"Oh, so Ms. O'Gilt need entertainment? I think I can oblige..."

The Black Buzzard slipped back into his portal. No sooner did he disappear through the veil of reality that dozens of smaller portals appear in random spots amongst the crowd all at once and hands emerge from each one at the same time to cause a slew of entropy.

Pockets were picked– jewelry snatched– gentlemen's trousers pulled down or their faces doodled on– ladies' dresses or makeup ruined by thrown pies, paints, and powders– paintings ripped off the walls or graffitied on– sculptures toppled or stolen, and security guards were unarmed. Meanwhile three mini-portals appeared around Rossiel's head, one hand gave her head skritches, a pair of hands gave her fluffy cheeks a rub, and a hand from the third portal booped her snoot.

Although this seemed fantastical and spontaneously chaotic on her side, on Collin's end of space/time it was a simple matter of putting a portal in a spot, mess with whatever he wanted, rewind time back to that presence moment the first appeared, putting another portal somewhere else, rince and repeat as many times as he wanted so long as no two portals overlap.

Once all the hands disappeared as quickly as they came in unison, Collin reappeared behind Rossiel with a little flourish.

"Ta-da~♪"

"How did they manage to get so many snobs in one place?" The Black Buzzard murmured out the side of his mouth towards Rossiel, as he side-eyed the large gathering, in a low tone but not low enough to only be kept between the two of them.

"I suppose it has something to do with the promise of food and drink they do not have to pay for." She stroked her muzzle with a large, blunt claw between contemplative sips of the aforementioned complimentary sparkling wine. "That or they like being able to appear as though they are supporting the arts while mostly supporting their own egos. Truth be told, I wouldn't be here if it weren't my assignment to keep Miss O'Gilt from dying of boredom this evening."

He was just barely able to remain standing with the help of his umbrella being used as a cane. He looked back up to observe the full enormity of this shark-man-captain that towered over him. He gulped once his eyes wandered down to the three sharp trident-prongs aimed at his face.

Why does he suddenly hear quirky battle music playing?

"H-hey now, there's no need to escalate things so quickly..." He placated as he took a step back.

This was becoming quite the conundrum. He didn't feel the need to divulge to this stranger anymore than he already has but it doesn't look like this imposing shark is going to let him go without a fight. On the other hand, the thought of being forced to do anything at the point of a weapon just infuriated him. His obstinateness started to takeover his gut instincts to cower back and obey, no matter how trivial the command is or how intimidating the man is.

"I–" he straightened his posture, Head raised, chest puffed— "I already explained plenty, certainly more than you have! You still haven't even introduced yourself. Which is rude— especially after I've already done so!"

He crossed his arms, hands tucked neatly in his coat, glaring back defiantly.

Black Buzzard sighed in mild irritation as he rubbed his temple with his fingers.

"I guess you'd have to see where I'm from to get what I mean, but it's almost as if our worlds have completely different... 'styles...?' that's the best description I can think of."

He barely gave the shark-person time to register that expansion before casually trotting off with a smiling wink and a little wave– "Welp, I'm going to see what's outside now. See ya~!"

So, here’s a quick storyline/plot summary and some quick redesign sketches (plus one art commission sketch) of my own personal AU version of the highly obscure Golden Age and Public Domain furry superhero named “Pussy Katnip” that I drew and wrote down just recently. So, I hope that you all like this and enjoy.

Pussy Katnip: Private Eye

~ (The Main Storyline/Plot):

So in the particularly strange midwestern metropolis of River City, USA on an alternate earth that is vastly populated by both regular humans, super-humans & anthropomorphic mutant animals, the normally fun-loving, thrill-seeking, easygoing & adventurous Priscilla “Pussy Katnip” Katz happens to be a famous torch singer and sometimes a private investigator who regularly operates at the local “Kitty Kat Lounge” that is located deep within the dangerous streets and slums of River City’s Mutt-Town.

However, whenever she “smells trouble” or any kind of danger, Pussy will sneak away to find some privacy as she takes a swig from either the hip flasks she often carries, or from a large bottle hidden in her apartment upstairs from the club, of a highly psychedelic super tonic she had invented which she calls "The Fizz” or “Katnip Fizz” that for a short time boosts her natural feline strength, speed, agility and reflexes to superhuman levels, while at the same time raising her “trouble senses” to full blown clairvoyance that lets her tell when “mugs” much bigger than herself were about to take a swing at her, among having various other psychic abilities such as telepathy & telekinesis. Thus with her enhanced abilities, she keeps the people of Mutt-Town safe from evil-doers and keeps them entertained as well.

I thought of one of three plots between Scrooge and Collin that focus on his villainy more seriously, and is an adventure plot.

Collin had mostly repaired the intellige-ray gun, but the third eye diamond in the gun is still cracked and unpreparable by conventional means. He must find an ancient artifact, The Mending Macaque, to completely fix it.

Until then, the Ray's effect is halved and the gun glitches randomly, rendering its mind-control setting unreliable (it has a randomized time-limit before it stops working).

To find this artifact, he sets a trap for Scrooge (as the black buzzard) to coerce him by any means necessary into going on an adventure to retrieve it for him. Antics are bound to ensue.
