Not really an IIS4 or a tpot prediction just something I thought about yesterday

I know it's a tad bit strange to imagine but it'd be SO funny (and maybe a little dark idk) if somewhere in the future either ii or bfdi pulled a Centaurworld and had the casts perform a possibly musical reenactment of past events to explain them to the s3 invitationals/bfb post splitters and eliminated.

And they have weird set pieces and dumb costumes and everything and they have to act out and recreate the lore and all the traumatizing stuff they went through. And it’s either going to be awkward or they’re having a lot of fun and very much committing to the roles.

After I saw this meme, I just knew that I HAD to put Daniella and Katsuro in this situation-- This is very much a really short crack drabble, so there isn't much editing or any plot here-- Though there is some attempted context in the tags, I really am just slapping these two in the exact moment of the situation--

As the material of the hanging rope tightened around her neck, Daniella inhaled sharply. Tears escaped her closed eyes, rolling down her freckled cheeks. The hangman stepped back and descended the stairs of the scaffold.

Before her thoughts could spiral, a voice brought her back to reality.

“Hey there!” a lighthearted voice greeted, causing Daniella to open her eyes. Standing right next to her was a person with flowing red hair. Scars crept up their neck, and one scar was slashed across their left eye. Despite the rope around their neck, they smiled at her. “First time?”

Daniella blinked, staring at them as another tear rolled down her face.

Somehow, she managed to find her voice. “I-I’m... Sorry?”

“Is this your first time on a scaffold?” The red-haired individual asked, as if their life wasn’t about to be ended any moment now. “Don’t worry, I was pretty nervous the first time, too. But don’t you stress over it! Things’ll be okay!”

Daniella gawked at them as if they had grown a second head, causing a little laugh to be drawn from the stranger. The two of them were about to be hanged. How was this person so chipper? “That’s...”

They leaned closer to her, lowering their voice to a furtive whisper. “A few of my new friends are gonna bust us out, so no need to cry anymore, okay? They owe me for that one time they committed arson without me.”

“I– What?” Daniella blurted out in shock. She was utterly terrified mere moments ago. But now this stranger’s untroubled remarks caused complete confusion and incredulity to crash into it. What in the world? What was this person talking about?

“Ooh, not a fan of arson? I know some people say it’s kinda overrated, but I gotta disagree. It’s an art.” The red-haired stranger looked Daniella up and down, humming in consideration. “You seem more like a larceny kinda girl. Maybe tax fraud. What’s your name?”

Daniella boggled at them. She wasn’t sure whether she should entertain this conversation any further--they were on a scaffold with ropes around their necks, for goodness' sake. But from the looks of things, it did seem like this person was trying to lift her spirits, if in a... strange way. At the very least, she wasn’t crying anymore. Though admittedly, she felt more baffled than comforted.

In any case, their question was something that she should respond to. It would be rude not to answer them. “I’m Daniella.”

“Nice to meetcha, Daniella! Mind if I call you Dani? I’m Katsuro,” the red-haired stranger, Katsuro, now looked around, seeing the hangman talking to one of the town officials.

“Yes, you may. It's... nice to meet you too, despite the circumstances,” Daniella cleared her throat, trying to ignore the rough rope on her skin. “You... said your friends were coming for you?”

“Not just me, Dani. You and the other guys here, too!”

“But the ropes are already around our necks. It’s far too late.”

Katsuro jerked their chin towards the hangman. “Unless that old lug over there pulls the lever, it won’t be.”

