Finale notes on Simple Hard Apple Cider Brew using #csbrewing technique. Had good carbonation even after watering down to Final ABV of 10% not sure how I missed the calculation but has a mild dry flavor but still drinkable great aroma. Perfomered secondary racking and then bottled my Simple Hard Cider using #csbrewing technique using sugar as fementables. Now I did add yeast nutrients, primary ferment was 35 days and ran dry to final gravity of 1.0 which calculates to 13.6% abv.
