The first part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Slashers! being explained... Even though I don't have art, yikes.

This is just a small portion of a whole document I'm working on. Let me know what you think, it's the synopsis and nothing else. In the world of Slashers, the earth here is in the year 2050. Where we’ve mostly have made improvements to the technology that we already had, and some new ones. A big inventions for a long while is the Contract Card, where a person could take a monster and claim it as their own. Note these beings have free will and once contracted they are known as Contract Monsters. They can be used in a large variety of ways, like chores, cooking, or even shopping. But one very known notable use for them is it’s conjunction with a Driver, where a normal human can combine with a Contract Monster and fight without some issues. Normally this is done by Furiko Enterprise Combat Group (F.E.C.G.) for combating the Alter Beasts, strange monsters appearing out of nowhere for unknown reasons. One of these Drivers end up in Yushinhen’s hand, a boy with initially no Contract Monster until his first meeting with Felgrand a Golden Dragon with a lost brother. Can he, his friends, and F.E.C.G. Stop the monsters, or are there more within those creatures.

Hey bestie! I sadly don’t have any art, But I do have a question for your Drakes spoiled brat au!

What are some things/headcanons that you wanted to mention about Timothy’s early days in the new timeline that you didn’t get to mention, (or that you maybe will in the future that you’re willing to spoil now)?

Could be little things like his school experience, or as big as a certain time he talked to the Waynes.

I’m honestly just really curious about how Tim handled stuff back then, how he got used to his new life, etc. etc.

Hey!!! And thank you so much for the fun ask!

First and foremost, Tim became the "perfect heir" to the Drakes. He was no longer that little kid abandoned, he knew it didnt matter so he stopped complaing and just accepted it.

Timothy was the guy who goofed off and wasn't the most respectful to literally anyone- fell asleep in class often and would skip pretty frequently BUT he still got really good grades.

He was considered fairly popular, the kind of guy who everyone knew but no one was super close with. He was a floater, but most people had a pretty neutral opinion towards him.

Aka despite being "in the limelight" he was overlooked just by simply vibing in the spotlight instead of avoiding it.

Another major change is that hes really into theater/opera and pushed his parents to help sponsor a theater in Gotham (one that will maybe become relevent later, its in the air)

Long ramble cut short, he was the perfect rich kid who was somehow just a adverage guy even amoung the elite, he was known but overlooked, outside of being the Drake heir.

His parents adored him even more this time around. But despite becoming the son they'd always wanted him to be- it still wasn't enough to make them stay.

And it didnt hurt any less the second time around.

Perisex trans people, every time, without fail: Idk what kind of trans people you've seen. I've never seen that before. I have a hard time believing that's really an issue. It can't be as bad as you say it is. This is generalizing, I've never done this.

Homicipher MC is very cool and groundbreaking for her trope subversion of "cute weak human mc thrust into a world of monster men" by being a serial killer and a vicious monsterous brute warped by a world she unknowingly made blood sacrifices to and I don't ever want to take away her autonomy BUT there is also something fascinating to me about the concept of her having No memory of killing people and No Idea why she even would in the first place

i am so charmed by a lumax wedding because it’s not even something max thought would happen. like she assumed weddings were something the girl makes happen and the guy puts up with. and because she had no desire for one, so there’s no reason it would happen.

among other things weddings are an exorbitant and performative show of love, max loves lucas and she doesn’t care whether or not other people know or believe this. at it’s best marriage to her has been a representation of failed dreams and at it’s worst it’s been a tool to manipulate people who need to get away to stay. maybe they will get married for the tax benefits, she thinks.

this is until max and lucas are older and living together, they’re chilling on the couch and lucas mentions his family has been asking when he’s planning to propose and if that’s something max even wants? max doesn’t care, she doesn’t plan on going anywhere, a certificate won’t change anything and she's not crazy about parties. she doesn’t ask how he feels, he brings it up, that “actually i want a wedding.”

that is saying the least, lucas wants a wedding more than anything. he loves max and he doesn’t need to prove that to anyone, but he’s happy and he wants to share that with others! he wants to work with max to make marriage a positive thing to them, he wants to celebrate their love, everything they’ve been through. also, hell, he’s only human, he wants to show off! he wants to dress really cool and go to a really cool place and show the world know how awesome he and his girlfriend are. HIS WIFE!!!

most of all, lucas wants the moment near the end of the night, where the party’s getting loud and everybody wants his attention, but max asks if he wants to get out of there and he says yes. not out out, just outside the venue. it’s dark and the once booming music is now faint, they sit and catch up, complain about their families, laugh about their friends. max holds lucas’s hand and plays with his wedding ring, she whispers something sweet before asking him to dance. it’s the best part of the night and nobody will know about it but them.

suddenly max decides she wants a wedding.

As someone in the comments/replies said: communication cards are a type of prewritten phrase, typically with an image for association, that help communicate needs and such when the user can't speak.

I personally use a set of Bluey themed cards that have an image of a character on the bottom half showing an emotion I associate with the text above.
