Good morning, here are two examples of leg workouts. Leg squat with band and leg walk with band. Think to contract the core muscles, gluteus and legs and don’t forget to breathe. Do 4 sets with 20 repetitions. I usually end my leg session with these two leg workouts. Core and Lowe back. The most important two parts to build up and of course the most annoying also 😅 as no one wants to do them! But they are very important for a good posture and strength for exercises as Squats,Deadlift and Chest Presses and not only for gym but outside the gym as well! I always try to end my workout our with at least 2 core and 2 lower back exercises.
