I think Gundham's whole self-deprecation deal, coming from his status as a bastard child, really should be more represented in his fanon depictions. This guy thinks he's so awful, part of his execution, which was specifically designed to give him the most despair possible, involved him going to heaven.

A lot of fanon material I've seen of Gundham usually has him being super proud and all, which is true to himself in game, but what's beyond that? Usually, not much. But in reality, he's a teenage boy who thinks he's beyond a happy ending, and hates himself so much he's convinced himself he's demonic.

On one hand, I get the inherit comedy behind his persona. On the other, how sad is it that the most despair-inducing thing a kid can imagine for himself is not going to hell, where he thinks he belongs, due to his upbringing?

This kid needed therapy before the remnants. Now, he needs the whole fuckin' psych ward.
