When we put country before party, we vote for a future that benefits all of us. Let’s make the right choice this November.

If you’re a Christian, this is also about putting God before party and before a man. Trump is no Godly man. Liz Cheney is very much pro life, but the healthy way to reduce abortions is not to create dystopian laws. These are laws that force victims of rape and incest to carry a child. These laws also inhibit care for partial miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, and other medically necessary abortions.

Conservative Christians, we can elect Kamala Harris and advocate for taking rapists accountable, enhanced access to comprehensive sex education, access to birth control, and a better adoption system. Kamala Harris has already promised to enhance the child tax credit and reduce the cost of living so less mothers will feel they can’t care for a child. You can be deeply religious and pro life and still vote for Kamala and stop Trump.

Don’t ever allow people to get in the way of your relationship with God. He comes first, always. He is your Creator and Father. He loves you. Focus on Jesus and keep fighting the good fight.

How do you begin your spiritual journey?

Great question... It varies for everyone... My journey started with meditation and Buddhism, then to new age spirituality, and I am now more closely with Christianity. I have recently finished 9 months spiritual coaching and I can safely say this is the most peaceful and radiant my life has ever been. Believing in God and connecting with God will completely transform your life in ways you can't even imagine. And this is coming from someone who struggled to say the word God due to trauma from Church as a child. New age spirituality took me to a certain point, but I was still running into the same issues, until I got deeper with God. That was when the transformation truly happened and here are some steps...

1] Develop a meditation practise 20 mins - 1hr per day (might sound extreme but you will be amazed at the benefits). You can meditate on listening to God, or just listening to the nothingness. The more you do this, the more you connect with the unseen and you'll start to receive downloads from above in the space and silence that will completely transform your life.

2] Community - If you don't have spiritual friends, lean on YouTube to absorb the content and energy from those on the spiritual path. One of my favourites as Sarah Jakes Roberts, but I would recommend finding your own who connect with your soul, they will appear once you set the intention.

3] Spiritual music. Binaural beats, frequency music, sound healing, worship music. Find what works for you. But this is a great conduit for connecting with God. I realised a lot of the songs I loved as I listened to the lyrics were actually quite negative, and low frequency, since I switched over I am feeling more peace.

4] Read. There is much power in the word. There are books on spirituality. Find ones that resonate with you, and make the effort to read daily. Depending on where you're at my first transformational spiritual books... The Untethered Soul - Michael Singer & Marianne Williamson - Return to Love. I am currently reading the Bible, but another favourite is A Course in Miracles.

5] If you have resources, I highly recommend a spiritual coach. This without a doubt completely transformed my entire life. Spiritual coaches allow you to reach the depths of yourself you didn't even know existed. I found my coach on IG (before I deleted it), but the thing about spirituality is once the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
