En el momento encontramos a la paciente estable hemodinamicamente, mejoría del dolor abdominal en el momento dolor 4/10, sin nuevos episodios emeticos, pero en el momento sin VO. Paciente continua vigilancia, continuamos terapia con liquidos, además con hallazgo en ecografía de coledocolitiasis, se beneficiaria de drenaje de via biliar.

I was re-tagging all my posts (a normal thing to do) and I saw this audio from back in April last year and it made me think of a Welcome to Night Vale AU where Shane is Cecil and Ryan is Carlos.

Ryan comes to Night Vale because deep in the conspiracy theory forums he finds a mention of this weird town that isn't on any map, where mysterious lights always appear at night (atop the Arby's). He spends months collating testimonies from people who had accidentally ended up there (and managed to escape) and decides he HAS to see what's up with this town.

When he gets there, the mayor totally gets the wrong idea and thinks he's a scientist that's come to study the town, as opposed to a conspiracy theorist with too much time on his hands. He lets the mayor think this because hey, maybe it means it'll be easier to access town records or something. The mayor INSISTS he come to a town meeting, and Ryan does. Everyone seems nice enough. There's an old lady that tells Ryan that the angels think he's lovely and "has a good aura", but that was about as weird as it got.

Then he gets back to his car and turns on the radio, and a smooth voice is describing exactly what he's doing.

"There he goes. Gorgeous." The man on the radio says.

Ryan, of course, freaks the fuck out, and immediately starts checking for any hidden cameras.

Shane: Here’s a nice lil—what happens here—does Ryan go away? Yeah, he does. There he goes. Gorgeous.

The Apache are a group of Native American/Mexican people composed of the culturally and linguistically related Mescalero, Jicarilla, Chiricahua, Lipan, Plains, and Western Apache peoples. There’s a masterlist below compiled of over 80+ Apache faceclaims categorised by gender with their occupation and ethnicity denoted if there was a reliable source. If you want an extra challenge use random.org to pick a random number! Of course everything listed below are just suggestions and you can pick whichever character or whichever project you desire.
