people who questioned why iga cried over a 500 final loss is definitely someone who lacks emotional intelligence and probably can't share as much empathy towards other people just because she's not their favourite player.

do u have any (4 leaf) clover searching tips.... im jealous and wanna find some too ....

u have to really get into the mindset of a four leaf clover. you have to say to yourself “i am a clover. i have four leaves. my friends and family do not have four leaves. that means i’m special. i will die young for this because everyone wants me” and then u need to approach every patch of clover with 100% certainty that there is a four leaf clover in there and you have to commit to searching until you’ve found it. and u gotta get good at differentiating which leaves belong to each clover so u don’t get stuck when counting. and most importantly u need to find somewhere with a bunch of clover bc u probably won’t find them where there isn’t a lot of clover. also i feel like they’re more likely to grow near each other i found at least 2 sets of pairs that were right near each other. and also this could just be where i’ve been looking but i think they like the shade more? like there’s a bunch of clover here but i feel like i found more four leaf clovers closer to the tree line where they get more shade. and really u just gotta have patience with it u have to go slow and u have to really look thoroughly or u might miss them

taught my daughter (almost 4) that onion grass is edible, and she's turned into a little oniony goblin. She's watching Bluey in another room and I can STILL smell the onion musk

Besides so what if people wanna claim he was a nice brother to wei wuxian? " I yearn for the day people stop claiming he was a good brother " .. why? It's genuinely not harming anyone + it's not that deep 😊 , also when he was younger he wasn't even bad & him and wei wuxian had a good friendship even the people around them said so .. so what if people wanna claim that?

People got different povs regarding characters we won't have the same opinion regarding Jiang Cheng ( it's totally fine to have a respectable conversation in case of disagreement ) but let's not force each other opinions + hcs on each other.

#they've been saying this ever since the finale aired and it drives me CRAZY #have your personal opinions all you want but to say that 2x08 was objectively a weak episode is simply not correct #cinematography acting vfx choreography music EVERYTHING was at the absolute top of its game #and despite being an Exciting Battle Episode it was completely anchored in character moments & emotional resonance which is no easy feat #so much going on yet there was time for every major character to get a huge developmental/emotional beat #(yes even those like nynaeve whose beat was a loss rather than a victory)#every season arc was either wrapped up in an immensely satisfying way or was set up for a deeper examination next season #and 90% of the general audience absolutely loved it #and yet reddit acts like it's an Accepted Fact that it was poor quality #just bc the book-to-show changes in that episode weren't to THEIR PERSONAL taste #touch grass #wot #seeing as season finales will always have the biggest moments it's kinda inevitable that hardcore book fans #will always be the most sensitive to any changes made in those particular episodes #not to mention that the changes made in eps 1-7 will snowball and culminate in the finale #so i feel like finales are always gonna be judged the most harshly by readers #like if dumai's wells isn't an exact 1:1 recreation of the book version #readers are 1000000% going to flip their shit no matter how objectively good the show's version actually is #wot book spoilers #for the replies

the easiest part of reducing your phone screen time is finding all the fun quick ways that make your phone harder/less attractive to be on (greyscale, minimalist layout, straight up switching to a dumb phone etc) and feeling that instant reward of putting it down

the hardest part is realising how much time there actually is in a day and actually finding ways to meaningfully fill it while fighting the urge to flee to your various dashboards or videos again instead

#''I'm gonna read books/work out/go on walks/talk to friends/go out more'' is easy to say #but learning how to be alive again after effectively living in a stasis with your phone strapped to your eyes every waking moment #that's a surprisingly emotional and overwhelming process for a while #I am at a point where my thoughts on phone screen time could probably fill a book #and while I am currently over that overwhelming hill of absolute cluelessness what to do #I still spend a lot of time fighting the urge to say fuck it and go back #I know phone addiction is not yet medically recognised #but jesus fuck no matter how good I'm doing I still get that itch constantly so it for sure is *something*#rover rambles #learning to touch grass again

a small mitsuba worry of mine....

so, it's not just me who's noticed that mitsuba's losing his eyelashes, right? i mean, in the most recent chapter, we didn't get to see his lashes *once*, and in chapters of the same arc, you have to *scour* to locate a single eyelash!! and i'm not saying he always had lashes in *every panel,* they were definitely an on/off thing, but like damn they were still there LMAOOO. it just makes me a bit sad because i feel like his lashes were very unique to him, with him being the only male character to be drawn with them and whatnot. and it doesn't help that his eye shape in general is changing, too.... his eye shape used to be *very* distinctly different from kou's, much rounder, but now in some panels, they look the exact same, and that just feels wroooong!!! so i'm just worried my baby is losing a little bit of his magic & uniqueness :( but all hope isn't lost!! as recent as march, we got to see his lashes in an official art ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ so they haven't been abandoned completely!! i'm just hoping this lack of eyelashes is merely a byproduct of aida's artistic transition that she's going through right now, and she'll return to her senses soon ~(˘▾˘~) #GiveMitsubaHisEyelashes2025

#might seem a bit silly to have individual grass objects but theres a few good reasons #there's not actually a huge amount of grass areas so i'm not gunna be placing thousands #(hundreds tho easy)#its super cheap to render so its not like it's a performance issue #there's only so much i can do with tile layers to make interesting grass patches before it either gets repetitive #or doesnt really cover areas in a nice organic way #the seperate lighter blades of grass let me cover up the gaps and place them in more interesting ways around scenery and flooring #worth the effort for the final result!#game development #indie games #pixel art #mudborne #frogs #frog
