felix giggles from across from you, head resting in his hands as he watches you. there's a milkshake between the two of you (your favorite flavor, because felix always remembers and likes to show off how much he knows you), and he's just wiped away a bit of whipped cream from your nose. his "cute" comment comes from the way you grow flustered, eyes averted as your cheeks warm.

"no, you."

another giggle. "oh? you think i'm cute?" he teases you, "i dunno... i think you're cuter."

(no one would guess that you've been dating for well over two years now. these are the things that happens when your boyfriend has decided it's been too long since he's teased you.)

"no, you." is all you can muster up again.

his eyes light up in delight, because he's already won. you know it, he knows it, yet you aren't going to say he won. you never do. "you can't uno reverse your way out of this one, my star-shine. you can't even speak right now, which i think says that you're cuter." he reaches out, gently bopping the tip of your nose. "so..."

"... no, you," you bury your face in your hands. "you're... you're cuter. stop."

his delighted evil giggles fill the air, "babyyy," he whines, "our milkshake is gonna melt."

"let it."

and he giggles again. "okay," he reaches out, taking your hands to peel them from your face. "i'll stop. you're just so easy to tease."

you take his hands, bringing his knuckles to your lips so you can plant a kiss against them. "thank you."

his eyes are still glimmering, though. "and that," he says, squishing your cheeks, "is why you're cuter."

Something I forgot to share! I went to the Stray Kids concert in Santiago for the dominATE Tour, I went on March 28th! I bought some things and my experience was wonderful!

(I lost my voice for at least 2 days, and for a change, I got the flu, but it was totally worth it)

Poesia ‘Poe’ Mercar: (former) Shadow Dragon, now honorary Crow and trophy spouse of the first Talon. Sarcasm, snark, and lifelong trauma bundled into a tiny little stabby package. What a pair they and Lucanis make lol

Nyxeris Ingellvar: Mourn Watcher, mage, loves Emmerich but ended up falling for Davrin instead. (She still considers Manfred her second kid though)

Tarryn Lavellan: Veil Jumper, younger brother to the Inquisitor and Solas’ #1 hater. Has had a crush on Harding since the days of the Inquisition but found himself falling for Bellara instead of his childhood crush. Would do anything for his sister- including not murdering the Dread Wolf because it’d make her very sad. He still wants to though…

Felix Ingellvar: Mourn Watcher, Spellblade (only resorts to necrotic attacks when he’s really overwhelmed) My precious trans son who loves flustering Emmerich more than just about anything (besides Manfred. He adores his skeleton son). Also a walking gay disaster. (He flirted with virtually every man he met before Emmerich joined the party)

Gideon Thorne: Grey Warden. Fights exclusively with a sword and shield. Bit of a hero complex but that’s why he joined the Wardens- to protect people. Really enjoyed punching the First Warden in the face. He and Davrin are bros. Neve can’t believe she fell for this idiot and neither can he. (Haven’t finished his game yet)

And lastly…..

Nicoletta ‘Nico’ De Riva: Antivan Crow, the younger sister Viago wishes he could forget about. They love each other though. She’s mostly here to be a wise ass and kill people who need killing. Oh and make out with the Demon of Vyrantium. Y’know, important stuff… (Game also unfinished)

So yeah, these are my kiddos. 😊 Thanks for letting me ramble about them for a bit. Wish I had more pictures of Nico but I haven’t been able to play in weeks due to life being a hot mess. Always down to chat about them more if anyone is interested. Cheers!

Hello Anon! You are VERY sweet! x) Thanks for sharing your interest in Miri! And I cannot resist blabbering on about a good blorbo:

Let's see... Miri is/was a half-elf Cleric for one of the long-running campaigns that my friends from university were heavily involved in. My best friend--who is Korean-American--reallllllly wanted to create the Korean-mythology-inspired cleric of her dreams, and so Miri and a lot of HCs about Miri's home town and home country were born.

She did die within the confines of the campaign, but she is such a special character that my bestie and I have an on-going post-canon world for her and the lingering plot threads and relationships she left behind. All that out of the way, here's more about her!

Miri LOOKS like an elegant cleric but she is/was a bit of a firecracker, with bursts of bravado and confidence, though she was prone to failing to back up her big talks about magical power thanks to (well-timed dice rolls) some general clumsiness. She was very curious about the world, and had an adventurer's spirit at heart that looked at everything with wide-eyed wonder, though she also was quick to cover up her inexperience with her chin tilted up as if she knew everything all along. Call it a bit of a hedgehog's dilemma--she had a softer, squishier part that she was reluctant to share with the group right away, and hid those softer parts all with well placed barbs or teasing banter, and sometimes, a bit of blunt honesty.

((Also a fun Miri trait: She loved a good party, and she was particularly fond of alcohol, which lead to some Memorable Moments xD Notably: We encountered a monster made entirely of alcohol (don't ask), and Miri did end up drinking some of it to attack its HP))

Still, once you got past the barbs, loved fiercely, and was especially proud of her family and where she came from, and who she was destined to be. (And I think she would have learned to be more comfortable with the softer parts of herself if the Dice didn't say "NOPE")

Miri was set up to be a sort of "Chosen One" character, with close ties to a mountain god that her family of shrine keepers worshiped. Once a generation one of the shrine keepers would serve as the avatar of this deity, and Miri through luck (Fate) was chosen as the god's avatar and vessel between the heavens and earth.

Now, Miri was quite PROUD of this fact, and despite the trappings of being a woman of the cloth, she was a little haughty and arrogant and very naive about the world outside her mountain and the love and support of her family and the other shrine keepers. But she wanted to prove herself capable as a cleric and a magic user--and so set herself off on a self-imposed journey to "grow stronger" and hone her skills.

That's how she stumbled into our main party--and fatefully ran in with her most stalwart companion/my Fighter/love interest, Felix, via a drunken tavern brawl that lead to the two of them spending a night in jail to sober up together. One thing lead to another, and a jail break or two later, the pair were inseparable--if at each other's throats, because Felix loves to tease people, and for all her pride, Miri always kinda fell for his attempts to rile her up.

While they all leveled up and gained a lot of combat experience, the fact that Miri's dice LOVED to tell a story (give her a cool moment, but then fail at a critical moment), towards the end of the campaign Miri fell to what could've been a preventable death. We (the party) were all a little too cocky entering an encounter that turned out to be a major boss fight, and we paid for it, Miri especially. It wasn't a satisfying end to her arc--which I think was important, all things considered even if it didn't Feel Great.

All that potential, all that room still left to grow and mature as a proper cleric and vessel for her deity, that developing softer, budding thing with the Fighter that seemed to be at her side since Day 01 -- all snuffed out in an instant for a character that was still so bright and FUN to banter with.

My friend had to roll a new character, we ALL missed Miri, but we also have the power to write so we have some extensive post-campaign headcanons about how she's brought herself back from the dead, the eventual reunion with Felix and the other companions they were closer to, and other adventures they go on after.

;'D That's a lot of TEXT but hope you enjoyed it! The two of us can get VERY verbose and write a LOT, even if the overall vibe of the campaign is more chill and fun than say, epic or plot-y, and these PCs have meant a lot to us, even years after the campaign has ended so it's nice to hear someone else have interest in them, especially our Mir-Mir!

Night of the Living Robot '19 would probably be the title.

Pumpkin Rabbit as MX(he'd be called PRX, pronounced "Prix").

Felix as Lucas(he'd be called Fredrick probably).

I don't know what to come up with plot wise but don't take this seriously, this is a joke concept.
