(Marques Jr. Back to Work After Fireworks Isle)

Despite the fact there were mysteries afoot, I had to drop by and check in on Marques Jr.

Secretly, I had hoped that Marques Jr. would have kept his knight outfit, or would have gotten a new one after returning from his adventures. Alas, that wasn't the case.

However, the developers did give him new dialogue, and maybe it's just me, but he sounds more confident than when we last saw him. I hope that one day he will make clothes for us to buy, because I think that would be a cool progress for him.

tried to get some pretty shots but they are weirdly blurry compared to some older shots. too sleepy to fuck around with it rn.

(Dark Angel Nikki Meets Light Mermaid Nikki)

This is my first time using vertical mode, and I have to say I really like this mode because it removes the width. I've commented on the past that I don't take full body pictures often and trying to take pictures of very large set pieces is difficult because it removes the focus on both Nikki and the background by zooming out too much.

However, by putting it into vertical mode, it puts the focus on the large deco piece you want to photograph Nikki in. Making it a much tighter composition.

Which is just as well because taking close up pictures of the shell is hard at certain angles. Normally the camera will hit an invisible barrier if it hits an object, but it passes through the shell, but causes the shell to disappear if you do that.