#This is really short and I wasn't sure how to continue this ;w; But this is mainly meant to be silly asdfga /lh #This is my first time attempting Katsuro's dialogue!! I'm hoping I made a decent first try ;w; /lh #But still this was fun!! Katsuro taking Daniella completely off guard by the use of Crime™ is funny to me kjasda-#Despite this being a crack fic I did attempt to give this some context and some other narrations but I left them out #Daniella was traveling in a new town and while going through a market an explosion broke out and products got stolen #Since she was so close to the incident and people were looking for culprits she got falsely arrested (it doesn't help that she's a newcomer #and she was sentenced to be publicly hanged with other people including Katsuro #As she's standing on the scaffold Daniella can't help but think of how cruel and unusual a punishment this is-#To be hanged for a crime she didn't commit- If she were to be hanged for something it should be for the people she cursed #She starts to cry but Katsuro notices and tries to calm her down/take her mind off it #because I doubt that Kats would completely ignore someone if they started crying right next to them-#But I felt that train of narration/thought was pretty depressing for something that's supposed to be crack-#So I left it out and hid it here in the tags-#But that's all of my thoughts on this!! last graduation celebration of my medical training happened last night and it was so beautiful and touching; for the first time it felt real and in that same sense, final. it felt like the perfect way to close the curtain on this phase and the start of the next.

goodbye academia. hello the rest of my actual life.

#its just a... very different very vulnerable group of people #being the touchy-feely specialty they have all the fellows do a 'reflection project' which is something 'creative'#talking about the past year and our feelings about it #and we. uh. present it in front of everyone at graduation #and as cheesy as it is. like. you really get such a different view of people when they sincerely share their art with you #it just made it feel so. real. like these are human beings not accolades not their alma mater not prestige or money or publications #and as embarrassing as it was reading poetry to a bunch of my colleagues felt. idk. real. like i was seen for the first time.#and for the rest of the night people kept coming up to me and telling me that they liked my poems. or lines that hit hard for them.#and there was so much surprise there. like it was shattering people's perceptions of me in real time.#which is so funny. i just love one of the social workers came up to me and hes like 'holy shit what was that. and from YOU of all people?'#i'm like yeah bro. i contain multitudes. but also who am i in your head lmao because...?#listen my beloved tumblr friends. i know this may come as a surprise but y'all know me MUCH better that 99.9% of people in real life #i'm actually very serious and straight-laced and relatively unemotional professionally #so there was something nice about letting some sincerity peak through if only for a minute #i didn't know how much I needed this year to improve my relationship with medicine as a practice #like. critical care in and of itself is. ya know. physically and emotionally taxing. and medicine in the US in general is a wreck #and despite how predictable it is i definitely felt myself getting numb and callous as a protective mechanism #and i dont like to talk about it much because honestly whats 'mundane' in my days is hard and depressing and horrifying to others #but despite the extra training. i think doing this year was the right choice.#without shifting my focus like this i would have burned out HARD very early on #but now after essentially a year of therapy and doing some touchy-feely-ass-stuff and reframing uhhhh my entire life #i actually feel ready. like. i can navigate this. set boundries. show up. be the kind of doctor and human i want to be.#so overall i think its good. i'm actually pretty happy. everything is going to be okay.

2024 Art Purge (Part 2)

Fanart Edition! Once more, one again!

Immediately starting out with eyes! Not enough of them in the Original sketchdump, gotta make up for it here - you might recognize this little examination of Sans blindness as something that made its way into an actual set :3 A couple actually, if you wanted to include the skelebros' matching PJs from Requestober haha

More Sans eyes! He just has such pretty blues <3 I was testing out the difference between a light blue pen and my usual nonphoto blue pencil - pencil is the winner, as always, truly a colour of all time ♪

Dipping into fandom I normally wouldn't (except for that one other time lol), some HeavyMedic for @zarla-s! I got a cute first, it was only fair to give a bit of cute back haha ♥ Also got its own full post, speed draw included! :D

