what in your opinion is the funniest panels of each member of laios' party

Great question, idk if these are the funniest, Dungeon Meshi is all so funny it's hard to pick!!! But here's some of my faves

Laios: (you know its "we...." but I'll post my second favorite) Laishuro real and canon. It's very funny that LAIOS has that reaction from being hugged <3

Falin: She explains things just like me

Marcille: The anime made this even better ngl (having a laughing fit as I write this)

Chilchuck: He's not doing anything!!!

Senshi: I just love how fucking judgemental he looks

Izutsumi: Usually I laugh at Izutsumi cause she's constantly ignoring the current bit and doing her own thing but I love this one cause she literally only shows up to to join in the Laios beating

I was re-reading the manga and I got to the part about Chilchuck and Marcille discussing his wife. The whole stuff with the bicorn goes down, and then we get to a certain panel.

Laios was asking what it means to be a good husband because he's not able to get a clean cut answer as to what being a good husband is. So Marcille is going to loan him her romance novels and I LOVE THAT SO MUCH.

Imagine Laios just up all night reading romance novels like textbooks. I love that so much I'm obsessed. Imagine he gets a crush on Kabru and is like "shit this guy is really good with people how can I impress him???" and then turns to his stack of romance books and dives in, trying to see what he can replicate.

If Falin and company left right away via return scroll could she live a normal life? Would Thistle's control over her reestablish if she returned to the dungeon? Or is that permanently severed once they leave? Haven't seen any official-ish answers for this.

Do you mean if they had managed to leave right after resurrecting her? I believe the magic would have been severed yes and I don't think going back in would make it active again since the connection with the dungeon would have been severed I imagine whatever spell thistle had in the dragon would be undone too and have to be done again?

I'm mostly basing it on the fact that dungeon lords stop being dungeon lords once they're removed from the dungeon, and the fact that if you die and even a bit of you is out of the dungeon you can no longer be resurrected.

My train of thought is that if the spell binding you to your body is undone when you leave the dungeon the spell that binds the bit of dragon soul inside Falin would probably be undone too? And so it wouldn't be able to go back to the original dragon anyway and the spell Thistle had on it probably wouldn't count?? Actually the dragon soul itself might escape the dungeon from Falin leaving if it works like that drawing of the little ghost going "goodbye~"

That's my assumption, I don't remember if there's something more specific that could answer this.
