There needs to be a term, or button, or phrase for those moments when this overwhelm happens. One that is socially acceptable and known. So that when said overwhelm occurs, it would be socially acceptable to call out of work. "Oh, Did you h...ear about Jane? No, she's out today. Has overwhelm. Yes, bad case, woke up with it this morning and it may be a 24 hour thing. Hopefully its just a bug" At the moment its more like "did you hear about Jane, she's saying she's sick, she doesn't know whats wrong, but she's just feeling overwhelmed. WHY is she overwhelmed? Who says that anyway? I can't believe that Jane, she needs to get her life together." Judge. Judge. Patronize. End Scene.
