I'm back to the grind of judging numerous responsibilities: school, work, internship, and play. 

For one of my classes, I have been asked to complete a 30 day challenge of changing or engaging in a new behavior. In my field, I often ask clients to engage in change work. Break this habit. Stop his negative thought pattern. Engage in this healthy behavior. 

Therefore, if we ask our clients to make changes, we should have some insight into the changes we need to make in our own lives. And, obviously, change them. Easier said than done, right?

One of my worst habits is hitting the snooze button. No more! Time to break the cycle. Let the challenge begin!
