They do exist!! They're just normal people, doing normal person jobs... for the most part?

I haven't decided if Volo would let Lydandre exist or not. on the one hand, his world is supposed to be this perfect, ideal place where everyone gets a chance to be happy

but on the other hand it would feel so good to wipe out the person who hurt gene

BUT on the other other hand, if he even wiped the slate clean and erased + replaced gene's dearest friends, how could he indulge the impulse to act selfishly there?

I don't think people mistake Lysandre as Zephyr's father.

Both of them are well-known enough to think so: Zephyr is known as the legendary hero who has averted catastrophes in various regions and Lysandre/Narcisso (in Paldea) is known as one of the new teachers of the Naranja/Uva academy.

Zephyr doesn't have much of a father figure really, they were revived by the creation trio and Arceus so they tend to take care of them, not in a really fatherly way, it's more like: 'We brought you here to save the world, but we will help you only if necessary'.

And it doesn't help much that Arceus either refuses to answer their questions about their past lives or gives them very vague answers.

Zephyr, along with the protagonists and rivals: I have no father figure... I'M the father figure.

They doesn't resent Arceus as such, but they would like them to tell them a little about what their previous life was like or if someone they knew in that life is still alive (Unfortunately, the answer is no).

man, I know they're taking care of the normal game MCs and they're basically besties with Lysandre but I hope they at least get some nice coworkers at some point skjdfjskdf
