Elijah glanced around as he was introduced, offering a few polite nods and soft smiles to the others. His hands stayed tucked in the pocket of the borrowed jacket, still warming up. When Cyrus turned back to him, pausing mid-sentence, Elijah gave a small chuckle and filled in the blank. "Elijah. Nice to meet you too, Cyrus."

He watched as Cyrus moved over to the fridge, then accepted the water with a quiet "Thanks," fingers curling around the bottle like it was some small token of safety. There was something calming about the guy — casual but thoughtful, even in the middle of what Elijah assumed was a normal night for him and his crew. "I appreciate all of this, seriously," Elijah added, gaze lifting to meet his. "Didn't think getting lost would actually lead somewhere kind of... decent."

“ it’s not a problem at all, Man. “ Cyrus looked at him and gave a small nod of reassurance before introducing him to some of the men before looking at him and taking a moment to think before introducing himself. “ I’m Cyrus by the way. nice to meet you — “. He trailed off, not knowing his name yet obviously and not wanting to get it wrong either.

Cyrus sighed softly before walking over to the fridge to get a water for both him and the male that he was letting stay with them until further notice. He then gave it to the male with a small smile on his face.

Maybe a yandere genie?

It started at an antique store, where you found a unique looking oil lamp for sale. It was cheap and you bought it without really thinking about it.

He appeared when you tried to clean the lamp, rubbing a cloth over the detailing.

He was suddenly there, lean and gray skinned, with gold tattoos that shined brightly. What struck you the most were his golden eyes, staring intensely into yours.

"Master!" He exclaimed, leaning too far into your space. "You've summoned me!"

He's quick to thank you for freeing him and of course offers you three wishes. "All though," he says with a smile. "If you free me with a wish you will be granted your desires unlimited."

You, either through greed or kindness, offer to do so right then. He was taken aback, no one ever takes the offer!

So you wish for his freedom, and watched as his golden markings seems to glow for a moment. It was a pretty lackluster event, to be honest.

But that didn't damper his spirit, and he surprised you by grabbing you into a hug and spinning you around. He just couldn't stop saying thank you as he did so.

Eventually he sets you down and gets down on his knees before you. "I promise, Master, that I'll stay by your side and grant your every desire. Within reason," he laughs. "Can't have your world fall apart on you!"

And stay by your side he did. Cyrus,he revealed his name after the thank yous stopped, was happy as can be with you.

You began to notice strange behaviors and weird things started to happen.

You swore some nights you'd wake up to see him staring at you somewhere in the room.

Your friends (and even family) have stopped reaching out to you, and those you do see act as though they've never met you.

You rarely see anyone at all, Cyrus takes care of everything and insists you stay home safe and comfortable. Any time you think to leave, he finds some way to distract you.

And he is a good distraction, always finding ways to be with you. You're pretty sure he has a crush-if only you knew.

You don't really understand the depth of his feelings until you fight over going outside one day.

"You can't," he says and you demand to know why. Eventually he turns scarily calm and states in a monotone voice, "Because you're mine."

Whether you argue or not, you're put on lockdown. The doors to the outside disappear, the windows become unbreakable. Cyrus is practically attached to you at all times.

He starts to push affection on you too, though he's careful not to go far. Kisses on your forehead, hugs and holding you hands-he even holds you now when you sleep.

If you reject him, he may back off for a while, but he certainly won't free you from the prison he's created.

If you're receptive he goes further, even begging kisses or attempting to seduce you into your own bed. Careful, he'll want to keep you there for hours.

"I love you, Master," he whispers. "I promise I'll never, ever, leave you."
