I have a silly headcanon that the Wolfpack does a thing where every time one of them enters 79’s, they howl, and any other 104th members present in the club howl back. Other battalions find this varying levels of amusing or obnoxious but nobody else (not that many actually try) can howl and get a response—except for the 501st's Echo, who figures out that there’s a trick to it.

Addendum to this is that 104th shinies are encouraged to come up with their own personal howls as part of bonding with the battalion.

Second addendum to this is that howling has also been used as both a rallying cry and an intimidation tactic in battle.

I am watching a friend playing Outer Wilds and he is almost not so far to find the dlc...and I realize what if Gabbro arrived at the good moment to see the Stranger? Extremely random WuWa post! A couple months back or so, I put wuwa down because I had too much going on to play it, and told myself I’d keep an eye out and pick it up again when Changli reran. I got to play her as a trial Resonator (I think it was when I got to Somnium Labyrinth) and I had big heart eyes.

I completely forgot to keep an eye out and just happened to start it up one day right at the end of her rerun banner.

Really glad I threw everything I’d saved at her. She’s a joy to play. I pull pretty judiciously in wuwa because the time-based currency is lesser and it just takes days upon days to build any characters, and I’m still quite behind in Union level, etc. The banners have lesser pity counts, and currency is fairly easy to gather, but I do find the HSR still pulls out ahead for FTP (or low spend like battle pass and daily).

I’m pretty sure she’s re-running again as part of the anniversary. I will probably pull a new character rather than her wave band, but it’s a hard choice!
