Agsbdkdnk the circus AU isn't really a thing!! Not really. As in, I haven't worked on developing it. Not to the extent that I've developed la la land and neverland.

I just have the basic premise, the roles and a time period and a ✨️vibe✨️

But in summary, it's this:

It's 1905. Íde Lynne Hawthorne is a wild, reckless, chronically ill amputee who lives with her Irish immigrant parents and her younger sister in New York City. Íde has always struggled to find her place in society.

So, one cape of owl feathers and an edgy name change later, and Eda Clawthrorne's Owl Circus was born, a safe haven for weirdos just like her.

Willow Park and Augustus Porter met in a facility where they were sent for their learning difficulties and delusions respectively. They believed that this hospital was supposed to help them, as that was what their families believed, but it is anything but. So, the two best friends plot an escape plan and join the circus together.

Willow impresses Eda with her extraordinary physical strength, and Gus knows a plethora of smoke and mirror tricks so they're hired as a strongwoman and illusionist respectively.

Hunter Wittebane is a teenage gymnast who dreams of being an Olympic gold medalist. He is homeschooled by his Uncle Philip, who has founded his own underground branch of Christianity and has gained quite the following. Hunter is tasked with infiltrating the Owl Circus, which Philip believes has something Satanic going on behind the scenes. He just needs proof to get it shut down. Surely Hunter will stay focused on his mission and not get attached to any of the performers while he plays the role of their golden clad acrobat.

Amity Blight is an ex debutante who is desperately running away from her former life. After her mother found her diary, which was jam packed with passages of incriminating thoughts and opinions, Amity knew the consequences would be dire. So she ran. She just kept running and she never looked back. Due to her strict upbringing, she has an excellent amount of physical control and focus. She is the circus' most skilled fire dancer.

And of course, Luz Noceda, the newbie. She's hopelessly inexperienced but wide eyed and full of the desire to learn. Feeling misunderstood and alone and believing her strange personality and subpar academic performance was putting a strain on her already stressed out mother, Luz ran away from home. She spent a few months masquerading as a boy and performing labour jobs until the circus came to town and she felt like she had found her calling. Luz initially doesn't have any circus-relevant skills but she's teaching herself a bit of everything. (Juggling, acrobatics, magic tricks) and trying to find her place!

Cipher's Will Notes -- Friends Indeed

The other reason for Crossovers.

Harkening back to MiniJen's Universe Falls, I adored the dynamics between the Mystery Twins and Steven and Connie. And that's not even mention the collective friendships between the Stans and the Gems.

I couldn't help but realize that Dipper...didn't have a lot of friends his age. Sure, he's good friends with Wendy and her group, but they kinda have their own thing. So, why not give Dipper his own clique?

And that would be Steven and Sprig.

The dynamic between Steven and Dipper in the mentioned story above was downright precious and must be protected at all costs! And I like to think that Sprig would make a good addition to the group.

A little group of weirdos: Dipper, the semi-neurotic nerd into mysteries. Steven, a human/alien hybrid with a heart bigger than his own being. And Sprig, a hyperactive, AuDHD-coded kid with musical talents.

And just...so much more.

Now, as for the adult characters.

I kept the idea that Ford knew the Crystal Gems before, but I am debating whether or not he met them during his multiverse travels (and they so happened to come across Ford's home dimension some time after parting ways) or he met them during his time studying in Gravity Falls.

Either way, the Gems (Rose, Pearl, and Garnet) were the closest things to friends to Ford other than McGucket and Stan.

Ford has met Lilith Hawthorne (rather than Clawthorne) before in college. She was one year his senior and was in the same department, but the two didn't talk much, though Lilith was impressed by Ford's work.

Now...Stan and Eda...it is canonical that they were married...however, their memories seem a bit skewed. Stan remembered Eda having pointy ears and Eda remembered Stan missing an eye.

It doesn't stop Mabel to immediately calling Eda 'Grauntie' Eda.

Upper left corner: Rosa and Hilda’s mom (based on the Black and White protagonist’s mom) as Sunmer. Yes, in this AU, Rosa and Hilda are sister-sisters instead of half-sisters. Still haven’t thought of a name for the character.

To the right of the mom: Lilith and Eda Clawthorne (Hawthorne in this AU) as Qrow and Raven. That being said, they aren’t one-on-one. Lilith is more serious, but has (well, had) faith in her superior. Eda is… umm… roguish (for lack of a better word) but has never trusted whoever her sister was working for.

Not pictured for their unnamed team: Rosa and Hilda’s father. Basically a filler OC, but at least I had some kind of design in mind - something that resembles either of the male Unova protagonists.

