Anyways I've been thinking of how chimera tang would happen in like. S5. Or just with MK in general actually. Because I can see their similarities and just. Oughhh they interest me a lot

Tang: some human -> to a fuckass Chimera who is Somehow Connected To The Great Tang Monk + MK: just a delivery boy -> Harbinger Of Chaos / both are dangerous (and they both showed it tbh), etc etc

There's gotta be smth they can work with together. But with Chimera Tang being earlier, .oughhrgrhrhhrhrgrggrgggr I dunno. But I think they should bond. At least hang out more. Since they now have at least much more in common

And withh . chimera river au: I still don't know when the kiddos would be born around (S4 special or towards the end of s5?). I also don't know if it'll take the common many years (what's the general years ...?) of demons (generally tang is considered to be one with all of the chimera stuffs) or be at least slightly closer to the 9 months (plus now with a divine spirit- so who knows honestly). — though, since they were like. Conceived when tang drank the remaining river, and how fast it went when both Bajie and Sanzang drank it (I think), I think like. The river makes the pregnancy go faster in some way. So who really knows

While I was thinking of that, I also decided to add more to the kids too—

First born Bao (taken from the mother child river au, but with added swag cuz of chimera tang) / second born Jian (acts like Knuckles The Echidna <- which I may or may not have taken to a bit of an extreme and then kinda made him a bit ..red. like the duroc/red wattle hogs but hey what the hell!sure! kinda reasoned with it with just- the red stone, and my idea of the main group being the core of the new pillars while everyone else on Earth are the outer parts of it. Tang red stone core real to me <- kinda made a whole post about the color stones and with a lot more beings, being the new pillars of Heaven and Not Just the main cast being the only ones. It interests me) / third born Yun (Silver The Hedgehog, fluffiest one of the bunch. Honestly he seems like he'll really like to hang out with Sandy) / youngest Xiaoxing (Tails The Fox (taking an interest in making machines and all) and Oliver Grayson ....be cause ....yeahhh getting into Invincible peopleee)

Though the more I think of when they'll be born I think it'll fit more around the end of s5 because that's a lot more stress and I think it takes a lot more stress to induce premature labor with demons/divines/etc. (they live longer, etc etc).

Smth smth it's the probably actual end of the world (sky cracking and finding the stones) and then your honorary son fucking JUMPS into the pillar and so now you gotta wonder if this is really the actual end but then suddenly YOU GIVE BIRTH.(I try to be funny)

Tho I still don't know .about the time and gap between the seasons and such. falls down, so who really knows at all

Anyways. Before S4/5 and when tang was still under LBD's control, ..I just kinda think. That when he would wake up after being transformed- Mayor would be around to just do check ups and all of that. (1: macaque does NOT want to deal with this shit , 2: explore the mayor's character because sure why the hell not , 3: it's interesting. 4: they're funny to meee, the funny beast4beast)

we (jenny @iridescentoracle and i) are fucking COOKING with the dadswap au. it is simply so fun.

i saw a post several years ago now that posited that if the finwean grandkids got swapped around and galadriel ended up a daughter of feanor, she would simply be too smart to swear the oath. galadriel. galadriel who wanted nothing more than to establish her own kingdom and rule over others. who at 8,000 years of age and having lived through the utter destruction of her family because they wanted power, was still sorely tempted by the one ring. who disliked her uncle in part cuz she could tell that he was full of shit but mostly because they were so similar and she couldnt stand having another incredibly intelligent and talented person in her family. that galadriel? not swear the oath of feanor? absurd!!!

we started chipping away at who goes where and how things change while still aiming to keep the overall story of the silm together. im currently working on quick visuals on how everyone looks in this au. jenny's coming up with father names for the fingolfinioni rn. theres so many of them and he certainly isnt naming a child neylafinwë!

we keep stopping and going god this is weird. theres a million little things thats like oh yeah! of course that's how it is in this au! but it's so different from canon that it hits uncanny valley

I'm thinking about Petaly, BUT within Canon, so Canon!Tenna is his dad. I mean, his role model.

Tennaheads/nation I need yalls help with this idea because I am not THAT well versed in his character to think about how Tenna would deal with young Petaly. Just a little flower kid showing up and wanting to be an actor in his shows..

I can see the little boy having a good friendship with the others, from Lanino n Lenina to Ramb (oh, especially Ramb, can see him being won over by the little guy). But when it comes to Tenna and how fixated he is in making Lightners/The Dreemurr Family happy, just, hum...

Maybe after the cowboy show gets canned, they dont know what to do with him... until a cooking show is pitched, of course! (Totally grabbing this from dadswap), heh, I can see him showing up in the cooking minigame as the one giving the instructions, acting like well, himself. So the player is mighty suspicious! This is a dndads (Dungeons & Daddies) ask/rp blog for an AU version of Ron Stampler! I refer to him as DadSwap!Ron officially, and refer to the AU as Dad Swap. Generally, I refer to him as Ronald instead of Ron. This blog is ran by Mod Rome, who uses any pronouns! :)

☂️ In this AU, everything is pretty much moved up one generation! Ronald, as a young boy, carpooled with his father, Willy (@emotionally-detached-warlock​) his friends Glenn, Henry, and Darryl, and their fathers Bill, Barry, and Frank. (They’re all alive and well here! I mean, they have their problems, like Barry having his own deal going back to the place he escaped so long ago...but still!) On the way to their soccer tournament, the kids are kidnapped by their grandparents. (Bill & Barry’s fathers don’t have names, but Ron’s granddad is named Carl!)

Everything goes the same, except it follows the dads (Willy, Bill, Barry, and Frank)’s journey to save their lost sons in the forgotten realm! Their arcs follow similarly to their sons; for example, Willy’s arc is the same as Canon!Ron’s and Barry’s is the same as Canon!Henry’s.

Ronald’s arc is similar to TJ’s because he ended up in Castle Ravenloft, but he is rescued last. When the dads reach the finale of their journey, Ronald ends up killing Carl and gaining a large amount of magic. He uses this magic to aid the fathers in the final fight, and becomes Willy’s warlock.

Currently, he is a perfectly normal guy! He works in the San Dimas Library as a children’s librarian to gain [REDACTED] magic from his relationship to the community. :)
