Me when I thought that the rock/metal community in tumblr would be a great way of seeing people discuss the music without the toxic elitism of Instagram but I found people shipping real breathing rockstars, sexualizing and objectifying them, teenage girls non ironically wanting to date 60 year olds, badly written fanfics and people having the worst opinions on planet earth instead.
The fanarts that aren't shipping are dope though. I'm going to go back to doing fanart while I get over this bad taste in my mouth.
