I have something to say . . . (我有話想說 . . .)

我們都知道在這世上喜歡一個人又不犯法，即使你已有家室：老婆、先生和孩子。重點是在道德和良心允許的範籌內，行使正當友誼的權利。並且你得知道如何挑選正直且成熟的對象，既不會干擾你的婚姻生活，而能給予彼此成長和助力。不過，我相信能遇到這樣條件之人，少之又少。lol (如果你深入接觸的人比你堆的沙子還多，那可不是開玩笑。XD)

We all know that it is not illegal to like someone in this world, even if you already have a family: wife, husband and children. The focus is on exercising the right to legitimate friendship within the limits permitted by morality and conscience. And you have to know how to choose an "upright and mature friends" who will not interfere with your married life, but can give each other growth and help. However, I believe that there are very few people who can meet such conditions. lol (It's no joke if you have deep contact with more people than you have piled sand. XD)

Recently, there have been a few good friends who have interacted with me on Tumblr for more than a year, or even longer. I am not entirely aware of your other sideblogs, especially young guys asking to see my photos, and of course they're not asking for photos of me wearing clothes… ha! Absolutely impossible. 🙄😅 In fact, my personal social experienced has made me a very tolerant old woman. It's not saying this myself. You have to actually get along with me to know that because they are similar in age to my son and daughter, so I cherish their friendship even more, especially the beautiful life still longer for them. The Chinese call it: "忘年之交" (the mean similar that : get on like a house on fire "see eye to eye with someone", when your friendship between different generations. also much older than my age friends as same meanings. )

Again, I don't set to make many friends on Tumblr here, and there're very few people I interact with. The number of people we sent private messages to was probably less than the number of times I go to a bar to drink in a month. lol The posts I share here are almost like writing a diary every day and records of my recent study of various majors. It is not for popularity, nor does it want to attract attention. Of course, except for the posts showing my leather art creations, the craftsmanship is my Most of the motivation to stay alive and rest of life.

Usually I don't have ideas about personal photos gonna send to you via private message for "friendship", it with "lover" very different to me. Just like now, when you randomly see a post by me and can put a smiling on your face, this is a beautiful friendship. If you happen to see it, it's fine when you don't like it. You don't need to use too much emotions. if that way Oftenly one party will be hurt, and time will tell everything about the feelings you hold in your heart, whether you believe it or not.

It was then dating with my friend at coffee shop across street of my studio in Chinese new year 2010. 😱 OMG! 14 years ago lol I dyed my hair color was popular in Asian at the time. and later I never dye hair color. Because it is meaningless, whether for fashion or to comfort yourself, hair colored does not prove your ability, but your brain do. 🤓

If I dye my hair again, it might be for fun, or perhaps I get to remarry/get carried away by impulse and he's dying hairs also, both do same for funs. I guess so. hahaha 🤸🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

I’m not too sure whether lightnovel!Lelouch comes to appreciate Rolo in the end or not, since I only own the first novel and according to some reviews, Rolo is stated to have died but his death scenes aren’t shown somehow?? So sadly maybe there’s no Lelouch acknowledging him as his little brother moment, I can’t tell...

對我們而言「電影」和樂團是無法劃分的關係，落幕後所體悟的感受也反映在我們多數的樂曲亦或是概念。

《楚門的世界》的結局、《幽靈世界》那個巴士站、《美國徹夜狂歡者的傳說》騎著單車一起向前的兩個女孩、《淑女鳥》主角從車窗眺望著沙加緬度的街景的表情、《冰血暴》被雪覆蓋的停車場、《牯嶺街少年殺人事件》教室裡頭忽明忽暗的燈光。喜歡的電影場景怎麼數也數不完，儘管只是電影中的一幕，不過一個瞬間就足以打動內心，這種騷動的心情真令人難以戒斷呢。

Profile

成立於2012年。由畳野彩加(Vo/Gt)、石田成美(Dr)、福田穂那美(Ba)、福富優樹(Gt) 三女一男組成，以京都為主要活動據點的四人樂團。飄舉80’s～90’s英美氣息的indie-pop曲調，與歌詞相繼落在日常輪廓，繪製出生活場景的各種起伏，猶如電影《七個畢業生》喚起青春記憶的一部詩篇。

