I’m excited for new projects and focussing on music. One night on the piano at Nick’s place and it was all the confirmation that I’m making the right choice leaving the show. I’d like you and Hepburn both to be there. I didn’t want to ask because I wasn’t sure how’d you feel about it being so late for her. You are quite right about that; it’s very fitting that you are there. I wasn’t sure how you’d feel about it though. Hopefully Hepburn won’t need, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared. I will leave the tickets for you and Hepburn at Will Call. Do you need more tickets? Will Mercedes be coming with you? I haven’t heard from her.

Now that we are back in New York City, I wanted to let everyone know that this week (Thursday July 28th until Tuesday August 2) will be my last week that I will be performing on the stage for a while, as I leave my show, and the theatre I’ve been with for some time now.  I have booked blocks of tickets for anyone interested in coming to see evening performances of the show.  Just let me know.  We’d be glad to have you out.
Tumblr media
Time to say goodbye finally, hmm? I’m sure plenty of better things will come after, and soon. I would like to attend the last performance, I mean- if that’s okay with you. I can bring Hepburn over so she can watch her daddy there too, and I’d be armed with plenty of baby bottles and pacifiers to keep her calm, I promise. It might sound silly, but I was there on the very first day, so it seems fitting I’m there to when it ends, don’t you agree? Of course, if you feel it can be awkward you’re not obligated to agree to this. It was something that came to mind when I saw your post.

🌑 HighsThat Hollow You: The Surfs That Steals Our Streets
Tumblr media
A reflection inspired by Corner Life
By Carlos Dávila Medina
In every corner of every city, there’s a hush.
A deal made in silence.
A young soul leaning over a flame, chasing something that won’t last.
And the world turns away—until it’s too late.
They call them surfs now.
Little baggies. Shiny capsules. Crushed dreams in powder form.
They’ve got names that sound like music—Perk, Molly, K2, Lean, Trank, Xanny.
But make no mistake—these aren’t highs.
These are hollows in disguise.
🧪 The Different Types of “Surfs” Today:
Fentanyl & Perks (Percocet) – Painkillers turned poison. One line too deep and the heart forgets how to beat.
K2/Spice – Synthetic weed laced with chemicals. You smoke a hit and sometimes never come back the same.
Xanax & Benzos – Anxiety killers turned dream killers. You float for a while—until your life drowns.
Lean (Codeine + Soda) – That purple drank? It numbs the mind. Slows the soul.
Meth & Crack – Still lurking. Still deadly. Turning brilliance into bones.
Tranq (Xylazine) – Flesh-eating, soul-stealing. You don’t get high. You get haunted.
And then there’s the hybrids.
Kids mixing uppers and downers, chasing a balance they’ll never find.
Not realizing these cocktails often come with a funeral.
🕯️ The Real Effect:
Drugs don’t just steal your body.
They rob your mother of her laughter.
They turn your sister into a stranger.
They put your name on a t-shirt and call it a memory.
They take the brightest minds,
the funniest dudes,
the warmest girls—
and leave behind shadows that smell like regret.
💔 The Street Don’t Love You
They’ll hype you up to try it.
Say you gotta stay numb to survive.
Say it’s just to “take the edge off.”
But what they won’t tell you is:
The edge you’re running from might be the only part of you still real.
You were born for more than this.
You are not meant to dissolve.
You are meant to rise.
🧿 A Poetic Truth from the Block
I’ve seen boys fly high,
only to fall with no wings,
chasing clouds that never rained
and waking up inside their own funeral.
But I’ve also seen healing—
the kind that breaks before it builds.
So if you’re reading this…
you’re still alive.
And that means you still get to choose.
📖 Corner Life
 was written for them.
For the boys who never had a father to tell them no.
For the girls who escaped through smoke.
For the ones who lost a friend to a bad bag and still carry their name in their heart.
This book isn’t fiction. It’s a mirror—
and sometimes, the truth in it hurts.
But sometimes, that pain is what saves you.
👉🏽 Read the story. Feel the weight. Find the hope.

… an ACTUAL hole?
I had a machete sticking through the center of my hand on both sides but I pulled it out so that Marley could get to Aurelia faster. Unfortunately, I didn't exactly think through the amount of blood that would follow doing such a thing.

Maybe trying to stay up as long as you can then pop a (safe) sleep aide and go to bed? This has always worked for me!

Best cures for jet lag and exhaustion? And please don’t say sleep cause I tried that and it’s not helping.

Why Men cheat on good woman
The Truth Hurts, But It Also Heals
Tumblr media

Click the button above to purchase
This book wasn’t written to judge.
It was written to reveal.
Why Men Cheat on Good Women is a deep, unfiltered exploration into the minds of men who stray and the hearts of women left wondering why. It’s about betrayal, yes—but more than that, it’s about the wounds men never speak of, and the love women give that often goes unnoticed.
If you’ve ever asked, “What did I do wrong?”
This book answers—You didn’t.
But it will also tell you what was broken in him long before he ever met you.
🧠 What’s Inside the Book
Every chapter pulls back a layer—
of masculinity, fear, ego, trauma, temptation, and avoidance.
We explore:
The emotional detachment men confuse for strength
Why some men sabotage love they secretly crave
How society rewards male betrayal but punishes female pain
The difference between love and possession
Why even a “good man” can fall into destructive patterns
This book speaks to the woman who gave everything—
her body, her time, her prayers—
and was left with questions and wounds.
It’s also for men brave enough to reflect, to own their damage,
and to do better.
✍🏽 Tone & Voice
The tone is raw but compassionate,
blunt but healing.
It’s written like a conversation with someone who gets it—
someone who doesn’t sugarcoat the truth,
but also doesn’t leave you bleeding without hope.
Each chapter ends with guided journal prompts,
so you can reflect, release, and begin to rebuild.
💬 Why This Book Matters
Because too many good women are carrying the weight of someone else’s lies.
Because some men don’t even know why they cheat—
they just know they’re lost.
Because love doesn’t have to mean suffering.
Because healing is possible.
And because telling the truth might be the first step toward freedom.
📖 You Deserve Answers. You Deserve Peace.
Why Men Cheat on Good Women isn’t about staying bitter.
It’s about understanding the patterns—so you never settle for pain again.
It’s about reclaiming your worth.
And yes, it’s about giving men the mirror they’ve avoided for too long.

Aw, flattery will get you everywhere my dear. Though, there are many other reasons that I’m the best Hummel in this little town. I’m glad I’m your favorite, darling; I’ll be sure to rub it in my brother’s face. Often. I mean, don’t get me wrong, pumpkin isn’t my absolute favorite, but it’s definitely one of the best things about this whole Fall season.
Tumblr media
Please feel free to rub it in his face at every given chance. I think he needs to be taken down ... a few pegs. I can accept it not being your favourite, I know a lot of people love everything apple, but I appreciate you understanding it’s one of the best things Fall has to offer.
