I need the Zack Fair fans of the world who do not play Kingdom Hearts to know that Zack Fair does appear in kingdom hearts. He's in the prequel game hanging out on the same world you find Cloud on in KH1 and he has a noticeably younger design (if the timeline is the same as it is in the original games then he's probably about 14) and he's this excitable spunky kid who wants to be a hero and then the game moves on and that's the last time we ever see him. It's been over a decade in the games timeline and 15 years in the real world and no one has ever mentioned that kid but Cloud has the buster sword and refuses to connect with anyone and you the player just have to infer what happened to that plucky little kid. I think it's really important that everyone knows that.

To Love a God and a Girl: A character deep dive for Bianca Moore, a FWC / FF 7 OC
Pride Month is often painted in bright flags and celebration, but queerness, especially for characters like Bianca Moore, is far more complex, intimate, and sometimes devastating. For Blorbo Blursday, I want to shine a light on the layered, often painful, always powerful truth of Bianca’s queerness. Her sexuality isn’t a side note or an afterthought. It is central to her story, her survival, and her rebellion. This article dives into how Bianca's demisexual and pansexual identity has been shaped by betrayal, forged through trust, and ultimately claimed as an act of divine defiance.
This is about more than labels. It’s about what it costs someone like Bianca to love, to want, and to be wanted in return.

Possible Trigger Warnings: emotional abuse, manipulation, trauma, violence
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Bianca Moore has never been easily categorized, and neither has her queerness. Born from both celestial grace and demonic ruin, her very existence is an act of defiance against binaries. In a world where intimacy is often a weapon or a form of control, especially in the shadowy corners of Shinra’s laboratories and the dreamscape built to warp her mind, Bianca’s identity as demisexual and pansexual is more than orientation. It is resistance. For her, intimacy isn’t casual; it’s sacred. She doesn’t seek it out with ease, nor does she give it freely. Bonds, to Bianca, must be earned through connection, emotion, and trust. This is rare currencies in a world built on betrayal. It makes her love more potent, and her heartbreaks more devastating.
Krista Gilmore was the first to unravel Bianca’s heart. Their friendship bloomed in a rare moment of peace, one where Bianca dared to believe in softness. Krista wasn’t just her first love. She was a tether to a future Bianca never thought she could have: a future of tenderness, laughter, and being seen. But betrayal came like a knife between her ribs, not just physically in the ritual, but emotionally in the realization that even love could be a lie. That first queer love became synonymous with danger and manipulation, reinforcing every message Bianca had internalized about being "too much," "too monstrous," or "too broken" to love safely. It was a psychic wound that never fully healed, but instead, mutated into something armor-like, something that still echoes in the way she approaches every relationship after.
When Sephiroth enters her life, he does so not as a balm to her wounds, but as someone whose own scars mirror hers. Their love is not gentle. It is consuming, mythic, brutal in its honesty. But it is real. Bianca’s demisexuality means she does not give herself lightly, and so when she does fall, she offers her body, soul, and essence to Sephiroth. She gives herself with total devotion.
Queerness, for her, isn’t just about desire. It’s about loyalty. It’s about seeing someone’s darkness and saying, “I will stand beside you anyway.” In Sephiroth, she finds a partner who doesn’t flinch from her jagged edges, who matches her intensity, and who offers her a role in his dream of reshaping reality. Her queerness becomes not just an aspect of her identity, but the foundation of her cosmic rebellion.
And yet, beneath the celestial fire and the chaos she helps unleash, there are moments, quiet ones, when Bianca grieves. She mourns the version of herself that once believed in beachside kisses, in sharing poetry under starlight, and in holding Krista’s hand without fearing knives in her back. These memories haunt her with ghosts she rarely admits to seeing. The world demanded she become monstrous, and she complied, but there are still flickers of that softer self, especially in how she nurtures her Remnant children -- Aurora and Lucien -- or the way she touches Sephiroth’s face like it’s sacred. It is of no consequence that her favorite flower is a black rose. The flower isn’t just a symbol of beauty in darkness. It’s a mourning flower, too. A quiet protest that says, “I bloomed, even in ash.”
In reclaiming that softness, Bianca doesn’t abandon her monstrousness nature. She integrates it. She redefines what it means to be queer in a world that punishes difference. It means survival through tenderness, through boundaries, through choosing who is worthy of your intimacy. Her love, whether for a girl who betrayed her or for a god who would end the stars for her, is a weapon forged in both rage and grace. And in the end, Bianca doesn't just destroy the world and Creation for Sephiroth. She reshapes it to make space for her full self: queer, holy, monstrous, grieving, and gloriously whole.

