the entirety of this fic will satiate your lust for Jimin everything will have you drooling and praying that all of this was real and your not just immersing to imagine and feel something, this is exactly the Park Jimin in my head, royalty or not I like him being cocky and so sure of himself like his cock is the best out there you know hjdfhgjksd anyways, despite all the good fucking op made sure that angst will be felt, chapter one ended badly because after all the things they did and the undeniable love that was lingering in the air Jimin was set to marry a princess and MC was nothing but a lowly maid that’s never fated to marry someone with high status, she wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth and she will have to deal with it for the rest of her life.

just when you thought you had enough of Jimin and that the next chapter will feel angsty af well you’ll feel that BUT the smut here? all I can say is if I was MC and was given the same opportunity to pounce on Jimin one last time before I let him go and let him out of my system i’ll do everything to make sure he’ll never forget what we had and how he was made for me and that he won’t ever feel the same with somebody else. before you start chapter two I highly suggest you take a deep breath because these two will risk everything and I was like nope that’s impossible they’re crazy but i’m also rooting for them because who wouldn’t want one more night before moving on? (fun fact I can’t relate to the break-up sex here part of me wants to but the logical side of my brains tells me not to and that I shouldn’t add more regretful memories ~ when i’m done, i’m done) even if they had to fuck with Jisoo on the side, it made my heart beat fast knowing they’d be caught any minute, I’ve seen porn like this and always thought is the other person on high on diphenhydramine? why can’t they hear or feel anything? long story short this is probably one of my favorite shameless cheating scene in fanfiction, I was lowkey expecting MC to walk away when Jisoo and Jimin started talking but ya girl ain’t a quitter she’s there to get her breakup sex! BUT once again op said you got what you wished for time for me to dump some angst and make your heart hurt and fuck it hurt badly that wedding scene scarred me, what Jimin did will forever be in MC’s head, looking at her saying his vows was dangerous, he was sorry but can’t do anything about it and that’s the worst.

months later after leaving the palace, MC was trying her best to move on but just when she thought she’s finally making progress she learns that she’s pregnant, I mean who wouldn’t be after having so much sex with Jimin and letting him paint her walls with his seed, I felt sad reading this chapter because MC is carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders, she lost everyone and is now starting over with a baby on the way, I was happy she met Sumi and had someone support her during those trying times, the harsh reality of being poor and falling for a royalty hit harder during this chapter even if we insist that they should fight for their love it’s not that simple, MC was selfless and selfish at the same time, selfless for thinking of Jimin and his future, the future of their country and their kingdom, she was selfless for sacrificing her true love but was selfish for denying Jimin her love and the child that’s the fruit of their endless love-making, denying their child of their father, denying herself of happiness because she had this mindset that this was it for her.

then Hoseok came into her life, it was unexpected tbh and I was wishing for more interaction, part of me was happy she agreed to go out with him and part of me is still mourning because of her sadness if she didn’t agree to meet Hoseok she would never go out that day to see Jimin and I was so confused like why is he there? in front of her? why? why did he have to come and see her when life is finally offering her someone she could be with for a long time without hurting people and herself, but that was the defensive side of me worrying about MC but when Jimin started talking everything made sense and it softened my heart, seriously one of the best dialogues to get back the love of your life, I offer my heart to Jimin for following his heart and giving everything up because he knows who his heart belongs to, even if took him a while before doing something about it at least he tried (I have a concern tho, what if in some alternate universe MC never left and just endured seeing Jimin and Jisoo? will they continue to fool around, what if there’s no baby or plot to eliminate the royal family? okay brain stop sabotaging the good things that are happening Jimin and MC forevs!) and after confessing everything to her and letting her know that he’s staying with her she finally revealed that they’re having a baby and it was the sweetest moment tbh, letting down the expectations of society, status shouldn’t be a basis whether or not you deserve to be with the person you love, fast forward to their cute baby listening to her parents love story with another baby on the way this is probably the wildest smut to angst to smut to angst to fluff fic I ever read because they were insatiable at first and they realized they love each other and Jimin found her after she left and now they have a family and they gave me wholesome domestic vibes (but I know the secrets they keep) sigh... love conquers all indeed, if you need some smutty happy ending royalty fic this is it (p.s. there’s lots of angst too!) | 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒

tbh I haven’t read a lot of dark-themed stories with Jin as the lead so finding this one on ao3 was definitely a blessing but I’m ngl this scared me because his mind is filled with dark desires for MC and if you’re an immersive reader like me you will feel torn because you have an idea of how sick his mind is, how sadistic his fantasies are, how stomach-churning his actions were and more yet he’s also someone who’s part of your life who you wanted to save and protect from loneliness, you were his salvation, you’re the object of his affection but unbeknownst to you this affection he holds for you is the same thing that fuels his desire to own you and end you at the same time.

honestly, CAKE Seokjin is a very interesting character, he is a mystery, how he turned that way we’ll never know for it felt like things happened overnight, the bright boy becoming shy and consumed by dark curiosity at a young age. he was also bullied but he never really cared until MC entered his life and it was flipped, he started to smile again, his life much happier with her presence, she was the light of his life oh god I’m having goosebumps trying to recall every thought Jin had he was sweet and dark at the same time it’s tearing me to pieces.

