled at you.Â
âOk, I think thatâs everything, Mr. Choi. That last of your things were in the box.âÂ
âWhen we are alone you donât need to call me Mr. Choi. Yejun is fine. And thank you for the help.âÂ
âOf course Mr.- I mean Yejun. So whatâs next?â
As Jiwon walked over, her eyes didnât notice one of the empty boxes near you. Before you could warn her, the young woman tripped and started falling forward. Extending your arms, you managed to catch Jiwon before she smashed her face into the floor.Â
âYou ok Jiwon?âÂ
âY-Yeah. Thank you.âÂ
âWell, donât you two look nice and cozy.â
You took a look in the direction of the voice and were met with a glare from your fiancĂŠ. Jiwon quickly stood up and got away from you. Bowing towards her, Nagyung got closer and got face to face with Jiwon.Â
âWhy donât you go get me a coffee, Jiwon?â
âYes, Ms.Lee.âÂ
Running out of your office, Nagyung came over and glared at you now.Â
âWas it you?âÂ
âWhat was me?âÂ
âDid you tell the media weâre getting married?â
âNo. I did not.âÂ
âDONâT YOU DARE LIE TO ME.â
âWatch your fucking tone with me. Why the hell would I tell the media?â
âBecause it played out exactly how you would want it. Everyone now knows Iâm engaged and going to be married. No man wants to risk pissing you off so they all cut their ties to me. None of them will fuck me. Sure I still got some girls to mess around with but I need a man to please me.âÂ
âNagyung. I did not tell the media. It probably just made its way out. Maybe this will be a way for you to stop this little habit you have.âÂ
âOh shut up. Youâre probably looking forwards to fucking your assistant. What the hell did I walk into?âÂ
âShe fell. I caught her. Donât try to assume you know me.âÂ
âWhatever. Since the news is out, the media will be outside our wedding. When we pass the cameraâs we will be the perfect couple. Do what you need to do so that narrative will play out.âÂ
You hadn't noticed Nagyung had a tight hold on your arm until she let go. Walking towards the door, Jiwon almost bumped into Nagyung as she was returning. Nagyung took the cold cup from Jiwon's hand and left your office. That nervous girl you had met at dinner returned around her. Itâs something you hated to see.
âIâm sorry about that Jiwon.â
âItâs ok. Sheâs been like that for the two months I worked for her.âÂ
âWell, I will make sure it stops. Donât you worry about that.âÂ
Jiwonâs frown turned into a smile when you told her that. In a short time, you already cared for this girl. You would make sure to protect her the best you could.Â
The chirping from birds let you know it was the next day. A little look from your crusty eyes saw that it was seven am. You had to be at the shop to get your hair done by eight. Begrudgingly, your legs threw your covers off of you and made their way to your slippers. Standing up, you managed to tumble your way to the shower and hop in once the dirty pajamas were off.Â
You knew your time was short so you made your shower quick. That cold water surely helped you to wake up. Since you were in a bit of a hurry, you took your time in the shower to also brush your teeth. Some people might be disgusted but you do what you need to when you're short on time.
Getting out of the shower, you managed to empty your bladder and run back out to your room. From your dresser came a casual pair of underwear, sweatpants and a shirt. Throwing them on, you then made your way to your kitchen and grabbed a few cookies from a container. Shoving them in your mouth, you then got to your shoe stand grabbed the comfiest pair of sneakers, and threw them on. Looking up at your clock on the wall, you saw it was 7:20 already.Â
Grabbing the keys to your vehicle, you rushed your way towards it.
The drive was uneventful as you arrived at the shop with 15 minutes to spare. With your parked near the building. You then made your way to the entrance and met with the Receptionist. The young woman smiled at you as she saw you.Â
âWell if it isnât the man of the hour. Welcome, Mr.Choi. Please follow me, Iâm sure you're ready to start getting spiffy for your future bride.âÂ
With a nod, you began to follow the young woman down a pair of nice granite steps. This shop was amazing. As you finally got down the stairs, you saw plenty of workers running around getting different things ready.Â
As you passed a small section of the shop, your ears could hear why people were running all over. The voice of your fiancĂŠ was telling people instructions on how she wanted to look. The receptionist pushed you forward into an area with other males that were waiting for you.Â
âThey will be responsible for getting your hair and other stuff ready. Your fiancĂŠ already brought your suit in which you will be married. They will make sure it fits you perfectly despite having your measurements beforehand. Have fun.âÂ
With a nod, you walked over to the men and gave them a bow.Â
âPlease make me look good today.â
The men all smiled and Instructed you to sit down.Â
Hours went by. It wasnât just your hair that was getting done. By orders of Nagyung, light makeup was being applied to you. Somehow light makeup took nearly 4 hours. Wouldnât that be heavy makeup? Either way, it was noon by the time your hair and makeup were done. The staff had ordered some small sandwiches for you all to snack on before you went to put on your suit. With your simple ham sandwich gone, you went and looked at your suit.
The black tux seemed to be custom-tailored to your size. You probably had your parents to thank for that. You could have sworn a suit of yours was missing from your wardrobe. Pulling a cover, you proceeded to remove the tuxedo from its hanger and laid it on a table. Removing your clothes, you proceeded to throw on the white dress shirt and buttoned it up. Grabbing the pants from the table, your right leg went into the right slot and the left leg into the left slot. You had plenty of practice with suits and such. Putting them on wasnât hard at all.Â
After two more minutes, your belt was in the buckles and you had your pants and dress shirt on. The white bow tie that remained on the table stood out to you. Most women made their partner wear the same color their 2nd dress would be. This being the color could either mean she wanted you to look bad, or her dress after the wedding would be white as well. Either way, you proceeded to pick up the bow tie and put it on. The final piece of your outfit was the nice black jacket. As you put it on, your eyes looked into the mirror in front of you. Your outfit was complete. Honestly, it was a perfect fit.Â
Pulling back on the cover, you proceeded to walk out towards the stylists and they began to pass a lint roller all over your tux.Â
âPerfect sir. Your bride is going to be very happy.â
âYeah, sure she would.â
âYour wedding is being held at 3 pm in the Seoul Cathedral. Thatâs about a 30-minute drive from here. Itâs 1:30 pm so itâs time to head out. Good luck today and donât forget to say I do.âÂ
Giving the men a bow, you began to head back out the way the receptionist had brought you. It was nothing eventful until you found a giant limousine waiting for you. The older man waiting by the back door gave you a bow and pulled it open. Giving the older man a bow, you quickly entered the limo and the door closed behind you. After a few seconds, the man went to the driver's side and hopped in. Before you knew it, you were on your way to the cathedral.
Honestly, it surprised you how many times you were using the same word to describe your wedding day. Uneventful. The 30-minute drive was uneventful until you finally arrived at your destination. The flashing cameras began to surround the vehicle as well as yells from the media. Security was already outside and began to push the men and women away as your vehicle inched forward to its final spot. Once there, the large men who helped push the media away helped you step out of the limo.Â
Despite being pushed back once, the various news sites came piling back over once again. The yells of your security were all you could hear as they were throwing the men and women back. Step by step you began to go up the steps of the cathedral. You arenât even sure how much time it took until you were finally at the entrance. Once past the wooden doors, you could finally hear yourself think.Â
As you began to move further into the church, various men and women began to walk toward you and say their hellos. Despite it being early, the church was already filled with various people. A large majority of these people were businessmen and women who wanted to get on your familyâs good side. Doesnât surprise you most of them are there to kiss ass.Â
The repeated motions of your arm going up and down were annoying. Sure everyone knows how simple a handshake is but once you reached 30 people, it was just bothersome. With the random businessmen out of the way, next was saying hello to the executives of The Lee Company. As you stood in front of the 6 men and women, your head went down and gave them all a deep bow.
âI welcome you all to my wedding. Thank you for taking the time to come to this event. Iâm sure all of your schedules were packed.â
The oldest of the bunch came over and shook your hand.Â
âOf course, we need to attend to meet our company president. Some were hesitant but this merger will help make us all a lot of money. I speak on behalf of all of my colleagues here. I am Ru Sangki.âÂ
âMr.Ru. I thank you all for coming. Will you be joining us for the festivities after?âÂ
âWho could ever say no to free alcohol?â
With a small laugh, you proceeded to make your way to the end of the church where your parents were waiting. As your mother's eyes met with your own, you could see she was beginning to tear up.
âSweetie. Y-You look amazing.â
âThank you, Mother. Please donât cry. You know I hate that.âÂ
âI just never thought I would s-see the day.â
âWell, itâs here whether we like it or not.âÂ
Placing a hand on your shoulder, your father looked at you.Â
âL-Listen Yejun. Your mother and I know this wasnât your favorite thing but we appreciate you doing this. This will help our families rise to new heights. I guess weâre beginning to sound like broken records but this has already had an impact. Our stock prices have risen 7% since the first word of your wedding. New investors are lining up. The two of you will make this into a worldwide empire. Iâm sure of it. Youâre both young. Iâm sure you will learn to love each other.â
You wanted to roll your eyes but as a matter of respect, you just nodded your head to your father.Â
âOK then. Your wedding will start in a few minutes. Why donât you go stand up there and we will get started once your bride arrives.â
âYes, father.âÂ
Walking up on the stage, you began to just wait and give everyone a nod as they got to their seats. Minute after minute passed as your foot began to tap on the wooden floor. You were in your own world until the sound of an organ playing spooked you. The stereotypical tune from weddings began to play for everyoneâs ears. Everyone was sitting for a minute until the sound of the doors could be heard.Â
The crowd now standing, looked back and began to take pictures. Your eyes first noticed the older man with her arm intertwined. Next to him was the young woman who had a white dress. Nagyungâs wedding dress wasnât like other womenâs. Most women had massive gowns that could fall to the floor. The fluff from those dresses was always a lot yet Nagyung didnât dress like that.Â
Your fiancĂŠâs dress was short. Her legs were on full display for the crowd to see. The two straps on her shoulders showed her soft skin. The white down her body showed her beautiful curves that could make any man drool. Around her neck, the collar of her dress seemed to have jewels all around to just show a look of elegance.Â
Step by step, the young woman got closer as her father held her arm. Small cries could be heard on the left-hand side. As you looked, your eyes noticed Nagyungâs mother crying at the sight of her daughter. You could tell she was just happy her child was getting married. After a few more seconds, Mr.Lee and Nagyung were finally at the front.Â
Walking down the five steps, your arm then extended to take Nagyung. Mr.Lee in that moment caught you by surprise as he hugged you.Â
âLook after her please.â
You were a bit shocked by this action but after you composed yourself, Mr.Lee revived a nod yes from you. Taking Nagyungâs arm, the two of you went up the 5 wooden steps and met with a priest who seemed to appear out of thin air.Â
âLadies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you all here today. Itâs not often family, friends and loved ones get the chance to gather all together but you all took the time to come here for a very special moment. The moment when a man and woman become one. This is a sacred event that has stood the test of time. One that plenty would feel blessed to have, and I am sure these two feel just that way. Choi Yejun and Lee Nagyung have brought you here today for this. Their marriage. Now as I stand before these two, I can see the nerves on their faces. What couple wouldnât be nervous on their special day but this just shows the love the two have for each other.â
You could almost laugh hearing those words but you needed to keep the act up. Nagyung smiled at the priest and nodded her head.Â
âNow Yejun, the duty of a husband can be tough. Sometimes you will be a friend, other times a confidant but you will always be the head of the family. You will be responsible for the needs your wife will have. Be that someone to talk to or someone to just enjoy time together. The key to all this will be communication. Communication will be the thing to help your marriage last as long as people like your parents. I hope you can fulfill the needs of your family. Now Nagyung. That same goes for you. The role of a husband can be hard at times but you will be his friend and confidant. The two of you will also have the struggles of running a business but if you communicate, then you can stand everything thrown at you two. Now I know plenty of weddings like to go on for an hour and bore you all with different sorts of speeches but Iâm not going to do that to you all. Iâll make it shorter than average. We will now move on to the vows. We will start with Yejun. Repeat after me.â
At least this wasnât going to be long.
âI, Choi Yejun.â
âI, Choi Yejun.â
âTake you, Lee Nagyung.â
âTake you, Lee Nagyung.â
âTo be my wife.â
âTo be my wife.â
âTo have and to hold from this day forward.â
âTo have and to hold from this day forward.â
âFor better or for worse, for richer or for poorer.â
âFor better or for worse, for richer or for poorer.â
âIn sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.â
âIn sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.â
âNow Nagyung. Repeat after me. I, Lee Nagyung.â
âI, Lee Nagyung.â
âTake you, Choi Yejun.â
âTo be my Husband.â
âTo be my Husband.â
âTo have and to hold from this day forward.â
âTo have and to hold from this day forward.â
âFor better or for worse, for richer or for poorer.â
âFor better or for worse, for richer or for poorer.â
âIn sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.â
âIn sickness and in health, I promise to love and cherish you.â
âThank you, both of you. Now I must ask. Should anyone have any reason these 2 should not be wed today, please speak or forever hold your piece.â
Silence in the church.
âWell then. As I said I wouldnât make this long. By the power vested in me by South Korea and god, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.â
As you looked at your bride. Your eyes met with hers and saw she was smiling at you. You could tell it was fake but you had to play the part. Putting your hand on your wifeâs waist, you then pull her closer and put your left hand on the back of her head. Tilting your head to the left, you then pulled Nagyungâs face toward you and connected your lips. The kiss was simple, just your lips touching but your heart was racing. It had been years since you kissed a girl. You were ready to push your tongue forward until Nagyung pulled her face back.Â
Cheers filled the church as the two of you faced the crowd. Smiles were on everyoneâs faces. Your parents as well as your in-laws seemed happy. With the feeling of happiness in the air, you couldnât help but give a genuine smile. At that time, Nagyung pulled your head closer to hers.Â
âCarry me to the limo. Make it seem romantic, idiot.â
Now your fake smile is back. Picking the young woman up, you began to walk down the wooden steps and go down the aisle. The cheers continued as you went down and gave everyone a quick nod. Nagyung pulled herself up a little and began to kiss your cheek. Each step you took brought you closer and closer to the doors. Security was ready as you finally reached the end. Your parents and in-laws managed to keep up with you and were ready to go out.Â
âTake a few pictures for the media and walk to the limo. We will join you there.â
âReady, Nagyung?â
âLetâs do this.â
With security pushing the door open, your eyes were immediately blinded by the flashing lights of cameras. Yells from your security as well as the media hit your ears once more. You thought they were crazy before but now that your wife was in your arms, they almost lost it. You were now the power couple of South Korea. Each push on the men that were in front of you wasnât fruitful. It took a couple of tries for you to make any progress towards the limo.Â
More of your guards came and began to pull the cameramen away from you all. Taking a chance, you posed with Nagyung and she smiled for the cameras. After an intense struggle that lasted five minutes, you were finally at the limo door. For one final picture, you looked at Nagyung and attached your lips to hers. The kiss was the same as before, just on the lips. It made your heart skip a beat until your wife pulled away again.Â
Putting your wife down, the young woman stepped into the limo and you followed behind. Your parents as well as in-laws also hopped in the limo and then closed the door. Unlike before, security already had them away from the vehicle and you were able to take off. Hugs were passed around as everyone hugged their parents. Your parents then hugged Nagyung and your in-laws hugged you.
âYour dress was stunning. So different from other brides.âÂ
âThank you, Mrs.Choi. I-â
âCall me Mom please.âÂ
âThank you M-Mom. I had the dress custom-made by some famous stylists at Versace. It was worth every penny.âÂ
The rest of your ride was filled with Nagyung talking about her dress as well as the different jewelry she had on her person. For not wanting to get married she truly went all out for her dress. Fifteen minutes passed as you reached the venue for the reception. A hotel. Your wife had reserved several rooms and suites in this massive hotel. As the limo parked at the entrance, security stood guard and helped you get out. Helping Nagyung get out, you extended your arm once more and began to walk in with your family.Â
âNow me and your in-laws will finish setting up the reception. You two go over to the conference room and we will come get you when itâs time.âÂ
âOk, mom.âÂ
Walking to an adjoining room, you and Nagyung found a couple of reclining seats and sat in them. The only noises that could be heard were the music as well as the staff workers who were setting up. You Werenât sure how much time had passed until you heard a small grunt from Nagyung. Looking in her direction, the young woman was standing up and walking towards the door.Â
âYou ok?â
âIâm gonna go do something. Iâll be back.âÂ
You didnât get the chance to respond as your wife pulled the door open and left. You were getting ready to follow behind her until the door opened again. A smile filled your face as you saw it was Jiwon.Â
âCongratulations Yejun!â
âThank you Jiwon. I didnât know you were in attendance.â
âWell of course I needed to come. I want to support you and be here in case you need something. So where is your bride going?â
âShe said she would be back. Thatâs it.â
Jiwonâs smile turned into a look of sadness when she heard that.Â
âI think I know where she went. Follow me.â
Should you?
Jiwon didnât wait as she grabbed your hand and began to pull you towards the rooms. The first floor seemed to have a few hotel rooms. As you went down this hallway, Jiwon reached one of the many doors there and pulled out a keycard. Scanning it, the green light appeared and she pushed the door open. Walking in, you were met by a sight that angered you. Nagyung had her arms wrapped around another woman and was kissing her neck. Somehow they didnât even notice you.Â
âNagyung. Youâre married now. W-We shouldnât.â
âItâs ok. Iâm sure he won't mind it being another girl, Seoyeon.â
You werenât sure why you were surprised. She said she was going to keep cheating but with the men avoiding her, you thought the women would too. Your eyes seeing this were suddenly met with the worried young woman. You could see the fear in her eyes as what she worried about happened.Â
âM-Mr. Choi.â
Nagyung at that time turned around and saw you. Most people would act shocked when caught cheating. Nagyung just rolled her eyes.Â
âDid you bring my husband here?â
Jiwon was silent for a second until she nodded yes.Â
âNext time keep to yourself. Or you will be out a Jo-â
âYou will not be out of a job Jiwon. I give you my word on that. Nagyung. I truly thought that maybe you would not do it but Iâm here and you couldnât give a shit. Wow.âÂ
As you began to walk out of the room, you could hear Nagyung scoff and yell at you. You paid her no mind as you and Jiwon returned to your waiting room. Once there, you took a seat again and just closed your eyes. While anger was coming off in waves, you felt a hand touch your arm. It was Jiwon and you could tell she was sorry for you. In a short time, this girl was already proving to be a better friend than any you had before.Â
âSorry. I know this wasnât your choice but maybe if you have a normal conversation with her then she will listen and stop.âÂ
You were just silent. It could seem stupid but it only really hurt because Nagyung was keeping stuff from you, lying. At that time your fiancĂŠ returned and took a seat. The two of you were just glaring at each other now. Tension was all that could be felt in the air. Nagyung could have probably jumped on you until a knock on the door caught everyone's attention. It was the party planner.Â
âEverything is all set. Letâs go show everyone the lovely couple.â
Your feelings would have to wait, you now had to be the perfect couple. Standing up, you and your wife met at the door and intertwined your arms. Both of you put a fake smile on your faces and walked toward the reception hall door. The doors were quickly pulled open and music began to play. You and Nagyung began to playfully dance to the tune while going into the reception hall. Cheers echoed in the venue as the two of you made your way to the center of the hall.Â
You were ready to continue walking toward your seats until a slow song began to play. Normally the first dance would be later on but it looked like it was at that moment. Placing your hand on Nagyungâs thin waist, the two of you began to stumble a bit and go in the opposite direction. To everyone, it was just nerves when in reality you had never practiced this with your wife.Â
âGet your shit together and dance. I better not be embarrassed by this.â
Looking to the right a bit, Nagyung began to follow you and you both swayed left and then right in tune. Your dance wasnât amazing but it served its purpose. A couple of minutes passed as the song stopped and everyone clapped. Directed to your table, the two of you took your seats and looked out into the crowd. It would be a long rest of the day.Â
