The whole firm is gossiping about me and the mistakes I did and my department hates me. I quit anyway but I still need to survive two months until my contract ends. Got any tips?

Surviving a lost job can be difficult but with these tips, you can make it happen:

As soon as you get there, be sure to grab the power-up in the lantern to the right and be careful that the rolling bouncing guy doesn't hit you from below. Once you climb up the platform with the snake, you'll be safe, but the next knife thrower can hit you as soon as you move forward.

Cross the small platforms before the slime waterfall and climb up the part with the wispy snake things on the pillars. Avoid their projectiles and get the throwing star when you kill the lone-pillar wispy snake. You can get an extra life before the next cutscene.

After that, head to the left in the section with the beating hearts on the walls. The bats are deadly here because they can knock you into the bottomless pits so be super careful as you fight the stabby people and seriously cruelly placed bazooka guy.

Your boss will now have the Dark Sword of Chaos, and can move way more than in the first game job, so try to defeat him fast and aim for the demon heart once the walls fall away to get to the ending. Of the job. Because this is about jobs, not Ninja Gaiden II: Dark Sword of Chaos for NES.

I am trying to trudge through training for my own self-betterment and the struggle is real.

A few weeks ago I found out my contract isn't going to get extended. Which does scare me, but I've at least started putting some apps out into the universe.

I need to do more apps, but I'm ngl, I've emotionally been a mess since i got laid off from my dream contract last year. I never thought I could ever work there, then I did and it got taken from me. I was there for 2 years almost and I feel like I may have already peaked in my career. I fear I'll never be able to reach something like that ever again.

Honestly I don't know what I want in a career, but I'd like it if it felt meaningful. I had that in my last job. I was excited about it and it felt meaningful and important. This one just feels like a trudge. I am scared about losing this job but it's bittersweet because I also hate this job and I'm looking forward to the contract ending.

Time for lunch and I'm hoping I can get a good handle on my training for today. I need to make progress. I need to brush up on my skills for me to be marketable in the job market. 🤷‍♀️

Ohh my god. Our current contract holder is such an asshole. They're trying to put together a bid at the last moment on us for the next contract period. And is hassling my supervisor about what to write.

He is saying shit like, "You three only need one laptop to do this game stuff right? " and "Do you really need three people? "

What a fucker. I really hope they don't get picked again. They're the worst.

Nora does do contract work for wives or girlfriends who want to show their partners a 'lesson'.

She usually only takes these when she knows she can use lethal force or seriously hurt the male but she will always send the woman who hired her photos of her 'patient' once he has confessed and apologised before she kills them.
