Cardio-vascular exercises are a great way to improve heart health and build stamina. But not all cardiovascular activities are the same. Some exercises are better to tone the gluteus. Worst Cardio for Glutes Whereas others are more efficient in terms of cardiovascular health in general. Here are the 5 worst rump cardio and some of the best exercises included! No: 1 Dance Cardio ( Worst Cardio for Glutes ) Cardio dance has become a popular way of getting into shape. But this is not the best way to work your butt. This is one of the worst cardiovascular exercises for your glutes. When you think about cardiovascular dancing. You probably go to Zumba or Jazzercise. When you dance, you move your whole body all the way around. Many of the moves of these classes do not target your glutes at all.
