Darktech LDR (2012)

Really quickly done, but surprisingly legible and succesful font for the Stencil Competition! If you have a sharp eye, traces of a weird experiment of trying to combine lowercase with uppercase might be visible for you. It's most noticeable in R, H, N, G, Q, K, E - mostly thanks to the way bridges are aligned.

When exploring themes of survival, concealment, and camouflage technology, I delved into various methods of visibility and detection by the enemy. Understanding the factors that make humans visible and how aliens could potentially detect them was crucial for the development of my storyline.

I learned about the visible spectrum of energy, which ranges from low to high energy. This spectrum is instrumental in crafting strategies for hiding from aliens who detect humans and other living organisms based on their energy consumption, sources, and wavelengths.

To evade detection, humans in my narrative must block and conceal all detectable energy emissions, spanning from gamma rays to radio waves. This comprehensive approach to energy masking is essential for remaining hidden and safe from alien detection, forming a critical aspect of the survival tactics in my project.
