je suis allée à la salle de sport en trottinette 🙂

15 minutes au lieu de 22 à pieds (et 8 en vélo apparemment d'après maps) alors que j'étais en pente descendante (et sacrément descendante d'ailleurs, je me suis fait à moitié peur avec la vitesse à plusieurs reprises) mais je ne connaissais pas hyper bien le chemin non plus, donc j'ai du m'arrêter deux ou trois fois pour vérifier les noms de rue

bon par contre les trottoirs sont dans un état épouvantable dès qu'on quitte les grands axes 😐 à certains endroits c'était à peine assez large pour un piéton, mais alors en poussette ou en fauteuil, pas possible... j'ai circulé sur la piste cyclable à plusieurs moments du coup, mais uniquement quand il n'y avait personne ! (et j'ai vérifié, les trottinettes mécaniques sont assimilées aux piétons, alors j'ai toute ma place sur les trottoirs, quand c'est possible de rouler dessus...) je ne parle pas des trous, des bosses, et des 50 nuances de bitume, c'était limite dangereux ! faut maîtriser son véhicule...

arrivée à la salle de sport, j'ai retrouvé le grand amour de ma vie, à savoir le vélo elliptique <3 bon, j'ai juste fait 30 minutes, et en résistance 1 sur 25 (!) mais la machine n'arrêtait pas de couiner comme quoi ma fréquence cardiaque était trop élevée, alors... alors j'ai de la marge de progression ! deux séances par semaine sont indispensables.

je suis rentrée en bus par contre 😅 trop épuisée pour affronter la terrible pente en montée... j'avais les cuisses lourdes et en feu. disons que l'aller va me servir d'échauffement !
