Meet Rye! He's about five weeks old and absolutely adorable. He has ch which is just a condition that affects his balance and someone wanted to euthanize him because of this but now he is happy in a new home. His big brother whisky doesn't like him yet but he will get used to it.

UPDATE 🔸️ I got this update on Shady a few days ago. His little buddy in this picture is Pecan and she's a survivor. Animal rescue isn't all rainbows and unicorns. Some times you see things that just break your heart. I will never understand how anyone can treat an innocent animal like this. But seeing Casie and her family stepping up to care for Pecan restores some of my faith in humanity. From Casie: "The kitty on the right is Pecan. A neighbor saw someone toss her from a moving car on thanksgiving. We aren’t sure if she had seizures because of that, or if that’s “why” they threw her out. Shady is the only one that will tolerate her. She’s a little odd, and doesn’t really play or act like a typical cat. It makes my heart happy when I see him snuggle with her. Makes up for some of the bad people in the world. I’m sure she will be a foster fail. She can remember where the litter boxes are, but never remembers where the food is. Ever. I'm so excited I am going to pick up a kitten tonight. He has ch the same thing my cat whisky has and someone brought him to the vet to be euthanized but my friend contacted me about him and now I'm getting a new kitten he is only 5 weeks old. I can't wait to meet him
