Today, is an excruciatingly emotional day. I want to feel okay about myself but I'm not okay with the circumstances the people I care deeply about endure. I'm here, I'm present and available for them... But I feel like every unfavorable event that happens, ends up creating vibrations that make staying balanced so much more difficult.

The reason this sucks is because I always end up having to face the affects those things have on me when my balance is knocked off. Truth is though...

I really care about the things affecting the people I love instead. And I wish I could prevent these things from happening in the first place...

I have never understood this concept & seek assistance in understanding it! Why wear a mask IF you are just going to wear it like this?? What are you really stopping? What are you truly saying? Is the intent to show that you want to protect your mouth from ingesting harmful bacteria and viruses from having access to your stomach only?? Or is it a signification that you don't care about anything being breathed directly into your lungs and airways? Most mask mandates are now either relaxed or lifted altogether!
