Well, it's one day after the 19th...
oops. I procrastinated and actually started on March 20th.
I did 20min of elliptical running and I did Flat Belly Fat Burner by Blogilates. OH YEA BLOGILATES. <3
Feelings: The running was okay, but the blogilates killed me. It really pushed me to work faster and...im so freaking tired now XDD
This seriously made me realize how unfit I am and how long its been since I exercise. Well, I mean I had to start somewhere! Im ready for day 2 tomorrow! I'll update then~ <3

DAY 1 (noon)
It's finally afternoon. So far, I'm still sticking to my diet although yes it's getting harder. I absolutely do not look forward to tonight cause I always crave for food at night :(
The hunger is tolerable and it's just that temptation that is frustrating. You can't really stop thinking about real food and your mind just keeps trying to pop out with these crazy excuses to eat. I have natural thoughts like, "Just eat a little mee sua, it's okay" and "ONE meal per day as real food okay lah". URGH.
The worst part? I smell food almost everywhere (next door is a cafe) AND I see pictures of food everywhere online! *Curse you Instagram!*
BUT. Fear not - I still have determination here to persevere and I keep telling myself the beginning is the hardest, which is true, cause your body and mentality has to accept this drastic change. I hope I really, really see some results soon. This is extremeeee.

Well basically, I want to lose weight. I have finally put my mind to it and I will start on March 19, 2014.
The reason why I actually got motivation was because I am going to Japan in August! I have promised myself that if I lose weight, I can treat myself to TOONS of clothing shopping in Japan!