I had moments where I keep forgetting that he’s got a mad mind because there are times where he’ll seem like a normal lovestruck guy until his dark thoughts come crawling back, I enjoyed it whenever they talk/interact, their cute text exchange where both of them were giddy because they like each other but on different levels, Jin was fantasizing about MC because it gives him pleasure (immerse and enjoy his sinful thoughts for MC + their quick dinner date, the walk home, the hug, the kiss, it will make you lose your mind and fall for him in a heartbeat only to take it back because he is insane), and MC was just there thinking of how to respond to his sudden invite the contrast between them is so painfully obvious but again this is Seokjin so he will charm the hell out of you.

this is a really dark on-going series and I believe we’ll get to know more about what will happen once the sleepover happens and if Jin will act on his need to have her, take her because she was God’s gift to him. would God really give him someone like her? I really wanna talk more about this but you know I’ll end up spilling everything and also there are so many possibilities in the future chapters that’s playing in my head, what if it’s the end or what if she turns the tables and make Jin change his mind? or what if she succumbs to his dark fantasies and be one with him and be the girl he’s always dreamed of, doing anything and everything with him?

if you need a dark Jin story in your life then maybe give this a try, I think it has a lot of potential to be darker than it already is, and I’m looking forward to the future chapters to see where the author takes us. | 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒

first of all, I don’t think I have read anything with this pairing a Namjoon x OC/Reader x Jimin story so I was delighted as soon as I saw the relationships info on ao3, the only confusing thing for me was immersing into a named reader (y’all know I’m all for immersion) because it’s always strictly second person pov/y/n or third person pov/named oc that I’m used to but after a while, I got used to it and enjoyed reading the story.

[SPOILERS AHEAD - very minimal since this is an on-going story.]

this is a very interesting story, I thought it would be easy to predict what happens next but I’m actually having a hard time thinking of all the possibilities since this is an on-going story, starting off with Namjoon and Ava talking about constellations, a secret the adorable husband can’t keep, the things they’d do once they get to Australia, the veil of love and lust consuming them because they were so happy sigh honestly I heard my heart shattered when Joon said the name Ava because I thought he was cheating but turns out it was a named reader, I had to pause and re-read over and over because again this was something new to me after accepting and immersing into the story with a different name it actually had my heart fluttering once again recalling their unspoken words, their conversation in the car, the way they show their love through actions and words were beautiful until everything came crashing down, that’s when I finally realized that this will indeed be tragic as stated on the tags.

the flashbacks are very important in establishing how the couple met and how they were as lovers before getting married, this is also where we finally meet every other character that adds life to the story from Min who is very charming and knows what she wants, ugh I utterly adore her cute story with Taehyung, it really is true that when two people are meant to be together they’ll find a way back to each other, Taehyung (or Min’s boyfriend) is taking up media studies with Jungkook, Seokjin, of course, the handsome chaebol who has everything one could wish for, Yoongi and Hoseok, or the lovers who have different personalities but still bring out the best in each other and Jimin the professional dancer who made Ava realize her that she still has passion for dancing. honestly, I’m still clueless on how Jimin will enter the picture will he remain as a friend with unrequited feelings (we still haven’t established tho how he truly feels for Ava), will something blossom between him and Ava while they spend more time with each other, will he enter the picture during the present day where she will need her friends to support her now that Namjoon is most probably in critical condition (not to mention we still don’t know whether or not she is pregnant), I like that there are so many possibilities and with the transition from present to past to present makes me lose my mind in a good way because it makes the story worth investing time in.

I am looking forward to the future chapters of this story, I love how my heart has been played with way too many times from the named reader to the tragic accident, the flashbacks etc., the characterization is lovely and I wanna get to know them more, the details of the story, it’s one of the things I like about your writing (A++ to the smutty parts of the story because ngl I live for dom!Namjoon, well-written *standing ovation with flying kisses*) the air of mystery in every chapter because I wanna know what happened to them but I’m scared like what if Namjoon ends up in a coma or what if he suffers from amnesia? what if Ava is really pregnant? what if she gets devastated from whatever condition Namjoon is in and her vulnerability gets used against her but I doubt that scratching that idea rn~ but that’s just me and my imagination trying to appease my restless self while I wait for the next chapters.

