Forgive the sketchiness of this, I just had to put these ideas down. Rumble and Frenzy are a reference to this post that I made earlier which is why theyre using their mouths!! (ignore how the designs weren't fully realised i haven't figured it out yet)

I decided to give them digi legs because since they’re a fair bit smaller than most bots it would make sense for them to have legs that could theoretically be faster, so they can keep up. Tho it would probably mean they need slightly more energy to mass ratio but probably not by much. (it's also just an excuse to draw digitigrade legs because i think they're cool)

OH and rumble and frenzy having tails I'd imagen work for both balance and an extra sensor for detecting changes in the air, it can be functional and cute!!!!

Both illustrations for my first Dead Boy Detectives Payneland fic Eight Seconds. Here’s the summary:

A stroll through London after a case and a reminder that the Tour de France is under way make the boys reminisce about their own encounters with this particular bicycle race seventy-six years apart. As memories long buried are unearthed, they realise some things about themselves and their relationship.

Two sequels are planned. The second story in the series will be an hommage to Terry Pratchett (GNU) and feature some of his creations. Let me just say “Crivens!” ... 😜

The third story will be a crossover with BBC Sherlock and will have both teams of detectives investigating a case at St. Hilarion’s School for Boys.

Well, this day’s plans got thrown out the window. I did get one thing planned accomplished. While doing my morning rounds, I used the foil insulation in strategic points on the outflow pipe for our emergency septic diverter. The pump has still not been triggered to empty the grey water, so this will ensure any contact point with cold supports will not freeze. Hopefully. At least, if it does…

Since the podcast exists now, and it’s in canonical order which means they are still baby, I thought it would be fun to make Caro a little character sheet for that era of their life. The In-Between era, if you will.

So we have gas-station work uniform, work-out/running fit, and casual wear, and of course featuring the legendary mullet. Caro’s doing a lot of self healing and recovery from a lot of damage inflicted on them growing up, but they are certainly reveling in new found freedom and having a safe space to figure their life out now!

This style is cute, I don’t use it a lot but a few people have requested a look book of Caro’s outfits, and also refs for cosplay (eehehehehe) so I thought I’d do a more simple style if I’m gonna make that. This is a start at least.

Something I'm just realizing- is this

Okay so ofc we all know this in the owl house

But we don't KNOW how long it has been

So doing a little research and figuring things out, looking for things as well.

I'm pretty sure the owl house takes place like 2020s/2022s (If im correct)

And that amphibia takes place like possibly 2019s 2020s in those timelines, although I will do more research on this

Anne was like 13 when this happened, gone for 6 months (we know this)

And the timeskip was in 2029- I need to check how many years it said past, cause that definitely ties into when amphibia took place.

But my thing is!

The owl house and amphibia is connected!

And that Anne and luz could fucking meet up!

Another thing is that gravity falls is connected to amphibia, which means it's connected to the owl house (they had a whole crossover)

But I'm looking for how old they would be if they meet up!

So what I'm saying- is that I'm gonna do more search and edit this to figure out how old they all are

Cause im pretty sure gravity falls takes place in the 2013s considering the technology- (thank you very much!)

I want to have an interfaith practice of both Judaism and paganism, but I’m still trying to figure out how to combine them and when it comes to religious stuff, I generally gravitate towards Judaism more than paganism these days. 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

I was raised in an interfaith household (mostly Catholicism with some Judaism since I’m both ethnically & religiously Jewish on my mom’s side of the family). I have always had a deeper connection to Judaism even in childhood (my favorite holiday has always been Hanukkah, though I also enjoyed Christmas when I was a girl - I used to turn all the figures in Nativity scenes to face the baby Jesus figure and then I would steal and carry around the baby Jesus figure for some reason 😂).

I stopped believing in Catholicism when I was a teenager and so stopped going to church and reading my Bible. I also thought that Christianity was very hypocritical. I initially found paganism while I was in college after having seen the first MCU Thor movie a lot (I already knew of some mythology, mostly Greek, before this and at the time Marvel movies were my current Autistic special interest. Also, hilariously enough, I went to a Catholic college since it was the only college I had applied to! 😂) and after researching different religions to be sure of what I wanted my religious practice to be. I had wanted to get as far from Christianity as I could religiously, so I also avoided any other, for lack of a better word here, Abrahamic faiths, which sadly included Judaism despite my deep love and connection with that particular faith, because I was a teenager then and so that made sense to me at the time (and now that I think of this now, it might have also partly been from teenage rebellion as well). I even got a few tattoos of Norse runes for the gods (I don’t regret the tattoos because regardless of my religious practice, I am still generally interested in mythology).

Practicing paganism was fun and spiritually fulfilling for a long time until I tried to do way too much at one time and overwhelmed myself so I stopped practicing paganism around the start of the pandemic. I reconnected with Judaism at this point and loved it! I eventually reconnected with Christianity and so I tried to have an interfaith practice with Judaism & Christianity. It worked for a bit, but then I eventually tried just Christianity for a period of time and bought a Bible and a rosary again for the first time in years and it was nice for a while, but even then it still didn’t feel completely right for me since there were things in Christianity that didn’t make sense to me (original sin; Jesus being both human and the son of God and basically God all at the same time), so I stopped that, and donated my Bible & rosary (I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder & OCD, so I overthink things a lot).

I missed paganism though, so I tried again with practicing paganism which was working well for a while. I also missed practicing Judaism, so I decided to try again with an interfaith practice of both paganism and Judaism. This also worked for a little bit, but it was still kind of hard to combine them.

I eventually stopped and practiced only Judaism, but kept thinking about going back to paganism again. I’ve also been practicing witchcraft for several years as well, so I do still get paganism things for that.

I still think about trying again with having an interfaith paganism and Judaism practice, but I don’t want to overwhelm myself again, especially with the paganism. I would like to be more religious, but am unsure which religious practice to do: Judaism, paganism, or interfaith of both. As I said at the beginning of this post, nowadays I gravitate more towards Judaism than paganism and I feel that Judaism is more spiritually fulfilling for me personally. 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️
