Baffling road signs!

Close to where I live the road narrows between two buildings. These signs indicate who has right of way but seem to conflict. Maybe an expert on road signs and the Highway Code could interpret and tell me who has right of way before I have an accident?

Got into a wild yelling match with a woman who doesn't understand pedestrian rights on the road. Made my day thinking how angry she's gonna be when she finds out the hot young pedestrian was right all along.

For the UK:

"I am going to move/turn left"

"I am going to move/turn right"

"I am going to slow/stop"

The hand-signals for cyclists/horse-riders/etc are similar, except the left arm is held out horizontal to indicate a left turn.

(...I have found that people really don't expect to see hand-signals from a motor vehicle, though, which is always ... something.)

Probably not what you were expecting, huh? Speaking as Luna, I think a little self-indulgence never hurt anyone, and with this CharacTourney here, I'm going all the way! yk the OTHER issue was that i get random string outputs that get thrown into the number conversion functions. turns out the programmer used very small fixed buffer sizes, so most likely this is caused by the responses being longer than the buffer...