THE HEART WANTS WHAT IT WANTS.

Reading this gave me so much feels, I hated and loved Jungkook and MC all at once for all the drama they allowed in their lives, the choices they made and why they did. 

The angst here made it so hard for me to breathe at times (which is about 70% of the story imo), I felt so helpless and frustrated reading this masterpiece, to be honest, the author has created such a good story that will make you feel so conflicted as to who you’d choose to side with, it’s such a pain in the ass having to just pick yourself being the reader because you know Jungkook was a cheating little shit and then picking Jungkook because deep in your heart you have hope that he will change for the better and that his amnesia is somehow a wake-up call for both sides.

The romance on the other hand laced with one too many sexual tension and frustration is just right given the situation they’re in, her amazing ability to hold back and not fall into deep (although let’s be honest she’s the one with the short end of the stick at the end of it all) was refreshing but also tried my patience all throughout, like please girl you have the whole world in your hands right now and still - but the other side of me was proud she was doing the right thing but also gave me blue balls from all the anticipation only to be disappointed because she always end up choosing the right thing to do, just like her friend Se-Eun I want to forgive Jungkook for his cheating all because he is The Jeon Jungkook, but in reality I am me, I am her, I would never tolerate cheating no matter what, even if it was a simple exchange because the moment your partner chose to cross the line that’s it, as clear as the beautiful blue sky, they may have loved you or not at all so they decided to act upon their desire and try their luck with someone else, reading this monster fic will make you realize a lot of things that somewhere out there people can always have a change of heart no matter how good they already have it, but the heart would always want what it wants no matter how fast the world spins, no matter how painful it gets, no matter how wrong it feels because as much as we try to forget, to move on, to patch up that hole in our heart and make people believe what we want them to our heart will always shine through and will always come crawling back to the one we want, the one we need, the one we love.

This is a long read though, but worth every single moment for the story is well written, the characters you can relate to and immerse into, the cliffhangers, twists and turns that is guaranteed to make you mad, crazy, heartbroken, hopeful and lost in love is all here, though the amount of angst weighs the most, I would re-read this over and over because I love to torture myself with beautifully heartbreaking pieces from amazing writers. | 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒

WHEN YOU LOVE SOMEONE, NO ONE, NOTHING CAN TEAR YOU APART.

sigh, another whirlwind of emotions, there were so many moments where I am truly conflicted on which side to choose I had three options here though it’s clear as day how things will turn out, Team Jungkook, Team Jung-Hyun & Team Yoongi, the story is frustratingly good because I felt all the angst and drama throughout and embraced every bit of it, there were moments where I just let myself cry from the pain of loving too much but feeling helpless because you want to make things right and help people around you (kind of a superhero complex thingy).

I hated Jeon Jungkook with every fiber of my being in this series, all I could say was goodness what a little shit this kid is! he’s so childish and selfish and keeps screwing things up, but hey MC is at fault too for pushing him back to Yi-Jae, anyway as much as I despised the maknae, I learned to love Jung-Hyun with all my heart (also probably because I imagined Christian Yu to be the older Jeon lol) he was perfect tho his past was flawed yet he tried to be a better person here (though he clearly failed at being a better brother), he also helped MC greatly, he was a savior, he saved her from the huge responsibility thrown at her, he helped saved her from the darkest time of her life, he somehow saved her broken heart, “somehow” because no matter how much saving he does they both know the truth, they know who resides in her heart, the one that makes it beat erratically it hurts. - I also had hoped with Yoongi here, to save her aching heart, can he be the one, can we not make him just a friend? hoping she’ll learn to love him...

but life has a funny way of fucking you up right, the drama here made my heart and mind hurt like fuck it! I wish after a certain chapter it gets better but it doesn’t but that’s the beauty of the story for me, the drama helped build the characters and it also introduced their backgrounds, I pitied Yi-Jae she was played and tricked into this sick game when she only wants to be loved (but heyyyyyy okay just read it), Jung-Hyun and his dark past was also discussed here, the angsty drama is addicting tbh, you have to read to agree with me hmmm i will stop here to not spoil the story further, but as I said, in the beginning, no one, nothing, not even love can tear them apart, because it’s written in the stars that those two were meant to be together no matter how much they had to struggle to be together, no matter how many people try to get in their way, it will always be them forever, until the end of time. | 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒
