I support super-soldier Clone takes so hard. Even in the case of Boba Fett. Unaltered applied only to his age, so here is this kid in training by his Regular Human Dadwho can run miles without stopping because his lungs are more efficient in oxygenation. His muscles disperse lactic acid faster. His heart can withstand insane stress and work. His brain is fine tuned to process information and react. Poison? His body will purge it by the usual process and then his metabolism kicks into overdrive to burn it out of his system. He can taste and smell on a level that Jango can’t even fathom, and his hearing, while made not to overwhelm his sensory processes, is far sharper than Jango’s. He can hear and smell when Jango is getting tired. Boba knows when an opponent is too tired to keep fighting before the opponent does.

He’s faster, better, stronger than Jango and that’s ON PURPOSE. Jango wanted his legacy to be carried by someone that he considered BETTER.

And then Jango fell in love with his kid. And that’s where the plan fell in a little. He was enjoying being a dad too much. Maybe all of Boba’s abilities only trigger with puberty so that Clones had already been mentally trained (programmed) by the time their controlled puberty was brought to pass, so the Kaminoans wouldn’t have to worry about hormonal supermen running around all over their facility.

So now Boba is alone. An orphan. And the standard “your body is going through a lot of changes” conversation doesn’t even come CLOSE.

I’m sorry but if people are allowed to ignore Jaya/Pixane/Kailor, I think it’s fine to ignore Lost. Especially since **AT THIS CURRENT MOMENT** they are probably the least compelling ship on the board right now. Hoping they get some development in season 3, but they are kind of just a pairing that exists for me at this point.

I don't know how 76 feels when you're playing it as a social multiplayer like its designed to be but I actually am having a great time playing it as a weird hermit who barely interacts with anyone,

it's like. I was the last one to leave the vault (I know technically the game starts the same way for everyone so we were all the last to leave but w/e ) and everyone else is out there building mansions of Stuff and tromping around in power armor together. I have a little strange cabin in the woods and I'm wearing a vault tec university jacket I found. I'm not invested in following the plot so I'm just kind of wandering the world and looking for interesting landmarks on my map and poking around abandoned buildings just to see whats there.

its kind of freeing to play a fallout game where I'm not the chosen one hero trying to change the world, I'm not tied to The Plot, I'm just a strange girl urban exploring and trying to stay alive

Read a review for Bloodlines that says it’s mean spirited. Like the franchise is about Death turning around for a kill confirm. It was mean spirited from the jump.

No way, the series where the first major death is a teenager slowly chocking to the death in a bathroom with a closeup of his eyes going red and bloodshot is mean spirited? The series with three endings killing off every remaining character in a second accident is mean spirited?? The death rue goldberg machine series is mean spirited that’s crazy.

The average film reviewer is not really a horror head so they aren’t really helpful.

while I expected lots of cute moments with bb-8 and pew-pew adventures in Poe Dameron: Flight Log (which, don’t get me wrong, I definitely did get and was very happy about!!) along with lots of cool ship specs and tech details—

what I wasn’t expecting (a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one) was several instances of incredibly heartfelt, evocative, and sweet introspections from Poe on his family, upbringing, philosophy / ethics, the resistance, and love 🥺 so many sweet characterization tidbits in this book, I really enjoyed reading it ♡

if you’re interested in reading it as well, I borrowed it (for free!) on internet archive which I highly highly recommend, it was such a fun read and it’s very easy & user-friendly to borrow books from them!

Ohse Lizard Analysis

I'm sure everyone has the species of Ohse's lizard at the top of their minds. Luckily for you, I'm here to help. Ohse's lizard is first introduced to us in episode #15 (A Ghost's Chamber), seemingly free roaming around Ohse's room, and conveniently has a small visual:

On first inspection, this strikes us as quite similar to a Komodo dragon, however for all crsm has it's more,, fantastical,,? elements, I'm not entertaining this.

However no worries. This is just clickbait.

Thankfully we have two far more helpful visuals:

Ohse's bedroom presents us with a far more realistic pet lizard (+ setup) but even better comes the twitter accompaniment visual, showing us what looks like a fairly clear skink!

Yay! you're thinking, We did it! A Skink! but hold on. there's more. Skinks belong to the Scincidae family, which contains over 1500 described species, and is one of the most diverse lizard families overall. From the more detailed episode visual, my initial (cliche) impression was that it could be a blue-tongued skink - good temperment, common pets, legal in Japan - and visually, it would arguably fit. However, considering Ohse takes his lizard around during season 2, I would consider the slightly smaller pink-tongued skink as well.

Both exhibit the characteristic stripes, the cute baby big head, and the pale/potentially yellow-ish main body colouring. To pick between the two, I would say that while blue tongued skinks do make more common pets, and the banding is more similar to that seen in crsm, the pink-tongued may have a slightly more accurate face shape, and build. However. Am I lizard expert? Clearly not. Take from that what you will.

Anyway. Less eventful than I hoped but Ohse's lizard is a skink truther here. enjoy

Hey! Thanks so much for collecting textures from the game. These are super useful for references for some fan-art I want to do. I was wondering if you have the texture for the FRAMES of the portraits of the owlks? I'm hoping to mimic them in laser-cutting & paint lil portraits. <3

hi sorry for the super late reply! so the frames are actually a bit more complicated than the paintings as they are actually 3d objects unlike the paintings themselves being 2d textures.

as far as i can tell i think the textures on these frames are actually the generic wood and iron textures used for a lot of other objects in game such as the walls, fencing, trims, etc. heres a few examples of such

but! i did find the meshes for the frames themselves so heres a few up close screenshots and gifs of those
