Matching clothes is rare I think Josuke would he vehemently against it because clothes and his style are too important... he's a teenage boy its not that surprising imo, it'd be a battle to get him to match with me but it'd eventually end up in like maybe one pair of matching shirts, they're stupid and tacky... maybe those "i'm with stupid" shirts and they barely get worn either but it always makes me lol...