Smol introduced me to the Katy Perry Sims 3 collection and it is...atrocious lol. She showed me a bunch of Sims 3 packs actually, but I had a specific bone to pick with this one in particular. Like - I am All for, 1000% For, in total and complete favour of candy and sweets and pastries as a theme, I think it's a delightful well to draw from but this was...not it lol. So I made my own! Loosely based on some of the designs that were just, slapped onto bras. Why?? Bras can be so cute! Or silly! Or both!! Why are they so ugly... You can see I took particular umbrage with the cupcake, mint, and ice cream tops, and you better believe I still have complaints in mind! It's been nearly a year and I'm still mad about these! Lol. I will never understand taking a design and like, Jigglypuff-from-above'ing it, just make it look how it looks in profile! No cherry nipples! Stop this! And why the wide shoulder bands, if any of these deserve thin straps, it's the cupcakes to reflect cherry stems off the top, plssss. For the mints one I was being kind of silly lol, but at least the underboob implies shape! Rather than being subsumed into boob-cylinders, and the wrapper is just, awkwardly out to the sides, not integrated into the flow of the design at all, smh. The ice cream one is the most egregious in my opinion because ice cream is Adorable, and they made it ugly. The cone does not go on top of the ice cream, how dare, get it out of a non-edible bowl right now and make it a waffle bowl this instant. It doesn't even look like ice cream, it looks like whipped cream! Make it recognizable! It could be so cute and this is what you give me??? I just have a lot of thoughts about candy fashion lol, and also it was fun to draw curves :)

Just barely continuing the train of thought lol - another little something I made for smol, much like the Punch Out Characters from last time :) Animated Two Face is a handsome lad, his droopy eye on the one side and wide on the other, cute <3

I started reading a Mob Psycho fic that unfortunately didn't quite vibe with me, which sucks because I love the conceit! "Oops I adopted this child" is one of my favourites but it just wasn't meant to be, ah well. Did get a couple long-haired Mob doodles in tho :)

An unusual one-off from me as I still don't really know how to draw horses haha, the alicorn from Unicorn Tails! I still want the silly horse game! The deep lore...

While working on Pokeball papercrafts, I wanted to see if I could design a circular Pokemon stats screen to glue onto the back, as if they were "inside" that particular Pokeball, like circular trading cards! I never was able to settle on a design, but the last one isn't terrible... The text would have to be pretty small though. Maybe I'll try again another time, it Is an enticing thought, having a deck of Pokemon cards shaped like Pokeballs

Rick and Morty heckin' got my number on this one, Clone Beth coming around to hang out with the Smiths was exactly the thing to get me drawing these guys again smh doesn't help that she's hot

Also ended up drawing a speculation of what Drizz might look like as an adult - if she's just a little baby there, will she grow to be a giant octopus lady?? That'd be pretty cool I think

Around the time of Requestober, @joh-nny-c invited me to an art trade but everything kinda got lost in the shuffle of the season ahhh, sorry! 😫 Please accept a couple doodles in apology, now that I'm less busy I'd be up to trying again haha :'D

These were the two I was most strongly considering seeing through and then all the everything ahhh - I still quite like both tho :D Especially for not being the most confident drawing muzzles and the like haha, but big floppy ears? Yes ✨

Got way the heck into Poison for like a week straight - the original, the various language translations, 8bit cover, yes, all the every Poison. It's so sad! And I might be biased because spider (NSFW and SA trigger warning but: he does the spider defensive position in the MV!!!! AH!!!!) but I really think Angel's design is beautiful. Some of that could also be the whites and pinks haha, he's cute!

Thinking about these two rough-and-tumble girls lately <3 I still haven't gotten back into Mother 3 so I haven't met Kumatora but when I do!!

A tiny bit TMI probably. But sometimes i stare at w.i.p's and ponder the scenes i write and am all 'to overlook the smut and imply it, or to risk adding to much dialogue into something really soft and gentle' Occasionally it ends up with me staring at my laptop and sighing wistfully because my shitty body situation meant if shit isn't forceful/painful in any kind of way it can take absolutely forever ends with the thoughts of 'now how long must i make the scene anyway before it doesn't feel fake' then i feel too embarrassed to write very far.

I haven't been able to shrug it off of the sole virtue of it taking me fifteen or so years to notice that 'maybe pushing through the pain of your body being the way it is because your an idiot with extra spongy ass stupid joints wasn't a good thing actually' because i was too stubborn to quit because it was annoying but i also wanted it over and done with.