For once I need a team's post-race Instagram caption to be like, "We fucked up today, the other teams were faster/had better strategy/listened to their driver when he suggested the car might be off-balance etc. etc., and while we hope next race will be better, we won't make any promises because unlike us, everyone else does have their shit together and we suck."

To Love is to Bleed: A character deep dive for Bianca Moore, a FWC / FF 7 OC
When exploring a character like Bianca Moore, whose world teeters between divine chaos and human suffering, understanding her sexuality and capacity for affection requires more than a casual glance. Bianca is not a character defined by softness or ease. Her love is carved from scar tissue and fire, shaped by betrayal, sacrifice, and the long, bone-deep ache of wanting to be chosen.
This article, the last article of today's Blorbo Blursday's character deep dives, unpacks how Bianca expresses affection: not in whispers or roses, but in war cries and unwavering loyalty. If you’re looking for a depiction of love that is raw, unromanticized, and devastatingly intimate, Bianca offers a masterclass in what it means to love when love itself has always been laced with danger.
Tumblr media
Possible Trigger Warnings: Emotional manipulation, medical experimentation, obsession, sensory trauma
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Bianca Moore’s brand of affection is not soft, not in the traditional sense. Her love is a tempest: possessive, consuming, and fiercely protective. She does not offer affection lightly. It must be earned through trial, pain, and unwavering loyalty. For her, affection is sacred because it is dangerous, like offering someone a blade forged from your own ribs. She grew up learning that touch could wound, that love could be a weapon, and so she hoards her affection like an ancient relic. When she gives it, she does so with complete vulnerability, and it is as much an offering of power as it is of trust. That’s why her favorite flower is the black rose: beautiful, sharp, and dangerous to those who dare handle it carelessly.
Bianca’s most profound expression of affection lies in acts of devotion and sacrifice. She shows love not through constant praise or doting words, but by standing at someone’s side when everyone else flees. Her love manifests in her willingness to fight Sephiroth's battles, to bleed for his cause, to walk into hell so he doesn't have to walk alone.
In her eyes, love is action. It's when she places her body between him and a blade, not because she’s unafraid to die, but because she believes only she is worthy of dying for him. She’ll never whisper sweet nothings, but she’ll burn a world down just to build him a better one.
Touch, for Bianca, is a volatile language. Sensory trauma and the remnants of medical experimentation make her flinch from casual contact, but with those she trusts, touch becomes something electric. She’s hypersensitive to skin-on-skin intimacy, so she chooses her moments deliberately: a hand on Sephiroth’s chest after battle to check for wounds, the brush of knuckles when he's lost in thought, a kiss placed on the curve of his shoulder when words won’t reach him. These small moments mean everything because they cost her something. In giving touch freely, she exposes her soft underbelly to the one person who could destroy her utterly and trusts that he won’t.
Emotionally, Bianca is paradoxically cold and deeply sentimental. She does not gush. She guards. But she keeps tokens: feathers, broken materia, and dried petals of the first black rose he ever gave her. She engraves memories into stone and creates shrines in her heart for those she loves. She will never say “I love you” without a tremor, because in her world, those words have gravity. They bind. Her affection is not casual. It is covenant. It is a soul-scream wrapped in black and thorns. She might show her affection through powerplays or by dragging someone into her chaos, but underneath all of it is that single, desperate truth: she loves because she needs to. And she loves hard.
Perhaps most tragically, Bianca's affection can border on obsession. This is especially particularly when directed at Sephiroth. Her devotion becomes her undoing. She needs to be seen by him, needed by him, indispensable. Her histrionic tendencies drive her to orchestrate displays of power and beauty that scream: Look at me. I’m the one who stayed. It’s not about vanity. It’s about worth. Every act of affection is her way of saying: Please don’t forget who I am. I bled for you. I became the Harbinger of Death and Rebirth for you. And in that, Bianca’s affection becomes both her salvation and her damnation. It is the one thing in her chaotic, war-torn world that she refuses to weaponize, because, unlike everything else, love is still something she wants to be real.
