The metro, as a result of being a sort of sub-extension of the domes and the underground as an entirety, was left mostly completely unharmed by the flooding.

Tartar is not functional like it is in canon, and the sanitization process is slightly changed. Tartar is constantly printing out data it’s mined out from its wealth of human-intelligence, and emits strange SOS signals at random.