Hours went by. To say it was horrible was an understatement. Every few minutes Nagyung would pull you closer and complain about something you did. Insult after insult continued to go in your ears. How were you going to have a calm conversation with your wife? You were angry. She was angry and annoyed. Would your emotions cause problems in this chat? A sudden pinch on your arm brought you back to your senses. The two of you had been bowing toward everyone who came to the weddings and it had ended. As people packed the dance floor and music blared in peopleâs ears, your parents and in-laws walked over and placed a few folders in front of the two of you.Â
âWe know itâs been a long night, and itâs still technically a little early but we couldnât wait any longer. In front of you are the deeds to your new home. Now C Industries has been developing a new mega building near the heart of Seoul. Well, the penthouse is already done. This home would be worth several million but itâs our wedding gift to the two of you.â
Both you and Nagyung were surprised. The two of you thought it would be time to go home shopping soon but your parents gifted you one. Both you and Nagyung bowed your heads and the massive gift you both received.Â
âFinally. In front of you are the transfer of ownership documents for both you and Nagyung. Its all set. You both just need to sign and Yejun will be the CEO while Nagyung will be the COO.â
Pulling the cover to the manilla folder, the documents were all there and you began to give them a look over. There were no tricks in the end. This was the moment you had been dreaming about your whole life. Picking up a pen, your hand went down to the bottom of the document and began to sign. Once your lengthy signature was done, you took a glance to the left and saw Nagyung was done signing as well. Your wife was smiling and u like her previous ones, this one looked genuine.
âWe are proud of the two of you. Welcome the new leaders of C Industries!â
Finally after everything today you were happy now also.Â
âWe know itâs a bit early but the presidential suit was reserved for the two of you tonight. Here are the keycards so you can enter. Go ahead and leave whenever you want. We love you both.âÂ
With your parents and in-laws leaving, Nagyung immediately took one of the cards and looked up at the clock. It was 10 pm.Â
âWell, I will be heading to the suite. Iâm done with all these fake smiles Iâve been giving. Have fun dumbass.â
Standing up, Nagyung made her way to the exit and bowed at everyone as she left. You were left alone at your table now. It felt awkward. Should you just go to your room also? Wait, what if Nagyung was meeting with another person again?Â
Your mind began to go in circles as you asked yourself that question repeatedly. Your body reacted on its own as you made your way to the exit. After saying your goodbyes, you quickly made your way towards the elevator and waited for it. After a minute, the metal cage arrived and you walked in. Scanning your keycard, you then pressed the button to the presidential suite and the doors closed. As you went up, your leg began to bounce as you waited to get to your room.Â
A loud ding brought you back to earth and the doors opened. Right in front of you was the entrance to the suit. With the card scanner on the handle, you quickly scanned the rectangle in your hand and saw the green light. Walking in, the door was pushed almost all the way but then stopped by a pair of white heels. Pushing your way past the door, you continued your way further until you reached the living room. On the couch sat your wife. The bottle of champagne on the table in front of her was opened and she was enjoying it.Â
âWhy are you up here?âÂ
âI have just as much right to be in this room Nagyung.âÂ
Grabbing a glass, you then poured some of the contents of the bottle into it. You didnât even hesitate to down the entire glass of champagne. Nagyung scoffed at this action and filled her glass once more.Â
âYouâre acting like you had a tough day. I had to act like the perfect wife.â
âAnd you are acting like you arenât a nightmare to deal with. I tried my best to be kind towards you all day yet all you did was treat me like trash.âÂ
Nagyungâs scoff returned as she then stood up.Â
âI have been treating you well, all things considered.â
Your wife at that time walked towards the bedroom, leaving you shocked at her words. Following behind you raised your voice a bit.Â
âThat was treating me well? How the fuck is that treating me well?â
âYou got to kiss a gorgeous woman like me. I think thatâs pretty good for a loser like you. Plus you ruined one of my chances to destress. I could have slapped you for that.âÂ
âFirst. You need to stop calling me a loser. I donât get where you got that idea and secondly, you went to do shit like that on our wedding day. You donât even care.âÂ
âI donât care. I told you I love sex. A wimp like you canât satisfy me.â
Getting closer to Nagyung, your glare met with hers.
âI have asked you already. Stop calling me a wimp. Iâm getting tired of this.â
âWimp, wimp, wimp.âÂ
Our anger was ready to boil over. You had this rage you wanted to release but you didnât know how. You hadnât noticed how close your face was to Nagyungâs until you could feel her breath on yours. The two of you were angry and needed to get rid of this feeling.Â
Your bodies reacted on their own as you both grabbed each other. Your lips were connected to Nagyungâs before you knew what was happening. This wasnât like the short kisses you had before. You had wanted to push your tongue forward before and now you had the chance.Â
As your tongue moved into her mouth, the two of you began to fight against each other. You would have figured Nagyung would push you away but she continued to kiss you. The young womanâs tongue was shorter than yours, yet she managed to put up a good fight. Your tongues were pushing against each other and then circling, chasing each other. With your pent-up anger, you finally pushed your tongue against hers and took control in her mouth. Oxygen was something the two of you didnât notice until your lungs felt empty.Â
Pulling back, both of your chests heaved as they took in as much air as possible. Still, your face ended up back in her body only now her neck. First, you began with small pecks on her soft skin. A few pecks later you began to nibble on her skin and pull a bit. The combination of your kisses and bites began to leave a red mark on your wifeâs neck. Soft moans hit your ear as Nagyung held you close.Â
You werenât sure when but after a little bit, Nagyung was already pulling off your jacket and ripped off your tie. Your hands stopped being idle after those actions and followed her lead. Your wife didnât have much clothes on, so it was easy to begin to raise her white dress. Pulling back from your bride's neck, she began to help you remove her wedding dress. As the clothes began to leave her body, your eyes were blessed by the sight of her nude breast. Nagyung didnât have a bra on this entire time. Just that thought made your already stiff cock to twitch.Â
Nagyung seemed impatient as the young woman ripped the buttons to your shirt open. With that out of the way, your hands went down to your belt and unhooked it. Pulling the leather belt off your pants, Nagyung quickly unbuttoned your pants and pulled them down. Raising both your legs, your pants were finally gone and you were matching Nagyung. Only your undergarments remained.Â
âNot bad for a wimp.â
âShut up you bitch. Why am I even doing this?â
âPlease, I'm asking myself that. You probably have a little shrimp dick.â
Nagyungâs hand reached out and took hold of your clothes shaft. Your wife had a smirk on her face until she began to feel around.Â
âTake a look then.âÂ
Your wife rolled her eyes at the cockiness in your tone and dropped to her knees. As she went down, her hands wrapped around the band of your underwear and pulled it down. As your cock was freed from its confines, it accidentally hit Nagyung in the face as she got closer. A small gasp left her mouth as she stared at your dick. Raising her hand slowly, your wifeâs dainty fingers wrapped around your cock.Â
âWell well well. I guess my husband is blessed with a nice cock after all.â
Slowly, Nagyungâs hand began to move up and down your length. With each small stroke, a bit of precum left your tips and began to move down your shaft. The clear slick began to slick up your wifeâs hand a bit. Her hand was soft and moving slowly, yet it felt great. Nagyung. Could tell these small actions felt amazing as she then sped up a little bit.
âAwe. Your cock is heating up a bit. This is probably the most a girl has ever done to your length.â
âIâm not a virgin Nagyung. I just donât Sleep around with anything that breathes.â
âWell you should be happy your wife loves sex. Because that means Iâm an expert at this.â
Goosebumps filled your body as you felt something warm wrap around your cock. Looking down, your eyes met with Nagyungâs as her mouth trapped your tip. A few small sucks began to attack your cock head. A slight groan left your mouth as Nagyung continued this action. Sure it felt great but it would quickly bore you.Â
Nagyung seemed to have read your mind as she smirked a bit. Lower and lower went your wifeâs mouth on your length. You werenât sure how but Nagyung managed to move your entire length down her throat. After five seconds, Nagyung pulled her mouth back and off your length. Your wife then began to move her tongue on your length and moved it from the base to your tip. Left then right went her tongue around your cock. Moving down to your balls, Nagyung began to move her tongue around them and played with them. Your wifeâs hand while she sucked on your balls stroked it up and down.Â
After a minute, Nagyung returned her mouth to your length and began to suck on your cock head. Down went her head on your length inch by inch until you filled her throat. The same action repeated two more times until Nagyung hit you with something new. When you filled her throat once more, you felt a vibration around your length as well as a constriction. Nagyung was somehow massaging your cock with her throat. It was unlike anything you had felt before. If you truly were a virgin, you would have blasted your load down Nagyung's throat at that moment.Â
Pulling back, Nagyung giggled a bit and just looked at you.Â
âHow does that feel dear? I told you Iâm talented. Or maybe you are just a virgin.
âT-That wasâŚ.. ok.âÂ
âWell. If itâs just ok then fuck my face. Dump a load down my throat.â
With the same insult being repeated, you decided to take her up on this invitation. Both of your hands took hold of Nagyungâs head and your waist began to move back and forth. At first, it was slow but when your eyes met with Hers, you saw she rolled them at you. With a sudden thrust, Nagyungâs throat was filled and her eyes shot out a bit. Back and forth your cock entered and left her mouth. Your wifeâs throat was getting filled every second with your action. Despite this, she would take deep breaths when she could and took it. She truly wasnât a rookie at this. Once again, Nagyung began to constrict your length with her throat. The feeling every time felt like the first time. The girl certainly wanted you to cum.Â
âF-Fuck. Guess you can do more than just complain with that mouth.â
You felt almost embarrassed but you knew you were close. Using as much strength as you could, you pounded into your wifeâs throat. You didnât have time to warn Nagyung as you thrust into her throat a final time, blowing your load. Shot after shot of your cum went down the young womanâs canal. A small pur left Nagyungâs mouth as your semen filled her stomach. It was one of the best orgasms you had in a while. Letting go of your wife, Nagyung pulled back and began to suck on your tip. Your whole body jolted as you were still sensitive.
âFuck. I havenât swallowed a load that big in a while. You must have needed to let one out for a while now.â
Your head just nodded a bit as Nagyung stood up and laid her back on the bed.Â
âHurry up and eat my pussy. I better cum from that worthless tongue of yours.
After finally catching your breath, your legs dropped down and you brought yourself up to Nagyungâs legs.
âSit back and enjoy, bitch.â
Wrapping your arms around Nagyungâs thick thighs, you then pulled your wife closer. Deciding to tease Nagyung, your lips went to her legs, and began to kiss them. Each peck down her leg brought you closer and closer to her panties. Nagyung being impatient wrapped her hand on her panties and pulled them down. With her privates uncovered, your kisses got closer and closer until you hovered about her pussy. Her slick had covered her legs already and you had a taste, but now you wanted more
âFucking eat my pussy.âÂ
You would have liked to leave her there frustrated, but you decided to be nice and gave her pussy a kiss. A little moan left her mouth and you gave her lips another kiss. You repeated this action as your hands moved up to her folds. Spreading them open, your tongue took the chance to push in and began to lick around. More moans left Nagyungâs mouth as your tongue began to swirl in her cavern.Â
With her folds parted, your eyes managed to see your wifeâs clit. With your left hand, you began to run her nub in little circles. Letting go of Nagyungâs folds, you then used your right hand and pushed your index finger into her. The small moans were replaced with swears as your fingers moved in and out of her pussy. All 3 actions made your wife begin to jump around. She wasnât ready for you to please her. Nagyung was truly caught off guard.Â
Adding two more fingers at once, Nagyungâs legs began to shake at the combined efforts of your hands and tongue. In and out your fingers pistoned Nagyungâs tunnel faster and faster. Your tongue with its continuous flicks on her clit began to speed up despite your mouth getting tired. Nagyung was close and you could tell.
Pulling back, you looked up at Nagyung and heard a groan from her.Â
âWhy the fuck did you stop?â
âMaybe we should just leave you here as payback or-â
Nagyung wasnât happy and pulled your head back into her snatch. Should you keep going? Nagyung didnât wait as her fingers began to rub her clit. Your three fingers pushed back into her snatch and your tongue licked her folds. It didnât take long for Nagyung to get close to her orgasm again. Moving your fingers as fast as possible.Â
âF-Fuck. Just a l-little more.â
Keeping the same pace, Nagyung soon began to jolt around and yell. A rush of fluids hit your face and you then opened your mouth. Each squirt of your wifeâs fluids filled your mouth quickly. Drinking it, your body shivered as you had the best-tasting drink of your life. Pulling back, Nagyung was panting for air and had a bright smile on her face.
All of this made you hard again. You thought you were turned on before, but now. You wanted to fuck the life out of your wife. You didnât hesitate to stand back up and line your length with her folds. Nagyung saw this and smirked.Â
âLook at you. Taking charge. I wonder if that cock can make me cum.â
âI already made you cum.â
âThat was with my help. I doubt you can do it on your own but go ahead and try.â
âLetâs see if that loose pussy can make me cum.âÂ
Your cock head began to push forward and wrapped around your length. You didnât hesitate to go as deep as possible in that instant. Every inch of your length was wrapped by Nagyungâs walls, and it was the greatest feeling ever. Pulling back, you began to move back and forth.Â
âMhmmmm. Such a beautiful cock but Iâve had better.âÂ
Your anger returned as you wrapped your hands on her hips. Harder and harder your cock began to shove itself into your wife.
âLittle better but I think I should go find a better cook than you right now.â
Adding a bit of speed, your hips thrusted more and more into Nagyungâs pussy. Achieving a steady speed, you continued to fuck Nagyung.Â
Clap clap clap
Those were the sounds that could be heard in the room. Finding a bit more strength, you began to move harder. Grunts left your mouth as Nagyung moaned.Â
âT-Thatâs fucking it. Keep going, wimpâÂ
Grabbing Nagyungâs hair, you aggressively pulled your wifeâs upper body closer to you.Â
âS-Stop calling me a wimp.âÂ
âY-You want me to stop. Then make sure I cum.â
Lowering your hand, your fingers began to search until you found her clit once more. As your wife did before, your fingers began to move her clit in circles. You could feel your wife begin to constrict her walls on your length from this action. You hadnât noticed Nagyung had her arms wrapped around your neck until now. Letting go of her upper body, your head moved down and went into her breast.Â
With your mouth wide open, you managed to find Nagyungâs right nipple and wrapped it around your lips. At first, you began to give it a few teases but soon you began to suck on it harder. You were never the best multitasker yet you managed to keep fucking Nagyung, playing with her clit and sucking on her breasts. Raising your head, you then moved your mouth to her left breast and began to suck on her nipple.Â
âFuck. I-Iâve needed this.â
âM-Me too.â
You were surprised at that moment as Nagyung pulled your head back. You thought she was going to push you away until she brought her lips to yours. The two of you were in a battle once more. Your tongues fighting for dominance. This kiss was aggressive, yet you could feel almost a sense of care in it. Pulling back from the kiss, Nagyung smiled at you and kissed your cheek.Â
âB-Babe. Keep going, please. Iâm going to cum if you keep this pace.âÂ
Your heart fluttered a bit when she called you that. You were going to help her cum. Keeping your thrusting pace, your fingers sped up and stimulated her clit even more. Nagyung at that time began to yell once more and jump around in your arms. Your wifeâs eyes began to roll back as she continued to jump around. The construction around your length was just as good as her throat, you were ready to cum. With a few more thrusts, your length reached the end of your wifeâs caverns. Your seed began to flood your wifeâs snatch as you fell on top of your wife. Your cock throbbed more than five times as you filled her to the brim with your semen.Â
You werenât sure how much time passed as you felt Nagyung kissing your neck. Getting back up, you looked down and saw your cum leaking out of your wifeâs pussy. Nagyung brought her fingers down at that moment and grabbed some of the semen that was dripping.Â
Raising it to her mouth, your wife playfully spun around and raised her ass towards you.Â
âPut another load in me.â
You didnât need to think twice about that invitation. Despite everything, your cock was still plenty hard. Nagyung at that time reached back and lined your length up with her folds. With a push, your length was enveloped in your wifeâs caverns once more.Â
âFuck. How are you so tight?âÂ
âHow do you have such a nice cock?â
Picking up a little speed, your thrusts began to get harder. Nagyung at that time brought her upper body up and you took hold of her arms. From your wifeâs delicate arms, they began to go up and take hold of her breast. Your lips once more went to her neck and you began to pepper it with kisses.
âGod I love that. Maybe I really wonât need another cock after this.âÂ
âHere y-you go again. This is the only cock you are going to have from now on.â
âM-Maybe but you get a pleasure other men have never had.âÂ
âAnd whatâs that you whore.â
Nagyungâs walls got tighter with that word.Â
âNone of them got to fuck me without a condom. Let alone fill me with cum.âÂ
âThen let me fuck a-another load into your loose pussy.â
Nagyung moaned when you insulted her again. Your speed began to increase when you could imagine another load in your wife. Letting go of her left breast, you immediately raised it and slapped her ass. A grunt left Nagyung as you then slapped her ass again.Â
âY-You can do better dear. Fuck me like others have before.âÂ
Your slaps continued on her ass after she said those words.Â
âS-Shut up you whore.â
âW-Whore? Yet youâre fucking me.â
âB-Because this is my pussy now.âÂ
Your thrusts increased and Nagyung began to grunt like you.Â
âC-Choke me.âÂ
You would have never thought of yourself grabbing your partner's neck during sex but with the way Nagyung spoke to you, there wasnât any hesitation. Both of your hands wrapped around the young womanâs neck and began to squeeze a bit. This seemed to turn Nagyung more. The constriction around your cock got tighter with each squeeze you gave her neck. Nagyung began to lower her hand down to her clit but you saw this and slapped her hand away.Â
âY-You come when I say so.âÂ
Your right hand continued to give a few squeezes to her neck while your left hand went to her clit. Rubbing it in circles once more. Your combined efforts were bringing Nagyung to her orgasm, and you were soon to follow. Should you be ashamed about cuming so soon again? Probably not when you were making her cum quickly also.Â
Every one of your actions went as fast as they could. The rubbing of Nagyungâs clit, the choking of her neck, and the thrusting Into her walls.Â
âP-Please. Just a little more.â
With your constant pace, you saw Nagyungâs body begin to shake as her third orgasm of the night came. A rush of fluids hit the bed as you gave her neck one final squeeze. Just like your hands. Your wifeâs walls squeezed around your cock and tried to milk you of all you had. Letting go of her neck, your cum began to fill Nagyung. Pants for air and mains filled the room, just like you filled your wife.Â
After a minute, Nagyung pulled her body away from yours and pulled the covers to the bed. Hoping under the covers, you followed her and wrapped her in your arms.Â
The room was silent until Nagyung broke the air.Â
âCan I be honest?âÂ
âSure.â
âThat was some of the best sex Iâve had in a while. You were great but I still want to sleep with other partners. I have been doing this for so long and it will just be so hard to change myself.Â
You began to chuckle a bit hearing that.Â
âI have a compromise. Why donât you let me sleep with other women and you can sleep with other women as well?â
You were amazed at what you just heard. You were mad about your fiancĂŠ trying to sleep with others but now your mind was debating if you should take this offer.
âItâs called an open relationship. And to stay clean I will only sleep with women I introduce you to and you can sleep with women I introduce you to. You already proved that cock can satisfy me. I wonât lie to you anymore or try to trick you but please let me continue this life, dear.â
Should you do it? should you change your morals just to have more sex?
âIâll let you fuck Saerom unnie first if you would like.â
Your cock twitched at the thought of fucking her. Her beautiful body certainly had never left your mind when you saw it. This deal would be in your favor.Â
âFuck it. Letâs do it. So much for being angry at you for trying to sleep with others."
Nagyung laughed and hopped back on you. The young girl smirked and began to kiss your neck.Â
âI hope we can wake up early. Our flight to Jeju is at 7 am. This week is going to be filled with fucking. Letâs see if you can keep up, wimp."
âOne way to find out.âÂ
Plunging Nagyung back on your rod, the young woman began to bounce as you pulled her down for a kiss.Â
This relationship is going to be Interesting.
A/n 2- Thank you for reading. Not the best but i hope you enjoyed it. Not sure when i will come back with another piece so until then. Thank you for reading, sorry for typos and see you next time

Pro Hero, Pro Mama, No problem?
((TW: post partum issues, body self esteem issues, talk of breastfeeding, negative talk about self. Minors DNI.))
Katsumi was *adorable*. At 4 months, her carmine eyes had come in beautifully, and her full head of (h/c) hair, the same as yours swirled and spiked on her pretty little head.
She cooed as you fed her, for the 3rd time that night. Being an exclusively breast fed baby meant you were a milk machine 24-7.
Which also meant Katsuki was free to do his pro hero work at any time.
When he went back to work (a week. The workaholic went back on patrols a week after Katsumi was born. You were less than pleased.), you obviously had taken the brunt of...everything.
Sure, Mitsuki and Masaru visited and helped where they could- but you were the food source, the comfort, the *mother*. And at her age? Mom trumped everyone else.
However, the big day was about to happen. You were going to have a day to yourself, and Katsuki was going to take you out to dinner. Katsumi could take a bottle, thankfully-so she would be watched by Katsuki's parents.
You had taken a maternity leave from your pro hero work, so you hadn't really been outside (aside from Katsumi's doctor appointments) since her birth.
And it was nerve wracking. As you put her back in her bassinet, you couldn't help but worry.
What if you got engorged?
What if Katsumi was inconsolable?
What if she got sick?
What if she-
The door clicked open slowly. You sat up quickly, a hand hovering over Katsumi's sleeping form, ready to protect her.
"Relax. Its me." A familiar gruff voice said, unusually quiet. You let out a soft sigh.
"Katsuki. Geez." You sighed. He began to peel his costume off.
"I got about three hours of sleep I can get in before next patrols. So can you make sure the brat doesn't wake me up?" He asked, and you withheld your tongue.
As if you had gotten any consistent sleep the past months.
"Sure." You said quietly, settling back into bed. He ruffled your hair.
"Thanks. Night." He slipped in, and soon enough he was out.
You wanted to cry. Scream. Wring that stupid neck of his.
You took a breath. Maybe you shouldn't go out. Katsumi needed you here. Right?
No, you needed this. Everyone insisted.
So why did you feel so bad about it??
A few hours after Katsuki left for his agency, Mitsuki and Masaru came by to pick up Katsumi. As you adjusted her carseat once more, you began to explain things. You reached over, taking the bag you had packed that early morning.
"So here's three bottles and some frozen milk in case she wants more. Every three hours she gets like, about 5 ounces-so a full bottle, but she can eat more!" You said, handing Mitsuki her diaper bag, packed to bursting with everything you thought she might need. Mitsuki eyed the bag.
"This is....really heavy!" She chuckled, a bit suprised at the heft of it.
"Better overprepared than under!" You smiled. Masaru and Mitsuki looked at eachother.
"Right, well. We'll be off. Don't worry about a thing, (y/n)! She's gonna be just fine!" Mitsuki said, tapping the hood of their car.
Katsumi made a noise, and you flew to her side. "Oh, it's okay! You're gonna spend time with grandma and grandpop!!" You cooed, and Katsumi looked disgruntled. You frowned. "M-maybe...I can get her to calm down if I'm there-"
"(Y/n), relax!! You're running yourself ragged! Katsuki told us you barely even bathe! That's no good!" Mitsuki pushed her back to the door of her and Katsuki's apartment. "Just leave it to us! Katsumi's in great hands!"
"Okay. But my phone's on! And if I need to feed her instead of the bottle-"
Mitsuki closed the door. You stared at the door blankly, and heard the engine of their car roll away.
Well.
You stared down at the genkan, then shuffled a little. You gave a sniff in the air.
Oh. You smelled like milk, sweat and diaper cream.
Maybe...a bath couldn't hurt...
You hadn't really *looked* at yourself in the mirror for a hot minute. You stared at yourself in the bathroom mirror. Your eyes looked tired, baggy and slightly red. Your skin had dry patches all over, and was.. that a pimple?? Your hair was dull and dry, but that wasn't the worst of it. You backed up, looking at your torso.
Oh god.
Where there was once a toned stomach, now was soft. Squishy. And...what were those lines?!
Stretchmarks!? Well. That made sense. And your boobs?? Once decent and perky, now like pancakes, nipples cracked slightly. Breastfeeding did a number on them, that was for sure.
What had happened to the sexy, pro hero (h/n)?? You barely recognized yourself. You felt like a pile of flesh, flabby and used up. You found yourself squatting down, flopping on the small shower stool. You felt the rolls squish and undulate as you sat down, and you felt worse. You quickly showered yourself off, avoiding looking at the mirror. You didn't even want to look at your...nether regions. It probably wasn't too good-looking either.
As you set yourself in the tub, you couldn't seem to enjoy it. You felt like a cow, probably smelled like one, and you were certainly producing milk like one.
No wonder Katsuki worked constantly.
"No, stop that." You said to yourself. Katsuki wouldn't be so vain. And he *cried* when Katsumi was born. There was no way he wasn't happy with his new little family.
You tried to think positively. As you got out of the bathtub, you dried yourself off quickly, going to the bedroom.
You had been wearing pj's and lounge clothes for months. You wondered if you could fit into your regular clothes now.
You stared at your jeans. "I'm sure I can fit into these..." one leg in, and the other followed.
Tight. You struggled with the button. Did....did your hips get wider?? You were careful during pregnancy with what you ate, and stayed active. And even though you still had to eat more calories due to breastfeeding, you hardly ate junk.
But here you were, barely fitting into your old clothes before the pregnancy. Once you squeezed yourself in, you grimaced.
Muffin top city. Population? You.
You immediately shucked off the offending material. You threw open your closet.
Soon, piles of your pre-pregnancy clothes were piled on the unmade bed. You had slid down the closet door, naked and feeling even worse than before. Nothing fit right. You didn't even want to think about how your hero costume would fit once you came back from maternity leave.
Would anyone even take you seriously?
You felt awful.
You swallowed back tears, and slowly got up. You went to your dresser, picking out a nursing bra and your maternity underwear. You felt like a leaky grandma, with the granny panties covering your pooch, and the bra wasn't exactly meant for a sexy lift, either. You slipped in some nursing pads, and grabbed some maternity pants and one of Katsuki's tshirts.
You threw your hair up in a messy bun, and went off to pump the milk now making your breasts feel tight.
Katsuki found you on the couch, snoring away. He kicked off his boots in the genkan, looking up at the clock. 5:39. "...Babe?" He looked down at you, leaning onto the back of the couch.
He sighed. He knew you needed the break. You probably hadn't slept right in months. He went to pull over a blanket over you, until he saw two dark spots on your chest.
Uh oh.
"...Oi, (y/n), wake up. Yer leakin'." He said, shaking your shoulder a little. Your eyes fluttered open, and he smirked. "Hey. You got a situation." He pointed to your chest. You looked down.
Crap.
You felt your boobs and sighed. You were full. Again. "Let me...go pump. I'll be back." You sighed, throwing off the now soiled shirt and bra, turning away to go to the bedroom.
Katsuki looked. He smiled softly at you.
There was the woman who he fell in love with. The woman who was the mother of his child, who he watched become something even more amazing than a hero. A mom. He remembered it like it was yesterday. You, giving birth to his child-sweat, tears and blood, shouting only once or twice in exhaustion. You had held onto his hand like a vice, he had never seen such determination from you. Not even when you did your pro hero work.
You were a goddess. You were amazing. You were *his*.
Not once did he see the flaws as flaws. Stretchmarks were like his scars from his high school years. Badges of honor. Your softer form felt warm and so *right*. And your boobs? Well...he had often gotten unusually jealous of their daughter once or twice, let's just leave it at that.
You felt his eyes staring at you. You turned. "What?"
"I love you."
The room went silent. Katsuki usually only said those words when something big was going on. Like their wedding. Or when she told him she was pregnant. Or when Katsumi was born. It wasn't because he didn't love you, no-far from it. He was a man of action and little words when it came to romance.
You found yourself crying. You crouched to the floor. He went to you, wrapping you up in his arms.
You found yourself word vomiting.
You found yourself admitting to him all your pains, your dark thoughts, your feelings of inadequacy and self loathing. He didn't shush you. He just rocked you back and forth as you cried.
You didn't think motherhood would be so lonely, so...sad. You didn't know if your old self would come back or not.
"What're you saying? Of course it won't." Katsuki suddenly said. You blinked away tears.
"H-huh?" You stuttered.
"I mean...You're always gonna be you. But...you also changed. You have to. People change all the time. You just....changed in a bigger way. You're a mom now. You can't stay the same. But..." he sighed. "Youre...You're beautiful. You keep getting more and more beautiful, and I..." he rubbed his forehead, his other arm still holding you to his chest. "...I feel like I'm falling in love with you all over again." He mumbled, ears turning red. You found yourself blushing. He swallowed. "Look, I'm shit at words-you know that. But where you see all that crappy stuff, I see a warrior. The woman I fell in love with all those years ago back in U.A . I see who you've become-and I still don't get how you can make me act like a lovesick idiot, even now. Dammit, woman!" He huffed. "You don't even know what you do to me, and here you are, thinking you're some sort of fat cow?! That's not just insulting to you. That's insulting to me." He suddenly narrowed his eyes. "How dare you insult my wife and my child's mother."
You trembled. Suddenly, you felt that hot, gooey feeling in the pit of your stomach. He scooped you up, and you squeaked. "K-katsuki! W-wait! I'm top less and I gotta pump-"
"Oh. Don't worry about that, babe." Katsuki smirked. "I'll take care of that...". You blushed. As he walked into the bedroom with you in his arms, you suddenly realized what he meant.
Oh dear.
((Okay. This is purely self-indulgent. As a mom with a now 15 month old, I really poured myself into this. What reader is experiencing I totally felt, and still felt. I actually cried a little when I got to the self depreciation scene. Because that was me. It's still me. Post partum is a bitch. Motherhood tested me so much, and still does. It probably won't make much sense to you till you actually go through it, but it's crazy. Ironically, I was breastfeeding my kid while I wrote half of this. So...maybe this is also a love letter to myself and to any mom's on here still trying to find themselves. Also, you can't tell me Katsuki wouldn't be crying silent tears while holding his kid, you just can't convince me otherwise. Should I do a part two?))

You start off as Priceâs but you become Nikâs.
Nikolai x Price x Fem!Reader
C/W: MDNI, sex, smut, descriptions of male and female bodies, mentions of monthly cycle.
You were Nikolaiâs First Officer, but he didnât find you, Price did. Price saw your small planes pilots license and questionable history and took you in.
Priceâs eyes roved during briefings, he condidered you both an asset to the team and a distraction. He also saw how well you and Nikolai worked together, like a well oiled machine.
But it was Priceâs lips that found yours in Nikolaiâs planeâs galley. He was loaded with his gear so you were pushed between him and the wall, his gloves hand grasping the back of your neck. Your hands found gaps where he wasnât covered with gear; his biceps. You were enveloped by his scent and touch.
âI need you now.â Price insisted in a low tone, caressing your exposed hip.
âI know a place,â you breathed into his mouth as his gloved hand slipped past in your waistband.
âYouâre both still on radio.â Nikâs voice rumbled knowingly into both your ears. A jolt of arousal went through you with the thought of Nik palming his erection through his trousers in response to the sounds you two were making. Price wouldnât admit it but that same thought pulsed through him too. Price responded with a âsorry mateâ and pulled the cable out of both of your radios.
You both bumped through the tight corridor and in to your tiny cabin, frantically taking off his fatigues and your flight suit.
â
Price trusted Nikolai with you but he did falter when he saw how you both got on. Neither of you labelled the relationship; Priceâs work was his life and his life was on line frequently, so this was the set up on base.
You flew with Nikolai on missions with Price but it also meant a lot of waiting on stand by. Sexual frustration and limerence began to form.
Nikâs eyes would linger on yours over breakfast with both of you freshly showered, smelly florally and looking dewy with suggestively wet hair.
You sweating in your flight suit while removing the wheel blocks made Nikolai turgid. Youâd huff and puff as you entered the cockpit, cleavage shining with sweat, hair plastered to your forehead.
You enjoyed the late night chats on the wing, they were almost romantic. Nikolai would regale you with his motherâs fables, you would tell him about your life.
You enjoyed him teasing you and teaching you phrases in his language.
âYou keep teaching me swear words! What if I meet a handsome man and want to charm him?â You bark at him.
âThose words will work.â He would wink back, your core pulsing between your legs.
One particular day, there were incorrect readings on the flight instruments and a host of other mechanical issues. You and Nikolai both stalked through the plane grumpily trying to fix the myriad of issues.
You kept getting in each others way and sorry turned to excuse you which turned to fuck sakes to go fuck your self. To which you did, plunging your battery-dead vibrator into yourself furiously at the thought of Nik capably using a huge spanner to undo bolts the size of his fist. His tattooed forearms rippled with muscle. You thought of those rough hands holding your supple thighs to your chest while being mercilessly split apart on his cock. You imagine his thrusts being hard and fast, the toy isnât nearly thick enough. You come hard but the itch still wasnât scratched.
Without knowing, Nikolai was fisting his cock languidly at the imagined thought of you riding him and baring your tits to his hungry mouth.
Nik erupted onto his thatched chest, groaning in his mother tongue as rope after rope landed on him. He lay there for a while, letting his brain unfurl from the mental images of different positions he would put you in.
â
âGood of you to join us,â Nikolai says, not unkindly, holding onto his coffee.
âIâm not even late.â You snap back.
âI was not being sarcastic, y/n.â
You shoot him an apologetic look and tell him âI didnât sleep so well.â
âWarm milk helps you sleep.â He says plainly.
âIs that what you do?â You chuckle.
âNot exactly.â
Soon, you complete the pre flight checks and are up in the air. You find yourself starting at his hands and arms before last night; rugged, scarred, big on the delicate dials, it was doing something to you. It made you think of his fingers finding your nipples and you let that fester until you were alone in your cabin, furiously rubbing your clit until you collapsed onto your back, panting as quietly as you could.
Later, you call Price.
âYou called to ask permission?â Price rumbled over the satellite phone. âIs my doll having feelings for big olâ Nik?â You ignore the throb in your clit and answer him.
Later, Nikolai answers Priceâs call.
âAlright Nik?â Price says, âkeep y/n primed for me, yeh?â
âPrice?â Nikolai pauses.
âGood friends share.â Price ends the call.
Not long after he heard the call go dead, Nikolai stalked through the plane with intention, heavy foot steps on metal gang ways. He finds you in a galley. You donât have to tell him you spoke to Price earlier because Nikolai looks famished. His eyes flick from your eyes to your mouth and before you know it, youâre in his arms, legs wrapped around his waist, groaning into his kiss.
Moments later, Nik may have been leaning over you, braced against the wall with his hands white knuckled, but he was at your mercy. Your mouth was hot and wet on his cock and you noisily bobbed back and forth, trying to get as much of his veined length into your throat. His cock was thicker and veinier than you imagined, you knew it was going to fill you up and then some. He began pumping his hips into your mouth, you felt the edges of your lips burning with the stretch.
He hummed in submission, you didnât think it was possible for him to make a sound so soft and needy. You felt the girth as your jaw ached but you slipped your fingers to your clit, Nik felt and heard your moan.
âYou must stop,â Nik pleads, âI want to finish inside you.â He abruptly stops, shame crept up to him, he had considered himself a selfless lover until now. He mentally slaps himself for moving so quickly, he had no idea if you wanted that, if you were on birth control, or if you even wanted to go all the way.
âWe do as much as you want.â He looks straight down at where his body lewdly intersected with yours, your eyelashes are dewy and your eyes fucked out before any penetration.
You see the concern in his eyes, so you slowly take his cock out of your mouth, raise yourself up with your palms running along his burly stomach and chest. You find his worry endearing, you knew he was a big softie at heart. You tug at his hand and pull him into his cabin. It smells thick with his cologne and you feel like youâre breathing in liquid.
You sit Nik down in the edge of the bunk, his massive frame takes up most of the room. You strip off and climb onto his warm lap, find his cock and pump it a few times before running it along your sopping folks.
His hand clasps your face and he pulls you in for a kiss. You line up his cock with your hole and lower yourself.
Nik groans into your mouth and you moan into his.
âCome inside me Nik,â you whisper, plunging down onto his cock.
âFuck.â Nikolai grits out, his huge hands on your hips pull you up and then slam you down.
But then with a little effort and a crooked smile, Nik hoists you up and your head touches the ceiling.
âAllow me,â he smirks, he turns and gently lowers you onto the mattress and lifts your legs onto his wide shoulders. With one thrust, he plunges into you and your world becomes motion.
âFuck, donât stop,â you moan desperately. Nik continues the deep plunges, his cock kissing your G spot. You grasp his shoulders to steady yourself from the endless movement. You should never have doubted his stamina, he lumbers around like a bear but he moves viciously.
You cum hard and soak both your groins, you have no energy to comment (you werenât about to apologise) and Nikolai beats you too it, praising you in another language with such reverence that you blush. Nik holds you through your orgasms and only puts you down after a few minutes of rocking back and forth.
Later you lie in your tiny bunk, folded together in a new intimacy, Nikolai runs hot and youâre embraced by his giant bicep and fuzzy chest.
âYou called him.â Nikolai says, less as a question and more as a statement.
âAnd I take it he called you too,â you pout only slightly defensively.
âYou make me curious.â Nikolai lifts his head to look at you. You soften at that.
__
The new arrangement suited you, Nikolai and Price even knew your monthly cycle, making sure to only gently tease your buds when they were sensitive.
One time, Price only said âIâm on channel 3.â
The rest of the squads were under shade in the hangar while Nikolai was frantically rutting into you on the plane, muttering how tight you felt.
To anyone else, it would have looked like Price was going through schematics for their next mission, fingers spread over a map, he had studied them more than enough. But only Price could hear the wet skin, clunking walls and both of your groans and grunts.
Your ear piece almost fell out as Nikolai pistoned into you as you faced the instrument panel in the cockpit, back arched deliciously so he hit the spots you needed to make the noises Price wanted.
âWhere?â Nikolaiâs guttural groan rang through the cockpit and down the radio.
âWherever our princess wants.â Priceâs voice terse with unmet need. You can imagine his usually cool eyes darkening.
âOh god, on my titsâ you manage to breathe out after your orgasm swept through you.
Nik pulled his leaking cock out of you and you collapsed onto your haunches, you only noticed the emptiness in your core for a moment and then you found yourself holding onto his large hairy thighs as he covered your breasts in white hot streaks. Your cunt fluttered. Nikolai moaned and you gasped at the sensation of his cum falling between the valley of your cleavage.
The comms are silent for a while until Price quietly commanded, âsend a pic, out.â
Nikolai waits for you to nod and instead you give him a fucked-out smile and push your tits together, squeezing the cum to form as a pile in the valley of your cleavage. Nik whistles and takes a picture on his phone, making sure to crop out your face. He runs a finger down your cheek and gets you up off the floor, your legs too gooey to walk back to your cabin. He carries you back, humming a tune as he goes.
âLucky.â You mumble, half asleep in his arms.
âWhatâs that?â
âIâm lucky.â You smile up at him.
âIâm the lucky one,â he squeezes you tighter.
âOi.â Price chimes into your ear.
âWe are the lucky ones.â Nik chuckles heartily, you feel it reverberate through his chest.
He gently puts you down in his bunk and leaves the small room. When he comes back with tissue, youâre already asleep, his heart skips when he softly dabs at your chest and pulls the blanket over you.
âI take it thatâs from both of us,â Price quietly mutters at Nikâs chaste kiss to your forehead.
âDefinitely not.â Nik whispers back with a self-satisfied smile.

