Good food and proper sleep make me healthy.
To keep my health good I include vegetarian food in my diet and drink lots of water.I do a little workout daily which keeps my body strong.Along with all this I also pay full attention to my sleep. I go to sleep early at night and wake up early every morning. This keeps my health very good.