現為京都新聞官方形象代言人。過去三次登上日本富士音樂節舞台，並多次擔任海外藝人來日的開場及合作嘉賓（The Pains of Being Pure at Heart / Mac DeMarco / Veronica Falls / Norman Blake（Teenage Fanclub) 等）。今年四月份受邀同英國樂團Night Flowers完成在倫敦、伯明翰、雪菲爾、卡地夫、侯城，共五座城市巡演。

從大學時期聚在一塊分享彼此喜愛的電影，樂團活動開始後，吉他手福富優樹也多次參與MV掌鏡。定期和漫畫家 Naoya Sanuki 共同策劃「New Neighbors」活動，以不插電編制演出結合電影放映，並將各回電影主題和與其他愛好電影音樂人們的訪談集結成實體書冊呈現。

2017年與導演篠田知典合作參加MOOSIC LAB，在短篇音樂電影《左京区ガールズブラボー》（左京區女孩萬歲）中首次擔綱電影配樂。2018年為《聲之形》導演山田尚子的動畫電影《吹響！上低音號劇場版：麗茲與青鳥》量身打造電影主題曲『Songbirds』，以人與人的距離為題，挑戰將歌詞的每一句切成一個畫面來進行創作。

而第三張專輯『WHALE LIVING』可說是樂團大大邁進的一步。專輯發想為主唱畳野在北海道巡迴時，親身體會到當地的空氣感與風景。嘗試在歌詞中加入小說般的情節，從過去多數英文創作歌詞，到現在九成的日文歌詞，更直接讓樂迷理解歌詞內容，編制和錄製上邀���到弦樂隊合作，以成熟溫柔且帶些哀傷的曲調呈現當時的季節感與溫度感。

2019年4月發行最新單曲『Cakes』為「擦肩而過系」戀愛電影之神手 ー 今泉力哉導演的最新力作《愛がなんだ》的主題曲。，負責填詞的吉他手優樹，以日常場景的描寫著迎接夜晚微光燈映的畫面，和清晨冷冽空氣刺透肌膚那樣的觸感，無論是電影中登場的各個人物，或是深陷戀愛中的人們，相信都能產生共鳴。

心血管疾病有多恐怖？這6類人最容易罹患心血管疾病！

當寒流來時，大家或許會在新聞上看到有人猝死，根據流行病常學的研究，猝死大約有９成是因為心血管疾病造成，包含常聽到的中風、心肌梗塞……，大家知道容易罹患心血管疾病的6大族群是哪些嗎？今天就為大家解答，還會提醒各位照顧心血管疾病患者的４個注意事項喔！

一、認識心血管疾病

經世界衛生組織WHO統計，每年共有1790萬人因心血管疾病過世，約佔了全世界死亡人口的32% [1]，根據WebMD解釋，心血管疾病會使心臟與血管出現相關的疾病，例如常見的中風、冠狀動脈心臟病、心肌梗塞或眼中風等症狀 [2]。

二、心血管疾病類型

大部分會患得心血管疾病的原因就是因為動脈粥狀硬化，使血管硬化導致阻塞，因油脂沉積、血管內膜增厚形成粥狀斑塊，美國心臟協會共指出多種心血管疾病類型，包括中風、高血壓、心肌梗塞、心律不整、二尖瓣脫垂、心臟衰竭及冠狀動脈心臟病等 [3]。

1.中風

當腦部動脈粥狀硬化，就容易引發中風，粥狀斑塊與血塊累積在血管內會使血管堵塞，導致缺血性腦中風，而根據血管堵塞的位置會有不同的病名。

2.高血壓

若長期患有高血壓，那麼也要多多注意動脈粥狀硬化的問題，高血壓會使動脈粥狀斑塊加速形成，隨著時間會讓血管越發狹窄，造成一定的影響。

3.心肌梗塞

心肌梗塞通常會分為先天與後天性，大部分擁有先天性的患者都是家族遺傳所致，如果後天擁有不良的作息、飲食不均衡等問題，容易出現膽固醇、血壓、三酸甘油脂及體重過高的情形，就會大幅增加發生心肌梗塞的機率。