"Catching the fox." Daryl Dixon Imagine.
(Not my gif!)
Jesus only caused problems since you, Daryl and Rick met him during a run, but that doesnât prevent you all from having a little fun. (Even if you come home emptyâhanded)
A/N: Based on what is probably the funniest episode of "The Walking Dead" to me. I wrote this a while ago but I'm posting it for my friend, who actually finds this funny hehe Sorry if this is long and boring :c Spoiler alert: Jealous Daryl is my favorite Daryl! I hope you like it!

âSo⌠hunkyâdunky. Uh?â
In front of you all, an empty, silent road is always pleasant. Nature wasnât lost after the apocalypse, not completely, and although the green color of the grass disappeared slowly with the passage of time, Mother Nature still retained her place in the world. Sitting by the window in that big truck full of food, the wind pushes some strands of your hair as you breathe in the fresh air. And, sitting in the middle as Rick drives, Daryl glances at you as he checks Deniseâs list.
âDonââŚâ He says with his voice low and thick as always, warning you but making you chuckle. It was the word that Eugene used when he gave Daryl his map, always using fancy ones. At his side as he drives the truck down the hill, Rick chuckles, too. âWhy ya never gave me a list?â
You watch the list in his hand and then, you look back at him.
âI think it's impossible to get a high definition TV with surround sound system so I can watch the games again like in those old days. You know, the ones that were on TV before the world went to hell.â
Both men look at you with a funny look, and you look back at the window as the truck approaches that abandoned gas station on the left side of the road. There are papers and trash everywhere, and Rick parks near the gasoline pumps. All of you get out, but since the silent street is free of any walker, you walk around while Rick goes ahead to check the store door.
âWe had that shit in our apartment? That round sound thing.â
You chuckle before turning around towards him, smiling innocently.
âSurround sound system, love, and no, we didnât. We were always fooling around so we never really had time to watch the games. Remember?â
Your words catch him off guard, and his innocent eyes look at you until he understands what they mean. A second later, the boldness shines in his blue eyes, and holding a light smirk, Daryl closes the distance of a few steps between you two, so close you can almost feel his nose againts yours.
âAre ya makinâ fun of me, sunshine?â
You shake your head, softly.
âNo, but why?â You whisper. âDoes that turn you on?â
âReally?â Rick complains, suddenly, closer than you thought he was. âNow?â
âIâm sorry, Rick.â You chuckle pulling away from your husband.
âYeah. Sorry, bro.â
Rick looks at you two with a sarcastic expression and raises an eyebrow.
âI regret coming with you two.â
But he is joking and lets it go quickly.
Daryl walks over to the big black box lying in the corner, noticing it is a vending machine turning upside down. Although Denise said it wasnât of the utmost importance, he wants to go back to Alexandria with a gift for Tara, just because Daryl understood the feeling of trying to do something nice for their person. So, minutes later, Rick rolls over the machine with a chain attached to the truck, and as he gets out and walks towards you two, the glass showing that the interior is full.
âItâs soda and Candy.â Rick says while Daryl removes one of the chains. âWhy the trouble?â
âIt ainât a trouble.â
But suddenly, out of nowhere, a man turns around that corner of the store and pushes Rick on his way out, raising his hands in the air as the two men take their guns to aim at the stranger, your own hand holding your weapon hidden behind your waist, as a reflex in the face of danger.
The bandana that covers half of his face shows only his pretty eyes.
âHi.â He is agitated, as if he has run for a long time. âI was just running from the dead.â
âHow many?â Daryl asks while Rick steps back to look at the corner of the lonely place, searching for any walkers close by.
â10. Maybe more. Iâm not risking it. Once it gets to double digits, I start running.â
Daryl doesnât trust him, and he keeps pointing at him with his gun.
âWhere?â
âAbout a half a mile back. Theyâre headed this way. You probably have aboutâŚâ The man wiggles his head, looking for the right number. â11 minutes.â
The distrust doesnât go away, but Rick is the first and the only one who lowers his weapon.
âOkay, thanks for letting us know.â
âYes.â The man breathes through his bandana. âThereâs more of them than us. Right? Gotta stick together.â He looks at Daryl, due to his gun still threatening him. âRight?â
Although that stranger appeared from nowhere, Daryl finally lowers it, too.
âYou have a camp?â The man asks.
Maintaining the safety of Alexandria was the main thing, and being selective with the new people you all let in was the first rule until you all knew they could be trusted.
âNo.â Daryl lies.
âDo you?â Rick asks.
The man thinks about it for a few seconds.
âNo.â He finally answers, and then, he looks at you curiously, standing a little behind them. âItâs just you two, with a woman?â
Before you realize what he meant, Daryl raises his weapon quickly, his hand tightening around it in anger.
âYa want me to shoot ya, asshole? Sheâs ma wife and yer gonna say yer sorry.â
The man breathes in a panic, looking at Rick as if he could sense that heâs the sanest.
âYou better say it now before he shoots you. Believe me, he will.â
Before looking at you, the man looks at Daryl who is still pointing at him with his gun, so the new one does it. You donât think what he said was an insult, but it is better to follow the situation calmly before Daryl shoots him for real.
âIâm really sorry, maâam. I didnât mean to offend you.â His colorful eyes seems honest, so you move your hand in the air to minimize the misunderstanding, telling him itâs okay. âWell⌠sorry for running into you. Iâm gonna go now.â He turns around and starts walking, talking over his shoulder. âThis is the next world; I hope itâs good to you, guys.â
Daryl and you share a confused look as Rick watches the man walk away.
âIâm Rick, these are (Y/N) and Daryl. Whatâs your name?â
The man stops, turns around again and pulls his bandana down.
âIâm Paul Rovia. But my friends used to call me JesusâŚâ He extends his arms out, casually. âYou pick.â
âYou said you didnât have a camp.â Rick answers back. âYou are on your own?â
âYeah.â He looks at you all, with a sudden confidence. âBut still, best not to try anything.â
However, Daryl doesnât seem impressed, or intimidated at all.
âBest not to make threats ya canât keep either.â
âExactly.â And the man starts running out of there.
âHow many walkersââ Rick tries to ask, but Daryl cut him off.
âNo. Not this guy.â
Rick makes his question anyways.
âHow many walkers have you killed?!â
âSorry! Gotta run. You should too.â
And he finally disappears around the corner.
Running into new people is still strange, but that situation was a new kind, hard to understand too.
âWhat the hell was that?â Daryl asks.
âYeah. He was clean.â Rick nods. âHis beard, it was trimmed.â
âAnd he was way too confident to be just by himself.â You say.
Rick nods again, because if the man is strange to you all, then that is more than just a coincidence: something else is happening.
âHe didnât have a gun either.â Daryl frowns, looking down the path Jesus took.
âWe could track him.â Rick puts away his gun. âWatch him for a while. Get to know him more. See if heâs really alone. Maybe bring him back.â
âNah.â Daryl complains, his voice always low and husky. âThat guy calls himself Jesus.â
But then, a noise from the back of the place attracts everyoneâs attention: all of you go there, encountering firecrackers exploding in a barrel before hearing the thunderous sound of tires against the pavement.
âShit.â Daryl says when he realizes the truth. âHe swiped yer keys. Didnât he?â
The moment you all get back to the front, the place is still empty, with the truck full of food moving away up the hill.
âSorry!â Jesus yells as he drives away, taking the vending machine with him, too.
The three of you stop in the middle of the road, watching with frustration as the truck goes away under your eyes.
âShit.â Rick says.