To the right of Lilith and Eda: Shulk as Ozpin. In retrospect, I think he would have been better as Salem.

To the right of Shulk: Celestia as Glynda. Barely any comment.

Bottom row: Chairman Rose as General Ironwood. Also barely any comment.

Heyy Tex!! This finds me super well! Yesterday(14/9/24) was my BDAY. And today (15/9/24) I celebrated it and had the best time of my life.

About my s/i:

Their name is Lord Lazado/Lady Jerico Dimitrescu, depending on the gender theyre presenting as.

For woman Oriented (aka,Jerico) they wear a large black,gothic dress with a corcet with growing vines in the design,but the dress is still quite flowy,with a hood and a lot of ripped tulle fabric. They have a choker made of old,old gold Many hanging trinkets and gems,(mostly green/yellow) and long nails. They also wear quite tall,heavy boots for a boost of height but also cuz heels and them dont get along.

For more male oriented (Lazaro) they use a black 3 piece suit, a tie,oxford shoes, and wear a pendant with the insignia of the dimitrescu family (added to the Heisenberg insignia If its post marriage with karl). They have sideburns that are quite fluffy.

For both they have pale skin,greyish green eyes,hair usually tied in a bun thats a light brown/dark blonde with a gold/blonde underdye and a shaved back of the neck,a lot of messy baby hairs.

On their right lobule theres a black circlet earring. They both have sharp fangs and beetle wings they use to fly (they can also turn into a swarm of beetles Like the rest of their sisters) but usually they Keep the wings tucked underneat their clothes (I imagine they have pockets/slits on their clothes for easy movement) they Also wear a lot of rings and a ton of bead bracelets (Like friendship bracelets) under their sleeves on their left arm.

As for Alcina,they love eachother very much. s/I was her first kid. She adopted the human and helped them become one of their kind. Alcina adores s/I (with a bit of favoritism ngl,harmless tho) and theyre quite buddy buddy and close.

s/I loves to cuddle with their mom when shes not busy,or gossip and drink tea together. For more clear examples from other sources theres this list.

Tbf the marriage is only legal on Earth and we know that Eda canonically uses a different name when she's on Earth so this wouldn't really be a problem for Raeda.

It would be a problem for the Pines family I think tho. Stanley is legally dead and Stanford is married to a so-called "Marylin Hawthorne" and can't go on airplanes 😆

You mean to tell me there’s not a fanfic where Eda Clawthorne goes to marry Raine Whispers and realizes that she’s still technically married to a human due to the “Vegas Incident” and has to go to the human realm to get a divorce. And when she does, she uses a magic spell to find Stanford Pines which leads her to a boat in the middle of the ocean and hmm, he looks way nerdier than she last remembered and he’s claiming that he has no idea who she is and oh shit- there’s two of them. And the second one who is named Stanley Pines is actually the one who she Vegas married and where’d he get the materials to make a clone?

I had...an idea...I fully intended to separate Project 618 from Fragmented...

But a recent idea I had is now bringing back the Plantars into the fold...

And that idea was this.

So, basically, realizing that Dipper and Mabel feel more at home in Gravity Falls, their parents make the big decision to move to Roadkill County. Morgan (name I chose for the twins' dad) has a job in Stella Heights, so they needed a place close.

I originally had the Pines living in an apartment complex...but then...I was reminded of the Pink Palace from Coraline and had a thought.

Just outside the city of Stella Heights, there is a mansion that once belonged to the founder of Stella Heights. It was left abandoned until it was converted into apartments (sort of like the Pink Palace). The rent was good, so the Pines decided to live there. As being an apartment complex, there are more tenants...

The Hawthornes (Earth's equivalent of the Clawthornes...Tumblr wants me to correct Hawthornes but not Clawthornes?) and the Plantars...

I kicked them out in favor of giving them focus in Fragmented, but apparently wanted a part in Project 618 too...

Granted, Fragmented would be the one with more characters from Amphibia and the Owl House in the plots (and maybe new iterations of their episodes into GF) while here, in Project 618, this would be it (with a maybe exception of Raine because Raeda forever <3).

Plus, as I mentioned in a previous post, there won't be a lot of major baggage (with the exception of King and Sprig lacking their biological parents). By this, I mean Eda hasn't been struck by a curse, though she still became a vagabond mostly due to her carefree nature.

Not only that, but I am now attending Fragmented to be more lighthearted (just the fun generic second summer idea without overarching, end-of-the-world stakes; plus towns based on Wartwood and Bonesborough.) compared to Project 618...I mean, there's still gonna be some goofy moments (nothing can be 100% serious).