4.心律不整

動脈粥狀硬化也會引發心律不整，因動脈粥狀的硬化讓血管內產生過多血栓，當出現急性血栓時，嚴重時就會發生心律不整，甚至還有可能導致休克、猝死。

5.二尖瓣脫垂

發生二尖瓣脫垂的原因大部分也是動脈粥狀硬化所導致，且可能引發其他心臟併發症，例如二尖瓣閉鎖不全等疾病。

6.心臟衰竭

心臟衰竭簡單來說就是心臟無法將血液傳導至其他血管，當血液進入心室時堵塞或是心臟泵血功能變差，無法正常讓血液回流的話，就有可能會發生心臟衰竭。

7.冠狀動脈心臟病

冠狀動脈心臟病是最常見的心血管疾病之一，因動脈粥狀硬化、三高疾病、抽菸、肥胖或壓力都有可能引發冠狀動脈心臟病，嚴重時可能會有心絞痛、呼吸困難，甚至是猝死。

三、心血管疾病症狀

一般心血管疾病在初期時大多皆無症狀，因此有許多人並不會馬上注意到，以下是美國克里夫蘭診所研究出的心血管疾病症狀 [4] ：

心悸

胸痛

心律不整

噁心想吐

呼吸困難

盜汗

暈眩

暈厥

胸悶

發紺

四、心血管疾病高風險族群

1.吸菸者

菸草的尼古丁成分會影響神經系統，而心血管疾病即屬神經系統異常的疾病，例如動脈硬化、心律不整、心衰竭等，因此徹底戒菸才是遠離菸害最根本的辦法。

2.高血壓患者

當心臟收縮，血液從心室輸至動脈管壁形成的壓力即為高血壓。高血壓其中一種併發症即為心肌梗塞、主動脈剝離，很可能產生無法及時搶救的風險。

3.糖尿病患者

根據台灣糖尿病年鑑數據統計出，約有半數以上的糖尿病患者死於心血管疾病，因糖尿病會造成血管病變，也就是我們先前提到的動脈粥狀硬化。

4.肥胖者

根據美國國家衛生研究院指出肥胖對心血管疾病也會有一定的影響 [5]，大多肥胖的人相對上較常發生高膽固醇與高血壓的問題，易增加動脈粥狀硬化機率。

5.中年人

美國衛生與公眾服務部發表的專題文章指出 [6]，過去我們大多都會認為是老人才會患有心血管疾病，不過根據研究顯示近年來心血管疾病的好發年齡有逐漸下降的趨勢，只要超過40歲就必須更加當心。

6.患有家族病史

英國心臟病基金會表示，若家中有心臟病史，除了基因遺傳之外，居住在相同的環境、擁有相同的生活方式及飲食都是可能會增加心血管疾病的風險因素 [7]。

五、心血管疾病預防方法

飲食均衡：

建議多吃蔬果和穀物類，多吃深海魚肉攝取魚油，多攝取蛋白質，減少攝取飽和脂肪、熱量以及鹽分含量高的食物。

戒菸、戒酒：

吸菸佔了心血管疾病死亡原因的17％，香菸的尼古丁會導致動脈硬化，酒精會使人的脈搏擴張，脈動更快速，是心臟病發作或中風的危險原因。

運動、避免肥胖

肥胖族群的血脂較高，易產生血管阻塞，建議養成規律運動習慣，有助於強化心肺功能，像是游泳、跑步等高強度運動屬於有氧運動，可以幫���心臟的血液輸送。

充足睡眠、規律生活作息

每天都要睡足8小時，最好每天固定時間睡，固定時間起床。多多深呼吸，減少壓力，適度伸展放鬆，不過度勞累，也能預防心血管疾病。

定期診斷

前面我們有提到，家族病史是罹患心血管疾病的一種原因，建議可以去醫院進行健康檢查，檢視幾是否有心血管疾病的遺傳病史，必要時做可以作心血管檢查。

六、如何照顧心血管疾病患者？照護4大注意事項

注重保暖

心血管疾病患者四肢末梢血液循環較差，因此很常手腳冰冷，在冬天時要特別注意四肢的保暖，可以以手套、襪子、圍巾等禦寒衣物加強保暖，內搭衣可以以貼身、透氣、排汗為主。

定時服藥

因為心血管疾病容易在冬季時發作，患有心血管疾病的患者由於病情比較無法預測及控制，必須定時吃藥及回診、定期量血壓，才能追蹤病情，依照病情做後續治療。

熱身運動

即使有心血管疾病的患者也要適量運動，不過要記得運動前做好熱身伸展，低強度的運動要持續10分鐘以上，再循序漸進提升運動長度及強度。若感覺胸口有不適一定要馬上停止活動。

飲食控制

許多攝取的食物都會與血液互相影響，因此要特別注意控制飲食，高油、高鹽的食物最好都不要吃，冬天也不要喝酒保暖，喝酒反而會加速身體熱能流失，容易著涼。