The vending machine leaves a path on the middle of the road, like breadcrumbs to track down the thief until you find it halfway on the way. Daryl opens the case to secure Deniseâs sodas for Tara while Rick and you catch your breaths after running up there. The strands of your hair stick to your forehead, while the beads of sweat begin to fall on theirs.
âThis is a special request from the doctor.â Daryl says, showing Rick the soda can whole opening it to give it to you.
âHeyâŚâ Rick breathes and takes the broken one Daryl gives him. âWhatever she wants. She saved Carlâs life. We didnât know her, and she turned out to be all right. And if thereâs still people out here, and theyâre still people, we should bring them in.â
âWhat? Like this guy?â Daryl points to the path Jesus left, cleaning his mouth with the back of his hand.
âNo, fuck this guy.â Rick shakes his head and looks inside the machine for something.
You wipe your mouth with your hand, your mind full of thoughts about what had just happened but without saying anything, at least until you can formulate a coherent opinion.
âWhatâs on your mind, (Y/N)?â Rick asks when he sees you looking at the ground.
âWell, I just think thatâŚâ You doubt if you should share with them what you are thinking, but itâs a waste of time while the truck is still moving. âItâs nothing. We should keep going.â
You try to take a few steps but Daryl stops you reaching out his arm.
âHey.â He says softly to you. âSâ okay, jusâ say it.â
You are not naive; you know how that world works now. Itâs not only the alive against the dead ones. That life was a battle against other people as well. However, not everything was black and white. Or it was?
âI donât say that what he did is right, but no one steals for pleasure these days, so maybe he did it because he needs it, too.â
Rick wiggles his head slowly, half of him giving you the reason because that is true although nothing apologized what that man did.
âSo what?â Daryl frowns, his temper rising again. âWould ya jusâ let him go with our stuff?â
His personality is like a roller coaster, full of constant ups and downs, but luckily, you know how to handle it.
âDonât talk to me like that, Dixon, it was you who said I could share my opinion. But Iâm not saying we should let him go just like that. Hell, no.â
Daryl gives a step back, confused by your sudden change of mood, just like his own.
âSo?â
You frown back.
âThe truck is ours. And if in this world the strongest ones win, that will be us. So, we will get it back.â
The force in your eyes and the way you look at him catches him completely. But Daryl is no longer too shy, and although he likes your privacy as a marriage, he canât help but face you again, looking slightly down to you.
âSince when ya are this ballsy, woman?â
Playing, you scoff at him.
âFuck you. I was like this long before I met your ass.â
âI really hate you both right now.â Rick says in a sigh, making Daryl chuckle.
âSorry, bro. Sâ jusâ⌠she looks so hot right now.â
You chuckle too as Rick raises an eyebrow.
âItâs because we ran until we got here. Now, we should get going.â

At first, you try to be understanding to the request of both men asking you to wait behind the bushes while they surprise the stranger, who just finished fixing the tire of the truck parked in the middle of the road, away from the danger posed by Paul, or Jesus, or whatever he chose to call himself, but you canât help but compare him to a fox, somewhat elusive, almost slippery as he managed to dodge the blows of Rick and Daryl, who were hit in the stomach and pushed against the truck, respectively.
So, when Jesus turns around, he stops dead with your gun pointed at his face, his hands in the air.
âYou would really shoot me in the face just for a truck?â
You take the safety off the gun your dad gave you for protection before dying.
âNo. Not in the face, but in the legs just below the knees so you stop being so slippery.â
He takes a deep breath.
âYou wouldnât do that.â
Behind him, Rick and Daryl raise their own weapons, making you lower your own.
âOh, trust me, pretty boy, I totally would.â
But suddenly, before you can say more, a walker comes out of the bushes, grunting at you all.
âDo you even have any ammo?â Jesus asks, but Daryl and Rick are already tired of him, and both shoot the walker at the same time. âOkay, again, are you gonna shoot me over a truck?â
âThereâs a lot of foot on that truck.â Rick says. âThe keys. Now.â
In the end, Jesus gives him the keys and Rick ties his hands and feet up to leave him there, on a side of the road.
âThe knots arenât that tight. You should be able to get free⌠after weâre long gone.â
For his part, Daryl grunts when he sees that some of the soda cans had crushed during the fight, with all the content dripping from his backpack.
âMaybe we should talk now.â Jesus smiles when Rick walks away.
âNah.â Daryl walks pass him by too and makes you walk with him to the passenger seat. But first, he stops to shake a can and throws it at Jesus. âHere. In case ya gets thirsty.â
When you two get to the passenger seat, Daryl goes up first, and though he has to move to let you go up, too, he leans down to take you by the waist to help you go up to sit between his legs. You are a little surprise by his action, but he just closes the truck door and chuckles as Rick moves the keys around his finger.
âYou were right, (Y/N).â He smiles at you as he starts the truck. âWe are the strongest ones.â
As the truck begins to move, Daryl leans back against the seat and shows his middle finger out the window.
âSo long, ya prick!â He yells at Jesus.

The loud music in the truck accompanies you all the way. As you lean your arm against the window frame, the wind makes your tied hair move back, in a soothing and peaceful way. Darylâs right hand continues to rest against your waist beneath your tâshirt, holding you against him while everything around is still fine.
âHe ainât that pretty, yâknow?â Daryl says quietly over the music, after a long moment of silence.
You frown, turning slightly to look at him.
"Are you kidding with me? I was just messing with him. Jesus...â But you laugh when Daryl frowns, even though you just said the name of the son of God, not the strangerâs. "That's not what I meant!"
Daryl scoffs, but before he can answer back, Rick talks first, pointing something on the road in front.
âHey, look at that.â
A barn. When you get close, the even path changes for an unstable one as you all enter the barnâs lawn, but, out of nowhere, there is a blow that comes from the roof, getting your attention before theirs.
âYou hear that?â You ask as Daryl lowers all the volume of the music.
âI think that son of a bitch is on the roof.â
âHold on.â Tired of him, Rick steps on the brake and the truck stops abruptly, throwing Jesus through the air until he falls in front of you all.
Then, he just gets up on his feet and runs away. It is ridiculous. It is almost comical the way Rick drives to chase him down the field, but in the end, itâs Daryl who has enough of him.
âMotherfuââ Daryl stops himself to take you by the waist, and he moves from under you. âStay here, Iâll be right back.â
Before you react or before his brother can stop the car, Daryl opens the door and gets out of the truck to chase after Jesus on foot while Rick drives near them.
You sigh.
âSometimes I canât believe Iâm married to that man.â
Rick chuckles and tries to move the truck to block Jesus, but that elusive fox is agile, so he steps back the truck as Daryl and Jesus swing from side to side in the middle of the field, waiting for one of them to take the first step.
âWe should clear the way for them.â Rick looks at the walkers around the place as they are starting to move too close.
You open the truck door, moving away from it, pulling the knife from the sheath of your waist.
âWe came to a conclusion, asshole!â Daryl yells at Jesus, still in the middle of the place untill he runs away, so Daryl looks at you two before he starts chasing him, again. âI got him!â
Some walkers were tied up around another truck, and you and Rick make them fall when they manage to break the rope free.
Back in the truck, Jesus opens the driverâs door and tries to get in, but Daryl grabs him from his jacket and tries to pull him out.
âCome âere, ya lilâ shit.â
No one sees it coming, no one pays any attention, but a walker comes up to Daryl from behind, dangerously close until it enters Jesusâs view. So he raises a gun, watching Daryl as he freezes there.
âDuck.â He says.
Daryl understands it at once and crouches. The bullet flies over him and enters directly into the walkerâs head causing it to fall. He looks back and studies the body on the ground before turning back to look at Jesus.
âThanks.â Daryl breathes out and punches him right on the face. âThatâs ma gun! Come âere.â
The shot pierces your ears and Rickâs, causing to both of you to look at the truck in the distance, and you two run to them. Daryl tries to pull Jesus out of the truck, but Jesus knocks it into neutral, and the vehicle starts rolling into a pond behind. Daryl jumps out of the moving vehicle and Jesus followed him, but his head gets hit with the door and he passes out. When Rick and you finally reach the place, you watch Daryl moving Jesus with his boot as the truck sinks.
You sigh heavily when you all see the last of that truck before it disappears forever.

The new car you all get is old, ironically, but Rick keeps driving through the silent road in the middle of those huge trees and green landscape. In the backseat, Daryl pushes Jesus who is still pretty unconscious, but his body continues to fall back on Darylâs shoulder.
âOw, is he your new best friend?â You tease him, making Daryl grunt. âIâm getting jealous, actually.â
âBe quiet, woman.â
âHey. I told you I could go in the back with him.â
âYeah? Over ma dead body.â
Just to annoy him even more, Rick moves the car so that way Jesusâ body would fall back on Daryl. He grunts again, pushing Jesus far from him as Rick drives back to Alexandria.

