As for other characters, I'm still thinking up ideas, but I think that covers most for now :]

The prime assets still follow their original stories, but have a slight change that leads them to become reagents instead.

Ex; Coyle murders his first wife far too soon before he's able to become acquainted with the town and decided to hide in volunteer work for murkoff, not realizing he wouldn't be able to leave so easily

I'll post the other backstories once I get more down and make a proper post for it, but this is more of an intro :]
