Can bugs get fat? I know they can molt, but can a bug eat so much between molts that it gets too big for its exoskeleton and its too soon to molt again? Also is it possible for a bug to over eat and make themselves ill or get a tummy ache?

I don't know about making them feel ill (you'd have to ask them), but some can eat too much or store too much fat, especially those in captivity that are fed too frequently or fed an improper diet. In the wild, most bugs wouldn't have the opportunity to eat enough to get overly fat, but sometimes due to parasites or genetics, they can retain too much fat. The exoskeleton of adult bugs allows for some expansion between molts, but there is a limit. Too much fat would mostly mean it's just packed tighter into the same area inside the exoskeleton. This can be dangerous - pet spiders come to mind. If they're fed too frequently and their abdomen gets too distended, they are much more prone to fall injuries that may rupture the abdomen. I also read an article some time ago about wild dragonflies that were infected with a specific parasite that made them retain too much fat and they then had less success mating. Larvae like caterpillars on the other hand have much more leeway in terms of how much they can grow between molts - their exoskeleton is much stretchier to accommodate the necessary growth, and they store fat/energy mostly for use in pupation or for use in the adult form after pupation, especially if it's one of the species that don't eat as adults so they have to get all their energy as larvae.

I see Vasco has a thin tail. My parents have a lab/terrier mix dog that also has a thin tail except I think she's numb on it cause she whacks it on absolutely everything and doesn't react at all. Like she hits it on every surface imaginable but still keeps on wagging. Does Vasco ever whack his tail really concerningly hard against things but acts like nothing happened?

As a dog man person who grew up with the tail he has, he probably has enough spatial awareness to be mindful of it. Even if he's bound to hit it on things occasionally, you'd have to be wagging pretty vigorously for it to bother you in any meaningful way. Hitting your funny bone hurts more.

What size canvas do you normally draw on? And what kind of tablet do you use to draw? I just found your art today and I'm in love!

Thank you^^ I normally paint on a big canvas, such as A3 or poster size (18x24 in) always at 300dpi, so that I can make a print if i wanted to.

For the tablet I used the Wacom One Display until about a week ago, but I just upgraded to the Huion Kamvas 22+.

How will I return with my belongings?

My home was completely destroyed, and I have no means of transportation. If I must return on foot, how can I leave behind my children's blankets, sleeping mats, and everything we own?

My pharmacy gives me 1ml bottles and my dose is .25ml so that's supposed to last me 4 weeks. Yet I've already used up the vial and it's been 3 weeks. I just put a request in at the pharmacy so I'll be a couple days late on my dose no biggie, but is there anything I can do to avoid this in the future? I'm very confident I've been doing .25ml so this came as a big surprise I'm short a week

you can draw up the dose and pull it all the way back into the syringe, measuring it against the side of the wall from air bubble , including air, to make sure that you’re not over-drawing it including what is measured up in the plastic part of the base of the needle (the hub).  0.25ml is quite a lot to accommodate in a needle hub (even accounting for the drip stuck inside the vial that is nearly impossible to draw up).  It can help to have smaller sized syringes (1ml for example instead of 3ml, if you’ll be sticking with doses under 1ml while you’re on T), so you have less hub waste.

I just wanted to let you know that the post you reblogged about wearing your binder on an airplane is actually wrong. It is safe to wear your binder on a plane because the cabin is pressurized to a normal atmosphere. They also make specialized swimming binders that should not at all be as tight as normal binders, but enough to help dysphoria. The plane one is heavily debunked but I couldnt find more info about the swimming one