That same night, Daryl and Rick walk down Alexandria Street back to their homes after leaving Jesus in the basement. He was fine despite the hit, and by now they just have to wait for him to wake up in the morning. As they arrive at Rickâs house first, itâs time to say goodbye.
âIt was pretty stupid of us to go out there. Wasnât?â Rick asks as he goes up the stairs of his porch.
âYep.â Daryl nods walking away. âDo it again tomorrow?â
âYep.â Rick answers watching him go. âTell (Y/N) to come. I hate it when you guys are about to lick each otherâs faces but itâs hella funny when you two start arguing.â
âHuâuh.â Daryl waves his hand to him.
Two houses away, Daryl goes up the steps of the porch and opens the door to his house. The only light comes from a lamp on the table in the living room, shining with an amber color. He closes the door behind him and watches you come out of the kitchen.
âThereâs a couple of sandwiches in case youâre hungry.â
But he just walks towards you while you stop in front of the stairs. You are tired but it had been a funny day in spite of everything, and you laugh when Daryl wraps his arms around your waist to lift you up, so you hold yourself with your hands on his shoulders, your legs around his waist.
âNah. Jusâ want some time alone with ma wife.â

Moments of Reflection
Natasha Romanoff x Fem!Reader
A Family of Her Own Series
Masterlist | General Masterlist
w/c: 3.3k
Summary: After the fall of the Avengers, Natasha Romanoff returns home to her secret familyâa life she's carefully hidden away for years. Struggling to balance her role as a mother and wife while avoiding the dangers of her past, Natasha is forced to make difficult decisions that impact her loved ones.
This Chapter: R has a talk with Melina. Natasha has to leave again.
Folding clothes shouldnât be this soothing. Sorting them into their tiny baskets takes time. You hadnât realized how gender-assigned youâd made the clothes, but the pinks and blues for the kids stand in contrast, a soft reminder of how much life has changed. The brand-new washer and dryer Natasha sent months ago shouldnât be this exciting, but here you are, finding comfort in the hum of the machine and the rhythmic folding of small socks and onesies.
The warmth of the laundry room, with its clean scent of detergent, is a small escapeâa moment of calm in the chaos. You lose yourself in the motion, piece by piece, letting the repetition lull your thoughts away from the noise of the house. For just a little while, itâs quiet. No responsibilities beyond sorting clothes and making neat piles.
The door creaks open, and you glance up, half-expecting Natasha or even Stella. But itâs Melina, Natashaâs mother, lingering in the doorway. Her presence is quiet, but itâs still a disruption to the small space youâve carved out for yourself. You force a smile, hoping she doesnât stay long. You just need a little more time alone.
âI hope Iâm not interrupting." Melina says with a tentative smile.
You shake your head, your hands still moving automatically as you fold a tiny pair of pants. âNo, itâs fine." It would be rude to dismiss the first guests youâve had in months.
She steps inside, her eyes sweeping over the laundry, a soft smile tugging at the corners of her lips.
"I wanted to thank you.â
You pause, mid-fold, blinking at her in surprise. âFor what?"
Melina watches you for a moment, then glances at the clothes in your handsâthe tiny, everyday items that somehow make up the world youâve built here with Natasha.
"For loving my daughter."
The words hit you harder than you expect. You set the pants down, focusing on the soft fabric beneath your fingers to steady yourself. Itâs rare that anyone acknowledges the quiet work you put in to hold everything togetherâthe small sacrifices, the late nights, the constant worry.
You look up at her, searching her face for more, unsure what to say. Melina steps forward, folding her arms, her voice soft but steady.
âI know Natasha doesnât talk about these things, but I see it. I see what youâve done for her, for your family.â
Your throat tightens at her words. You try to keep your emotions in check, but itâs hard, especially after the weeks youâve had.
You manage a small smile, though your voice is quieter than you intend. âI love her. I always will."
Melina nods, her eyes soft with understanding. Thereâs a pause, thick with unspoken things, before she speaks again.
âWhat is your secret?â Melina begins and your head snaps up. âTo getting her to love you.â
You let out a breathless laugh, glancing at the pile of unfolded clothes, unsure how to respond. Melina waits, watching you carefully.
Your thoughts turn back to the years you spent trying to reach Natasha, to get her to let you in. Not that you were any easier to deal with. Being SHIELD used to mean something. It took a lot to prove yourself to those around you. It took a lot to let someone in.
Melina steps closer, tilting her head. "She would never admit it, but Natasha is different. She has always been different."
"That's what made her such a good spy." You muse. âThereâs no secret.â
She hums, thoughtful."I know it will take time for her to forgive me,â Melina says.
âYouâre here, right,â You interrupt and Melina tilts her head. Thereâs a question at the tip of her tongue. âThere are only four, maybe five, people that know about this place. That know about us. Steve Rogers, Wanda Maximoff, Clint Barton and Laura Barton. Five if you include Nick Fury who knows everything. Now you and your family.â
Her lips twitch and she nods.
"She loves you."
Melina's expression softens, and she reaches out to feel the fabric of Nickâs onesie. "I wish things could be different,â She seems lost in a memory.
You watch her. Your chest feels heavy. There are so many things that you could have done differently, too.
"We can't change the past. Only learn from it."
Melina sighs, looking at the piles of baby clothes.
âSheâs a good mother,â You say. âA great one. When life allows her to be one.â
Melina smiles at you, and you realize how much older she is, the lines around her eyes and lips a soft testament to a long and complicated life. You wonder how old she really is.
âI never doubted it,â Melina sighs. âNot that she had a lot to learn from. I wasâŚâ
âYou did what you could with what you had,â You offer.
She gives you a grateful look.
"Thank you," She repeats, and you're not sure what to do with that.
You smile. You've never been good at taking compliments, especially from someone like Melina.
âI now have three daughters.â Melina gesture to you.
It takes a moment for the words to sink in. You can only blink at her, not sure what to make of it.
Melina turns away, moving to the doorway. She pauses, her hand resting on the frame.
âShe wants to be here,â She says knowingly. âShe wants to be home with you and your children.â
There's a part of you that wants to argue, but the rest of you can't bring yourself to deny it. Not when she's looking at you with such sincerity.
You nod, and Melina leaves you with a gentle smile.
****
You didnât want this time to come. Saying goodbye is always hard. Your love walking out of the door will always break you into a million tiny pieces.
This life you have here with Natasha is golden. You could only wish sheâd be here to see it all. Itâs the middle of the night. They leave soon. Their hushed plans and low whispers will be no more. You will be alone again. You will be the one to wipe Stellaâs tears. You will be the one to hold Nicky.
As you turn the knob off in the shower, your head begins to spin. The water is still hot. You step out, almost jumping when you see Natasha standing before you.
She looks exhausted, dark circles under her eyes. Her hair is damp and pulled into a ponytail, her clothes wrinkled and damp with sweat. She must have just come from training with Melina and Alexei.
âI thought Iâd join you,â She says with an unsure smirk.
âIâm already done,â You shake your head. You donât mean to be short with her.
You push past her, wrapping a towel around yourself. She doesnât move.
It feels like an eternity since sheâs seen you this intimately. You can feel her eyes on you as you slip a tank top over your head, the cotton clinging to your damp skin.
You turn back to her, and she takes a step forward, reaching out and pulling the elastic from her hair. Her red locks tumble free, cascading around her shoulders.
You swallow, feeling the tension rising in the air.
âIâm going to check on the kids,â You swallow. âI um, I left some hot water for you.â
Natasha nods, but you don't wait for her response. You slip past her, padding quietly through the hallway.
When you step into the nursery, Nicky is asleep. He lies on his stomach, lips puckered, with a serene look on his face. Youâd pushed his crib back into his room with the help of Natashaâs dad. Not that you needed it. But the sight of the big man cradling the baby was adorable.
Stella is asleep in her bed. It took a lot of convincing this time to get her to sleep. She doesn't want her Mama to leave. You can't blame her.
You sigh, your eyes moving to the window. It's a full moon tonight, the stars bright and shining in the clear sky. You sit with Stella a little longer before retreating to your bedroom.
You slide under the covers, closing your eyes, while listening to the constant noise of the shower. It's soothing.
After a while, the water shuts off. You hear the rustling of clothes, the bathroom door opening and closing, and the click of the light. You don't open your eyes.
âI donât want to leave like this,â Natasha interrupts your peace.
You look at her, her eyes sad, her expression tired.
She sits down on the edge of the bed. Her hands are folded in her lap.
She looks like she wants to say something.
âNatâŚâ You trail off. You donât know what to say.
Natasha sighs. She glances up, her eyes locking onto yours.
"I'm sorry.â She says, her voice soft. She climbs into the bed to sit beside you. She presses herself up against your body. âIâm sorry.â
"I don't want you to go," Your voice cracks. "But you have to."
Natasha lets out a ragged breath.
"I wish things could be different," she whispers, her voice wavering.
âThey can be,â You urge. "Please. Come back to us. Come back to me. To the kids."
Natasha's brow creases, and she swallows thickly. She opens her mouth to speak, but no words come out.
âI want that more than anything,â She replies.
"Then stay."
"I can't."
You shake your head, fighting the ache in your throat. "I can't lose you."
"You won't."
You close your eyes, taking a deep breath. âOkay.â
Natasha shifts closer. She reaches out and strokes your hair. You lean into the touch.
"I love you," She murmurs.
You look up at her, a weak smile playing on your lips. âI love you too.â
You sit in silence for a while. Her hands trail across your shoulders, down your back, tracing patterns on your skin.
It feels good.
She moves her hand to the nape of your neck, tugging gently. You lean in and meet her halfway. Your lips press together, soft and sweet.
The kiss is slow and tender, and Natasha pulls back.
"I've missed you," She murmurs, her lips brushing yours.
"I've missed you, too."
You pull her in, your hands sliding under her shirt. Her skin is warm and smooth, and her muscles ripple beneath your touch. She moans softly, her body arching toward yours.
âTell me you want this,â Natasha breathes.
You nod, letting out a shaky breath.
Natasha leans in, kissing you hungrily. You whimper as her teeth graze your lower lip, and her tongue slips inside. She runs her hands along your thighs, pushing the tank top further up your body. Youâre grateful for the dim lighting surrounding you. She canât see the remaining baby weight or the stretch marks. Youâre not so vain but the insecurities are still there.
Natasha pulls back, her eyes flicking up to yours. Her pupils are dilated, her lips parted slightly. She looks beautiful.
She kisses you again, her hands cupping your breasts, squeezing lightly.
âDo you usually sleep without panties or was this for me all along?â She whispers into your ear.
You shiver, goosebumps breaking out across your skin.
"Both," You manage, and she grins.
She pushes you back against the pillows and settles between your legs, her mouth moving down your neck, kissing and nipping.
Her fingers brush over your nipples, pinching and tugging lightly. You squirm beneath her, trying not to make a sound.
She kisses her way down your chest, trailing her lips across the curve of your breasts. She pauses, her tongue swirling around your nipple, and then she sucks gently.
You gasp, arching into her mouth. Her other hand moves to your other breast, massaging and squeezing.
Your hands slide into her hair, tugging lightly, and she moans against your skin.
She pulls back, looking up at you.
"I love the way you taste," She purrs.
"I love the way you taste." You echo.
She smirks, sliding a hand down between your legs.
You bite back a moan as her fingers tease your entrance. She presses two digits inside you, pumping slowly, curling them up towards her.
You grip the sheets tightly, struggling to keep quiet.
"God, you're so wet," She breathes. "So ready for me."
You moan, rolling your hips into her touch. You close your eyes as you allow yourself to feel.
Her thumb brushes over your clit, sending sparks through your body.
"Natasha," You gasp, clutching the sheets tighter.
"So sexy,â She groans as you widen your legs for her.
She leans forward and licks up the length of your pussy, making you whimper.
She swirls her tongue around your clit, teasing and stroking, and you moan louder than you mean to.
"That's right, baby," She growls. "Let me hear you."
You writhe beneath her, grinding against her face, desperate for more.
She pushes her fingers deeper, pumping faster, her tongue flickering over your clit.
âI want you up here,â You beg.
She places one last kiss on your clit, lovingly, before she rises to look into your eyes. She never stops pumping her fingers.
"Tell me what you want." She demands, her voice low and husky.
"I want you," You whisper. She kisses you again, swallowing your moans as they come. She curls her fingers, angling them in the way she knows makes you crazy.
"I want to see you," You whimper. "All of you."
Natasha smirks, slowing her pace.
"I'm all yours, babe."
She leans down, her lips ghosting over yours, her fingers still buried deep within you.
"I love you," She murmurs, kissing you again.
"I love you," You echo, reaching for the hem of her shirt.
You tug at it, and she lets go, allowing you to pull it off.
Your hands roam over her skin, admiring her toned body. You kiss her neck, her collarbone, her shoulder. You want to memorize every inch of her.
You tug on her shorts, and she shimmies out of them. She tosses them to the side.
"Fuck, I want you," She growls, pressing her lips against yours.
"Then take me," You reply, running your hands along her back. What happens after is a blur. Youâre too blinded by the sheer pleasure coursing through you as she thrust harder.
You cling to her, gasping and panting, as you reach your peak.
"Yes!" She moans, burying her face in the crook of your neck.
"Yes!" You echo, feeling yourself fall apart.
Your orgasm hits you hard, waves of pleasure rippling through your body. You donât anticipate the tears that follow but when you feel her kissing them away you know this was way more emotional than intended. All you needed was your wife. All you wanted was her.
You lie tangled in each other, her breath hot against your neck. You close your eyes, letting the warmth wash over you.
You stay like this for a while, savoring the closeness.
âI will come home,â Natasha promises. She nuzzles into you.
You nod, trying not to think about tomorrow.
"We can do this."
"We can do this." She nods.
âDo you need it?â You ask.
She nods.
It doesn't take long for you to attach the strap to your body. Her body reacts the way it always does. She arches into your touch as you slide it inside her.
You thrust gently, easing her open, watching her expression. She gasps, gripping the sheets.
âI love you,â You whisper to her. You know the both of you should be a bit more mindful of your guests across the hall. But this feels so fucking good.
She moans, biting her lip.
"I love you," She whimpers. "Don't stop."
You roll your hips, driving into her harder. You grip her hips, ramming yourself into her at a brutal pace, as she wheezes below you.
She's so beautiful, her body quivering, her cheeks flushed, her eyes screwed shut.
"God, baby," She groans.
"So tight," You moan. "Shit." You groan as you thrust.
She cries out, her fingers digging into your arms.
"Fuck," She gasps. "More."
You pick up the pace, pounding into her, grunting with the effort. Sheâs needed this release. This time with you. She doesnât want you to be soft with her.
She whimpers, her back arching, her head thrown back.
"Yes," She moans.
"Cum for me," You demand as you rub her clit. "Now."
She trembles, her body convulsing.
"Fuck, Y/N," She moans.
Her legs lock around you, her toes curling.
"Good girl," You praise, slowing your movements.
She whines, her chest heaving.
"Y/N," She whispers.
You lean down and kiss her gently.
"I love you," You murmur.
She sighs contentedly, her eyes drifting closed.
âI know youâre tired,â You say. âWe both are. But we will get through it. For better or for worse, right.â
"Forever," She agrees, her voice soft.
She reaches out and tucks a strand of hair behind your ear.
You rest your head against her shoulder, letting her hold you.
"We're going to be okay."
"Yeah, we will."
You close your eyes, enjoying the feeling of being wrapped in her arms.
She strokes your back.
"You're amazing," She whispers. "And beautiful."
You snuggle closer, basking in the warmth of her embrace.
You drift off to the sound of her heartbeat.
****
In the morning itâs time to say goodbye. Sheâs standing in the middle of the living room, settling Stella with her Barbies. Stellaâs demeanor is more relaxed but cautious . She knows whatâs about to happen. Nicky is sitting on the floor beside her, his stuffed lamb tucked under his arm.
He doesn't seem to notice his m his mother. He's far too focused on the toy in his hands.
âI will be back,â Natasha promises. âI love you and your brother so much.â
Stella nods.
You swallow, holding back tears.
âDonât miss my birthday,â Stella says.
Natasha blinks.
"I won't," She assures her. "I'll be there, baby girl."
"Okay," Stella nods.
Natasha smiles, kneeling down and kissing Stella's forehead. She leans over to do the same to Nicky.
"Love you," She murmurs. She knows to make the goodbyes quick. Sheâs already hugged and kissed you. Sheâs almost to the door when Stella drops her dolls and races over to her.
âMama,â Stella whispers.
Natasha turns around.
"Yes, moya malen'kaya vorobey?"
Stella wraps her arms around her, hugging her tightly.
"Donât go,â She says, her voice cracking.
Natasha's eyes well up with tears, and she pulls Stella close.
"I have to," She says softly. "But I'll come back.â
âNo,â Stella demands.
Natasha looks up at you, a sad smile playing on her lips.
You sigh, wiping away the tears that stream down your cheeks.
"It's okay," You reassure her. You reach down to grab Stella, managing to keep a grip on her, even as she fights you to get to Natasha.
"We'll be here," You promise.
Natasha takes a deep breath, her shoulders slumping.
"Okay," She whispers.
You hold onto Stella as her cries turn into screams for her Mama. Your baby shouldnât have to feel this hurt. Natasha walks steadily out of the door and across the grass to the helicopters. She tries to ignore the crying.
Stella watches her mother leave, her heart breaking.
You watch her walk away.
When the doors to the helicopter shut, Stella goes limp.
âI want Mama,â She whimpers, her voice now hoarse.
âI know, baby. I want her too,â You cry.
You rock her until her breathing slows. Until her cries die down and she drifts off to sleep.
You stand there for a few moments, watching as the helicopter disappears over the horizon.
And then, you turn and head back inside.
You lay Stella on the couch and cover her with a blanket.
You take a seat on the floor beside her.
You watch her sleep, her tiny hands fisted, her face wet with tears. Nicky crawls into your lap, seemingly upset by all the commotion.
"It's okay," You tell him, stroking his hair.
It will all be okay. She promised.

