I'm sorry, I know my activity is non existent once again. I just can't seem to keep it up.

I'm still just exhausted af most of the time, even most things I really want to do take way more effort than I can muster up.

I don't know what to do about this anymore, I feel like the antidepressants help a little, just not enough.

Idk, I'll keep trying to get a grip somehow. Just yeah...sorry for not being a very reliable follower/mutual since the last 2 years or so.

Resources That Help Me Survive My Autism

Snug headphones — just look them up and you can find some on Amazon for around $10. Come in all kinds of colours and completely surround your ears instead of sitting on top. Not Bluetooth! Very comfy.

Stim toys — I heard FlappyHappyStim is great, a business run by autistic people selling stim toys for autistic people. Affordable! If I ever order something from them I will share my thoughts.

Beats headphones (or any other noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones) — Beats are around $200, but last YEARS and the battery lasts around 20 hours with active noise cancellation on. Make your ears hurt after a while! Take breaks every couple hours.

A big thing that is making a difference is unmasking and finally being open enough to be on the path to diagnosis.

Finding a good group of friends is hard, but even a simple wave or small talk can lead to you meeting your future partner! (That's how we met our partner Jem was complimenting their dyed hair.)

Therapy is difficult, but eventually the right therapist is in my life and she is amazing. My only advice is always keep searching until you find the perfect person.

so, I was in the middle of church (not my cup of tea, but i'm forced there every week) and they had incense and i was thinking of something I had seen where it was socially acceptable for the church to use incense but its odd for people to use it in their homes and they're called witches (only sometimes, but still) and then that got me on the witches train of thought, so anyway! what if instead of physical familiars, there's like... a universe where witches get tattoos an their arms and those are their familiars? like... the tattoo moves around their body and stuff, the swan can curl around their neck in an imitation of a hug, the snake curls up around their wrist, a mouse sits in the palm of their hand, asleep. idk, i though that idea was cool haha
