anyway, here's more pieces of practical advice that I forgot to put on that post from the other day:

your brain actively 'treats' writing differently based on how you're doing it so typing or writing by hand or dictating (like I do) all engage your brain differently

if you're getting stuck and frustrated, try writing via a different method and it might just be what you need to keep going

AND

reading your work aloud can help you find typos and awkward phrasing, don't underestimate how helpful that can be

another thing that can help you find typos is if you switch the font between writing and reading your work

AND

find some way to keep track of your word counts, be that daily or monthly or yearly, when you're in a rough patch or just generally feeling bad it can be really helpful to see how far you've come overall

The function f(x) is shifted 3 units right and 2 units up. Write the transformed function if f(x)=x^2

have i somehow enabled easy mode on infinity nikki or something. i'm so bad at platformers i quit hollow knight bc i couldn't get to any of the bosses, but i've found infinity nikki's jump "puzzles" to be fun and relaxing on both keyboard/mouse and controller. i saw several people complain about how ass jumping is in the game and someone even said it took them half an hour to beat the jumping part of the tutorial bc they didnt know what they were supposed to do. im not even using the jump assist thing. or like, do people just get into a new game without reading any of the tutorial texts ever?

idk man. i undersand a lot of autism resources aren't geared towards adults. but at the same time, i still find quite a few of the suggestions and tips aimed at autistic children as useful for myself still?

not only that but symptoms? "if your child does..." but like, i still have those symptoms. i didn't grow out of them. i may not be in childlike environments but those symptoms are still present. autism do be funny like that bcus we don't really grow out of our symptoms until there's "no autism".