DEVILHUNTER!READER. Part 1.

-> Masterlist

"Hah...welcome to your own prison."
Y/n smiled slyly as the Devil, Madolrift, picked up the book they had intentionally hidden in their body. As soon as he steps away from them, Kellian's ability activates and traps Madolrift inside the book.
Everyone in the overworld must have reached the final steps.
It's over...Mother, I've saved the civilians!
Dying like this is not so bad, right?
Y/n closed their eyes, feeling the blood drain from their body, the embrace of death tightening around them. Then their consciousness gradually sank into darkness.
That afternoon, the sunset was red in a corner of SorrowLand.

"The patient is showing signs of waking up!"
"Call the doctor!"
In a daze, you heard a flurry of voices around you, and Y/n noticed the strong smell of disinfectant filling the air.
No way... saved again?
Their body ached all over. Y/n kept their eyes closed, feigning unconsciousness, ignoring the nurses and doctors bustling in and out. They didnât want to face anyoneânot the scolding, not the pity. Especially not Vivian. Heâd give them an earful for getting injured like this. They had always been able to hide their injuries successfully, but this time they were caught red-handed. They knew they would be nagged for months.
Their mind was sluggish, drifting in and out of sleep, and before they knew it, they had fallen into a deep slumber again.
The next time they woke up, the hospital room no longer reeked of disinfectant. Except for the machines and IV tubes surrounding the bed, the place resembled a luxury hotel room.
Sitting up, they blinked at the unfamiliar surroundings.
This wasnât one of the headquarters' rooms. Their family had its own private facility. And the government? If theyâd stepped in, Y/n would be locked up in a lab by now, not lying comfortably in a VIP recovery room.
As for the other organizations, don't even mention saving them. If Y/N L/n dies, they'll pop champagne to celebrate.
What a weird thing...who saved me?
Y/n propped themselves up, then froze.
The arm that met their gaze was wrapped in white bandagesâbut it was tiny. A childâs arm.
They blinked, then turned toward the window, searching for a reflection.
Staring back at them in the glass was a black-haired child wrapped head to toe in gauze, with wide E/C eyes. The name on the hospital gown read: Y/n Drapètes.
Does time run backwards?
No. At this age, Y/n was still playing the role of the Drapètes family's obedient young heir. Puppeteered by the elders. But at least then, theyâd eaten well, dressed well, and didnât want to die yet.
A six-year-old shouldnât be covered in wounds like these.
Their eyes drifted to the array of medical tools nearby.
Something was very wrong.
At six, they shouldâve been safe under their mother's wing, alongside their twin, Orionânot lying half-dead in a hospital bed.
Click
The sound of the door opening drew Y/n's attention back.
"Y/n! You're awake!"
A ginger-haired man with a signature moustache hurried into the room. His face was lined with worry.
Commissioner James Gordon. His face was full of worry and concern, and Y/nâs memory stirred. Gordon had been a pretty close friend of their mother's before she was massacred along with the rest of the main family, and they had never met him until the massacre happened and they were sent to live in Gotham with their 'father', wait- don't tell me?! "You were badly injured Y/n- I thought we wouldn't be able to save you..."
Y/n said nothing; they just stared at him in silence. There wasnât enough information yet. Acting rashly could be dangerous.
James Gordon studied the last living member of the DrapÊtes family. Their body was small, thin, and wrapped in bandages. Pale skin. Black hair hanging limply over wide, warily shining eyes. Like a stray that was afraid of someone entering its territory when it bristled up. The last time he saw the child was when the Drapètes family held a birthday party to celebrate the child's fifth birthday. That night, he received news that the child had been murdered by an assassin targeting the Drapètes family, and a few days later, he attended the funeral. Who would have thought that the family would fake your own death and use you as a lab subject? A witch clan playing politics always ends badly. But to implant a cursed spirit into their own bloodline? Those people deserved to die.
Many things were running through his head; Gordon still tried to smile and started talking nonsense to the child he had just met for the first time as if to comfort them.
âDonât remember me? Itâs Uncle James,â he said gently. âI used to carry you around, back when you were little. Look at you nowâalready six!â
Y/n remained silent, only blinking slowly.
"You donât remember anything?" he asked, watching their expression. "Do you know why youâre here?"
Y/n shook their head, quiet and obedient. Gordon instinctively reached to ruffle their hairâ
Unfortunately, Y/n avoided him. Gordon raised his eyebrows slightly, but seeing the child's fleeting look of fear, he didn't pursue the matter. When kids go through such things, even if they don't remember anything, their bodies still react conditioned, which is normal.
âThe Drapètes estate burned down,â he said quietly. âYou were the only survivor.â
"....Oh...."
Y/nâs reply was flat. A mere acknowledgement. The family massacre was the main reason why they were sent to Wayne Manor after all.
Gordon was not surprised to feel the rejection from the kid. But he could not understand why this child with no magical power had become a test subject for those people.
From the moment he walked in, he knewâthis child was different. They wore emotions like a costume. Heâd seen many traumatized children, but this one⌠this one was empty.
A failed experiment, maybe. The records were mostly destroyed, but even the fragments painted a grim picture. It made him sick.
Perhaps the government initially turned a blind eye to their research, and only when they felt their position was in danger did they start to take action.
Gordon looked at the poor child who probably didn't know that because of the magical experiment on their body, the government had decided to order their death sentence.
Y/n was the first person he ever saved from execution. After all, the kid didn't show any fluctuations in their magical power even when the scientist tried to stimulate them. He couldn't stand to see those bastards bully a poor child.
"Sorry," Y/n said suddenly. Their voice was soft, but steady. "But donât call me Y/n Drapètes."
Every time that name was mentioned, they felt sick.
They looked up. Eyes deep and unreadable.
Gordon raised an eyebrow.
Lost memory but still rejects their identity? Well... they were forced to do experiments anyway. It's not strange to have psychological trauma. Besides, even he wouldn't want to accept that kind of family, a good thing that they're a Wayne now.
"Alright then," he said gently. "What should I call you?"
Y/n gave a faint smile.
"Y/n L/n."

ellie with a clumsy gf ŕ¨ŕ§

summary: how ellie cares for her clumsy girlfriend
content: nothing thats nsfw!! just ellie being a cutie concerned gf
notes: answer to this req!! SHES SO PUPU BABYGIRL IN THAT PIC I WANNA BITE HER JFWIBFJWKRJR. she's actually so beautiful i can't. entirely unrelated: idk how i feel about this... but iâm trying not to be like EW I HATE THIS FUCK THIS ITS SO BAD. like i dont even feel like that but we already know how i feel about this formatting. its growing on me tho
(wc 0.39k) so short i know guys i gotta dip my feet
constantly laughing but also concerned at how you manage to trip and bump and bruise yourself up on literal air
in apocalypse au, she's always been very aware of her surroundings bc of patrol and combat and stuff so she tries to keep you out of the way of things that she knows you'll bump into
always has an ice pack chilled and ready to go in the freezer in case you bump yourself real hard and it's sore because ice helps bumps not bruise right when you get them (looking at you guys clumsy ladies write that one down)
always warns you about things right as they're happening since you get into things SO FAST
like just as you're bumping into something or dropping an item she's blurting out, "wait! there's- a shirt on the floor"/"remember- that the washing machine door is open"/"baby, you're gonna drop that- just... like you did just now. you okay?"
always asks what you did to get a new bruise. she'll notice a new one and joke, "oh, what did you do this time?" and you'll respond, "i may have walked into the dishwasher while the door was down... but this one doesn't hurt that bad đ" it's become like a little game
she's become sooo desensitized to any bump or bang sound in the house bc she knows its just you. not to say she doesn't care about you getting hurt--she immediately throws out a "you good?!" or "you need me?"--she just knows you know what to do: ice pack or heat compress. it's routine now.
read that low vitamin c levels make you bruise easily, so always has vitamin c rich snacks stocked up. oranges and strawberries and other fruits, always ready!
she's so stupid in love that she'll cut the fruits up into hearts or try nd make the most simple little animals with them from some mother of 3's tutorial on instagram reels and genuinely gets upset when she can't recreate them.
^ like you notice her absolutely maiming some apples and ask, "ummm why are you slicing and dicing that poor apple?" and she'll mumble, "it's supposed to be a stupid crab."
and for my ladies with darker skin where bruises aren't as visible or even just pale skin that just doesn't bruise easily, she's still just as concerned. and since there is no visible warning of a sore spot, she's hurriedly apologizing after pressing on a sore spot or laying on a tender patch.
@abbysbug @picklesarenice69
hello to my clitter critters. soooooooo erm sorry about going like basically inactive for like 2 weeks i got into the fight of a lifetime with my mother đ we still beefing đ dw tho when she's old and wrinkly iâll have power of attorney and trust the cord WILL be plugged.
