Okay weird thing I just figured out and needed to share.

The Chimera is only a 1/3 Kosher.

You cannot eat the lion or snake parts.

Lion cause it’s possesses fangs

Snake because it is an animal that slithers on the ground.

Why did I figure this out you may ask

I was watching a walk through of FGO Okeanos (section 12 arrow 1) and King David says they need meat. The following battle has you fighting 3 Wyverns and a Chimera. And I thought can king David eat any of those animals (Wyverns have fangs so they are out too) and figured out he can only eat the goat part of the Chimera.
